In implementing a computerized virtual training system, the auditory element is responsible for the human cognitive ability following visual elements. Especially, the improvement of hearing ability is closely related to the performance of the training, and it contributes to improvement of the training effect. In this paper, we propose a sound system that is necessary for constructing such a virtual training system as a test system that can use a sound source using a head related transfer function (HRTF). Functional and auditory tests were performed to evaluate system performance.

지능형교통체계(ITS:Intellegent Transport System)의 구현을 위한 가장 중요한 요소중의 하나는 교통정보의 생성이다. 교통정보의 생성은 루프 검지기, 폐쇄회로(CCTV), probe 차량, 경찰, 통신원 등을 수집된 제보자료들을 분석 및 가공함으로써 이루어진다. 그러나 이들 수집원은 주어진 시간에 있어 모든 네트웍을 통해서 자료가 완전히 수집되어지는 것은 아니다. 즉, 특정 지역에 수집원이 몰려 있는 경우가 있는 반면, 전혀 수집되어지지 않는 지역이 발생할 수도 있다. 이러한 공간적인 불균형적 특성은 동시에 발생한 다량의 자료를 처리하는 기술과 자료가 수집되지 않은 지역에 대한 처리기술을 요하게 된다. 본 논문은 전술한 바와 같은 사항에 대하여 ITS의 진행 단계별로 드러날 수 있는 문제점을 검토하고, 자료통합에 대한 일반적인 개념을 우선 설명한다. 다음에 특정시각에 주어진 자료의 통합을 위해 퍼지선형회귀모형(fuzzy linear regression model)과 데이터 퓨전(data fusion)기법의 내용을 소개하고, 신뢰성있는 단일 교통정보생성을 위한 테이터 퓨전 알고리즘을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 알고리즘을 토대로 가상의 자료를 이용하여 적용가능 봉? 타진해 보았다. 제시되어진 알고리즘은 향후 교통정보 수집환경이 어느 정도 형성된다고 볼 때, 예측치와 실측자료간의 자료검증을 통하여 신뢰도를 가질 경우 보다 광범위하게 사용되어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: The Serious Civil Accidents consist of the public use facilities, the public transports, and the material and its products. According to the Serious Civil Accidents of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, it must be constructed the safety and health management framework and execution system. In this study. we are design the model of the Serous Civil Accidents management and action system. Method: Firstly, we review from 8^th article to 11^th article of the enforcement ordinance of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. From the articles, we design the visual and structural management system supporting the Act. Result: The Serious Civil Accidents apply to the system is consisted of 6 monitoring modules and 4 kinds DB modules. Conclusion: The Serious Civil Accidents are managed by the private enterprises, local governments, and public institutions. Specially, the CEO of restaurants, cafes, et al, do not know the detail information related to the Act. Also in case of the local governments, there are many facilities related the Act. It is not easy to the construct the management framework of the Act. This study provides the simple management structure for the Act.

Recently, many enterprises are introducing information systems for their competitive advantages. For enhancing the utilization level of enterprise information system, it is quite important to monitor the usage states of the information systems continuously. However, most enterprise information systems lack this functionality. Proposed in this paper is the framework of IAM (Information Activity Monitoring), which is defined as real-time reporting and alerting of significant information-related activities. This IAM framework provides 4 different views about the information system (data, IT system, business process, and participant) and is implemented as a part of integrated design/manufacturing information system developed by aerospace parts manufacturer. By using the IAM function, IT personnel can monitor significant information-related activities systematically and feedback to their users timely, and ultimately enhance the utilization level of information system.

Despite the development of information and communication technology, which has a great impact on society and culture, there is no platform that provides a systematic classification and state-of-the-art information retrieval system on the traditional culture. Therefore, this paper developed a traditional culture retrieval system capable of convergence services with systematic classification and retrieval based on automatically generate and visualize the 3D timeline. This system provides the function of collecting traditional culture contents, classifying and storing collected traditional culture contents, and automatically generating 3D digital timeline based on stored traditional culture contents. In addition, a system satisfaction questionnaire was developed to evaluate the usability of the system, and 19 students participated in verifying the system. As a result of the experiment, the satisfaction of the system showed that all items were 'satisfied' on average.

The objective of establishing IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) is not the just making into on-1 me system of technical manuals such as specifications. It is to produce construction standard documents in an electronic manual system to turn technical contents such as construction methods in technical manuals into multimedia information. Also, it is to maximize real-time information delivery by using visual data of construction sites. IETM enables to check not only design standards in the design but also applied situation of a construction method based on proper design standards and historical construction data on a real time basis. This study suggests a modeling method of IETM applicable to design and construction phase. The study includes a framework and a scenario for developing design IETM for construction project.

본 연구의 목적은 측량성과의 체계적 품질관리, 측량성과 관리업무의 효율성 향상 및 비용절감을 위하여 측량성과의 전자납품 및 품질검사의 자동화 방안을 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 측량성과의 품질관리 현황 및 작업규정을 분석하고, 측량성과의 전자납품 및 품질검사 자동화를 위한 기본방안을 제시하였다. 측량 성과품의 유형을 품질검사의 자동화 측면에 구분을 해보면, 첫째, 품질검사의 자동화가 불가능한 유형, 둘째, 포맷분석과 소프트웨어 개발을 통하여 자동화된 품질 검사가 가능한 유형, 셋째, 제도적인 보완을 통하여 자동화가 가능한 성과품 유형 등 세 가지 종류로 분류가 가능하다. 이러한 측량성과품의 품질검사업무의 자동화는 크게 단기간에 미시적으로 해야 할 사안들과 중 장기에 걸쳐 거시적으로 추진해야할 사안 등 두 가지 측면의 시각으로 접근해야 하며, 업무적인 측면, 제도적인 측면 및 정보기술적인 측면에서 종합적으로 검토되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

한국은 지금까지 정보기술이 국가 발전에 큰 역할을 해 왔으며 그 성과도 인정받고 있다. 특히 전자정부 수준, 정보화 인프라, 준비도 등은 이미 세계적 수준에 진입한 상태이다. 하지만 최근 주변상황 변화에 따라 '국가 정보화의 방향성 재정립'을 요구 받고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 상황에 부응하기 위한 방향 모색과 방안을 정리하고자 한다. 접근 방법은 아키텍처의 시각과 개념을 활용한다. 이와 함께 기존의 공공부문 정보화 추진의 내용과 함의를 조망해 본다. 그리고 새로운 정부의 IT관련 공약과 국정과제 등 정보화와 관련된 내용을 정리 한다. 이것은 아키텍처의 틀 속에서 비용편익과 정보화접근 관점을 기준으로 분석한다. 분석의 결과는 향후에 국가 정보화의 추진 방향과 체계, 사업을 재설계하는데 참조가 되었으면 한다. 그리고 새롭게 국가와 공공 정보화 기본전략 및 청 사진을 그리는데 필요한 아이디어 도출과 시사점이 되었으면 한다.

웹2.0이라는 개념과 트랜드는, 개방성, 사용자 참여, 집단 지성, 인간중심의 IT 서비스 등을 키워드로 하는, 플랫폼 기반 비즈니스 모델을 통칭한다. 전세계적 블로그 열풍이나, Googlization으로 불리기도하는 주요 웹포탈의 성장은 이러한 현상을 뒷받침하는 증거이며, 미래 인터넷 시장을 개척하는 엔진으로 자리잡고 있다. 그런데 웹2.0을 기술적으로(descriptive) 소개하거나 관련된 요소기술에 대한 문헌은 많음에도 불구하고, 이러한 현상을 경영/경제학적 시각에서 체계적으로 분석한 연구는 의외로 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹(웹1.0)과 웹2.0 서비스 모형을 경영 경제학적 관점에서 구조화하고, 이들 서비스 모형을 Stakelberg 게임의 관점에서 분석한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 웹2.0의 다양한 국면 중에서 프로슈밍(prosuming)에 초점을 맞춘다. 분석 결과, 웹2.0에서 사용자 후생이 웹1.0에 비해 크게 증가한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사용자 스스로 맞춤화된 정보를 창출하는 노력과 한계편익간의 비율을 나타내는 ${\delta}_c$('고객화 요소'로 부름) 분포의 범위(파라미터 ${\delta}$)가 사회후생에 중요한 역할을 함을 발견하였다. 이는 고객화 요구의 다양성이 커짐에 따라 사용자 후생을 비롯한 사회후생도 증진됨을 의미한다.

본 논문은 비행 정보 등 각종 운항 자료를 보다 다양하게 분석하고, 좀더 쉽게 이해하기 위하여 시각적으로 구현할 수 있는 비행정보 분석시스템 개발에 대한 개념 설계서이다. 비행이 완료된 후, 항공기에 탑재된 비행 데이터 저장 장치(QAR, Quick Access Recorder)로부터 비행 및 관련 시스템 데이터를 추출한 후, 이 데이터를 변환한다. 또한 변환된 데이터를 이용하여 각종 비행 및 시스템 정보 분석과 운항 궤적 및 ND, PFD 등 조종실 내 운항 시스템들의 상황을 운항 시와 동일하게 3차원 그래픽으로 재현하는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 시스템 분석 및 안전, 표준 운항 체계 구축에 도움을 줄 수 있으며 유사 관련 분야로의 확대도 가능하다.
