교육사이트가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 인터넷을 통한 교육에 많은 관심이 집중되는 가운데 유료화를 추진하기 위한 기본 단계로 학습정보를 제공하는 형태의 사이트가 운영되고 신설되고 있다. 그러나 교육의 본질적인 차원에서 학습은 그중의 일부분에 지나지 않다는 점을 감안해 볼 때 교육의 핵심 주체인 학생ㆍ교사ㆍ학부모에 대한 의사소통과 대화의 창구를 마련하여 단순 학습이외의 인성교육까지 인터넷으로 활용할 수 있는 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육의 3주체간에 필요로 하는 사항을 세부적으로 도출하여 각 대상별로 시간과 공간의 제약없이 적극 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 현재 교육에 대한 전반적인 문제와 이와 더불어 발생되는 사회적인 문제를 파악하여 3주체간에 긴밀한 유대관계를 유지할 수 있도록 환경을 제공하고자 한다.

최근 P2P 모델을 기반으로 한 애플리케이션의 등장으로 다양한 자원을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있게 되었다. P2P에서는 여러 대의 클라이언트를 상호 긴밀하게 연결함으로써 한 대의 서버에 다수의 클라이언트를 연결했을 때 보다 확실한 네트워크의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나, P2P 모델의 경우 개인 PC가 서버로서의 역할을 동시에 수행하기 때문에 서버보다는 기능과 성능 면에서 떨어질 뿐 아니라 기존의 서버에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 처리 속도, 적은 메모리, 보안상의 문제점들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 P2P 기반의 문제점의 하나인 피어(Peer)간의 파일 공유로 인해 발생하는 문제들을 해결하고자 기존의 파일 공유 기법을 개선하였다. 제안된 파일 공유 기법은 데이터의 무결성을 보장하고 파일의 상태 정보를 모니터링 함으로써 짧은 시간 안에 보다 효율적으로 파일을 교환할 수 있도록 하였다.

Todays many image digital media are in existence. Image digital media are connecting communication closely between receiver and transmitter. Development of image digital media enabled intensive image communication through internet and communicative media. Development of these image digital media brought visual information transmission and time reduction. Image digital media is connecting producers and consumers as indirect intermeditation called advertisement. Development of image digital media made field called motion graphic. Development of motion graphic made a lot of image technique and effect to enable. These ads. images are also operating or performing sensitive-communication by stimulating desire of consumers. An investigator in this study will be in search of an effect and an operation that motion graphic as a field of image expression technique gives insentive communication through an intance investigation.

모든 생명체는 유전자의 최종 산물인 다양한 단백질들이 각각의 복잡한 기능을 수행함과 동시에 그들 사이의 긴밀한 상호작용에 의해 생명을 유지한다. 도메인 (Domain)은 단백질의 기능적 단위로서 한 개 단백질은 최대 수십 개의 도메인을 가지는데 이들 도메인에 대한 정보는 단백질의 기능을 예측하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 종양을 억제하는 기능을 가지는 단백질과 그러한 기능을 가질 것으로 추정되어지는 단백질의 아미노산 서열, 또 기능이 밝혀지지 않은 미지의 아미노산 서열을 가지고 이미 밝혀져 있는 도메인 서열과 비교 검색하여 이들 사이에 일치하는 도메인을 통하여 표적 단백질의 기능 동정에 관한 연구에 도움이 되며, 또한 기능이 밝혀지지 않은 아미노산 서열의 도메인을 검색하여 새로운 기능을 예측함으로써 다른 실험적 방법과 비교하여 시간과 비용을 절약할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 얻었기에 제안하고자 한다.

최근 P2P 모델을 기반으로 한 애플리케이션의 등장으로 다양한 자원을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있게 되었다. P2P에서는 여러 대의 클라이언트를 상호 긴밀하게 연결함으로써 한 대의 서버에 다수의 클라이언트를 연결했을 때 보다 확실한 네트워크의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나, 기존의 P2P 모델의 경우, 다수의 피어가 네트워크에 참여하여 방대한 양의 자원을 공유할 경우, 원하는 자원을 검색하는데 많은 시간이 소요되는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 자원 검색의 비효율적인 문제를 해결하고자 협력 필터링 알고리즘을 이용해 P2P 파일 추천 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 P2P 시스템은 피어(Peer)들을 유사한 패턴을 갖는 가상 그룹으로 형성해, 그룹 내에서 유용한 자원들을 검색 없이 공유할 수 있도록 하였으며, 자원의 선호도를 기반으로 요청한 자원 외에 추천 시스템을 통해 선호하는 자원을 예측해 제공할 수 있도록 하였다.

조선산업에서 선박의 건조 과정 중 탑재 공정은 작업자 간의 긴밀한 통신을 필요로 하며 매우 위험한 작업이다. 이러한 작업을 음성 품질이 매우 열악한 무전기나 호접속 지연이 많은 주파수 공용통신(TRS)를 이용하여 통신을 하고 있어 매우 위험하다. 따라서, 이러한 기존 통신방식을 대체하는 IP 기반 그룹통신 시스템과 이에 대한 품질 측정 및 평가가 필요하다. 본고에서는 IP 멀티미디어 시스템의 최초의 서비스인 PoC(PTT over Cellular) 서비스를 기반으로 조선산업에서 통합통신(Unified Communication)을 지향하기 위하여, 강재로 인한 매우 열악한 비가시 거리(NLOS)를 극복하고, 효율적인 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 엔터프라이즈 PoC을 기반으로 그룹통신의 품질을 측정하고 평가하였다. WiBro 기반 엔터프라이즈 PoC 서비스는 실제적으로 적용이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 실제의 작업자가 통신할때 지연이 느껴지지 않는 1초 이내의 그룹통신 지연시간에 대해 상기 서비스를 분석하였으며, 이론 상으로는 충분히 제공 가능함을 보이고 있다.

This study analyzed the structural changes in the global foreign direct investment (FDI) network using stock data from the International Monetary Fund's Coordinated Direct Investment Survey (CDIS) for 2009~2021. The results showed that the COVID-19 pandemic had a negative impact on the FDI links between countries and the activities of reciprocal relationships. The United States, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom consistently play central roles in the global FDI network. The degree centrality of China has changed significantly over time in confronting the volatile situation of the world economy. Cross-tabulation analysis revealed a significant association between FDI clusters and geographic regions. Within each cluster, the linkage structure of FDI partners of closely connected individual countries has exhibited differential characteristics as the global economic environment changes.

Part-time jobs in Sweden are highly feminized yet are in fair conditions in terms of job security, earnings, and collective representation. Three points are considered to be important to understand why part-time work in Sweden carries such positive characteristics. First, the part-time work in Sweden is widely spread not as a result of employers' need for labor flexibilization but as means to enhance the work-life balance, a value pursued within a broader social policy package to change the breadwinner model. Second, discrimination against part-time workers is restrained in Sweden because the boundary between part-time and full-time is not conspicuous. Most of part-time jobs are occupied by regular workers who exert the right to part-time work, hence may go back to the full-time status any time. Third, the regulation on overtime work of part-time workers as well as full-time workers is strong. It is largely agreed among researchers that part-time work contributed greatly to an increase of female employment rate in Sweden. Since the 1970s, the increased availability of part-time jobs induced married women who used to be economically inactive to the labor market and maintained them to be economically active throughout the child rearing period. From the gender perspective, one may still raise issues regarding part-time work in Sweden such as persistent feminization and strong occupational sex segregation. However, the observed trend shows that the part-time work in Sweden has functioned more as a stepping stone to the full-time work for women than as a women's trap.

기후변화로 인한 가뭄, 홍수, 녹조 등 이상기후 현상들이 본격화함에 따라 안정적인 수자원 관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 특히 급변하는 환경조건 속에서도 안정적인 수자원 확보를 가능하게 하는 지하수 자원의 적극적인 활용은 기후변화대응에 있어 핵심적인 요소이다. 지하수는 하천, 호수 연안지역 등 다양한 지표의 수문환경과 연결되어 천층지권의 수문생태적 특성을 결정하기 때문에, 지속가능한 수자원 활용을 위해서는 지하수와 지표수의 상호작용에 대한 통합적인 검토가 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 긴밀하게 연계된 특성에도 불구하고 지하수와 지표수에 대한 연구는 오랜기간 개별수문환경에 대해 독립적으로 수행되어왔다. 이러한 연구경향은 저류시간이 크게 다른 지하수와 지표수의 수문적 특성뿐 아니라 개별수문환경에서 나타나는 작용들을 통합적으로 다룰 수 있는 모델의 부제에도 기인한다. 최근 비약적인 연산능력의 향상과 함께 지하수-지표수 환경을 연계한 통합수문모델(Integrated Hydrology Model)의 개발 및 활용이 이루어짐에 따라 기후변화 및 수자원 활용에 따른 수문환경변화 대한 통합적인 연구 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 발표에서는 최근의 통합수문모델과 다중요소 반응성 운송 모형(Multicomponent Reactive Transport Model)의 연계를 통한 물질순환 연구의 최신 동향을 소개하고(농도-유량 상관관계, 지표수계의 화학적 풍화와 이산화탄소 저감, 녹조 등), 데이터 기반 모형을 통한 통합수문모델의 연산 효율 및 정확성 향상을 위한 방법에 대해 모색하고자 한다.
