In this study, we investigated the effect of peripheral blur on binocular fusion to resolve binocular fusion failure which is one of the 3D visual fatigues in the perspective of human visual system. With stimulus having discrete disparity change, binocular fusion failure rate for target stimulus having crossed and uncrossed disparity decreased. And target stimulus having continuous disparity also required relatively larger binocular disparity when peripheral blur was presented with target stimulus rather than when peripheral blur was not presented. These results imply that peripheral blur facilitated binocular fusion in the situation of binocular disparity change, and suggest that considering the characteristics of human three-dimensional visual systems, manipulating 3D contents can improve visual discomfort caused by binocular displays at low costs.

The purpose of this study is to survey spectacle wearers's way of thinking through the questionaire and to investigate their wearing conditions through fitting conditions, the pantascopic angle, vertex distance, the coincidence of vertical and horizontal distance between optical center of the lens and pupillary distance of the eye in random selected 150 ametropic corrective wearers in the age of 17 to 19. The results are as follows : 1. The most popular causes of physical complaints in the ex-wearing spectacle are frame pressure(34.0%), slipping forward(30.0%) and most popular visual complaints are blur vision(30.0%) and asthenopia(20.0%). 2. The most common physical or visual complaints in the present wearing spectacle are slipping forward(30.0%), pressure (50.0%), color(10.0%). 3. Myopic glasses wearers accounted for 56.7% of the subjects, the others were compound myopic astigmatism. In 60% of the subjects' binocular diopter did not coincide. 4. In the pantascopic angle of the both eyes coincide in 66.7% of the subjects. The average of pantascopic angle is $10.07^{\circ}$. 5. In the vertex distance of the both eyes coincided in 65.3% of the subjects. the he average of vertex distance is 13.6 mm. 6. Among 150 eyes with monocular, the vertical distance between optical center of the lens and pupillary distance of the eye is within the RAL-RG 915 that is tolerance of ophthalmic dispensing in German Standards in 82 eyes (54.6%). 7. Among 150 eyes with monocular, the horizontal distance between optical center of the lens and pupillary distance of the eye is within the RAL-RG915 that is tolerance of ophthalmic dispensing in German Standards in 86 eyes(57.3 %).

전압의 시간적 변동으로 인하여 시각적 혹은 심리적으로 인식되는 불편함을 나타내는 플리커는 인간의 생체심리학적 인지능력과 관련이 있으며, 인간의 눈은 0.3%에서 0.4%의 매우 작은 전압변동에 대하여 5Hz에서 20Hz의 변조 주파수에서 민감하게 반응하며, IEC는 실증시험을 통해 8.8Hz의 전압변동에서 가장 민감하게 인식하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 플리커는 시각적 불쾌감과 함께 지속적인 경우 회전기와 같은 기기들에 악영향을 주며, 전자장비, 전구, CRT 장비, UPS 동기상실, 제어설비 및 보호설비의 오동작 발생으로 효과적으로 관리가 필요하다. 현재 국내 전기품질 관리기준은 IEC 국제규격을 바탕으로 제 개정 작업이 진행되고 있어 본 논문에서는 IEC 61000-3-7 국제규격을 국내 적용을 위해 필요한 국내 전력계통의 플리커 전달계수를 제시하였다.

360 도 영상은 기존 미디어와 다른 몰입감을 제공하지만 HMD 기반 시청은 멀미, 신체적 불편함 등을 유발할 수 있다. 또한, 시청 디바이스 보급 문제, 네트워크 대역의 문제, 단일 소스 다중 이용의 수요 등으로 일반 디스플레이 기반 서비스 수요도 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 360 도 영상의 일반 디스플레이 서비스를 위한 뷰포트 추출에 필요한 영상 내 객체의 동적 속성을 활용한 시각적 관심 지도 증강 기법과 이를 이용한 서비스 구조를 제시한다.

온라인 교육은 컴퓨터 테크놀로지 발달과 웹 기반 정보 통신 기술의 발전에 따라 효과적인 방법으로 자리 잡으면서 새로운 패러다임으로 꾸준히 성장해 오고 있다. 최근 코로나 19로 인해 초, 중, 고등학교를 비롯하여 대학교는 2020년 3월 역사상 처음으로 개강을 비대면 온라인 상황으로 맞이하게 되었다. 온라인 강의 시청수요가 늘어남에 따라 영상에 대한 필기 양도 많아지고 있다. 온라인 강의는 대부분 시각적 자료와 함께 교수자의 설명이 더해진다. 시각자료에 대한 부가적인 설명과 교수자의 말로 설명이 되는 부분에 대해 필기를 할 때 시각 자료를 그려 필기하거나 영상의 어느 부분에 해당 내용이 나오는지 시간을 같이 메모해서 봐야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 해당 문제점을 해결하기 위해 영상을 시청하며 구간에 메모를 저장, 표시하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 학습자가 영상에 직접 메모를 표시하여 맞춤형 학습에 따른 복습 효용성 향상에 긍정적인 역할을 하도록 한다.

The purpose of this study was to measure breast discomfort, breast pumping time, and breast milk compositions, specially lipid, calorie, and creamatocrit, after Oketani breast massage program. This study is a single group pretest-posttest design. Seventeen mothers who have preterm babies were received Oketani breast massage program. To evaluate the effects of Oketani massage program, data were measured the breast discomfort by the visual analogue scale, breast pumping time, and breast milk lipid, calorie, creamatocrit by a Creamatocrit plus machine, the standard centrifuge with digital calipers. The breast discomfort was significantly reduced after two Oketani breast massage programs(p<.05). In terms of composition of breast milk, lipid, calorie, and crematocrit were significantly increased after second Oketani massage program(p<.05). The Oketani breast massage program applied to mothers who have preterm babies could reduce breast discomfort and increase lipid, calorie, and creamatocrit of breast milk.

Graphical user interfaces (GUI) in modern software deliver information visually, and a well-designed interface can provide information to the use in an organized and intuitive manner while poorly-designed interfaces can cause visual inconvenience and confusion. In order to effectively deliver information to the user, visual attention should be placed on a prominent location in the image. This paper introduces a method based on a human visual system (HVS) that can improve Metro-style GUIs by reducing a user's workload to visually find information. Our method is designed with spatial mapping and color mapping for buttons in the Metro-style GUI. Also we define a metric for Metro-style GUI effectiveness, including an optimization algorithm. The results show that our method improves the performance of visual search tasks in a Metro-style GUI.

모든 사물이 통신으로 연결되는 사물인터넷(IoT) 시대가 도래 하면서, IoT센서를 통한 데이터 시각화에 대한 요구가 증가 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문적인 지식이 없는 사람도 쉽게 방대한 센서 데이터를 저장, 수집 후 쉽게 데이터 시각화할 수 있는 시스템을 구성 하였다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 시각화를 접근성이 용이한 웹 브라우저에서 구현하였고, 웹 브라우저에서 이를 구현하기 위해서는 웹의 다양한 비표준 플러그인(Flash, SilverLight, ActiveX 등)을 사용해야하는 불편함있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 HTML5, CSS, Javascript를 사용해 플러그인을 설치하지 않고 초음파 센서를 사용한 데이터의 실시간 차트 구현을 하였다. 본연구의 결과는 향후, 초음파 센서데이터를 활용한 전후방 장애물 감지 센서, 도난 경보 시스템, IoT센서 데이터 시각화 서비스 등에 활용 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 실시간 코로나-19 전국 확진자 수를 이용하여 데이터를 추출하고 분리하여 시각적으로 표현했다. 추출된 데이터를을 각 지역에 따라 구분하고 전국 지도에 확진자 수를 표시하여 보기 쉽게 나타냈다. 확진자의 경로는 코로나-19 데이터에서 사후 관리를 위해 가장 중요한 데이터이다. 따라서 확진자의 경로는 정부에서 실시간으로 제공되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 데이터는 텍스트 형태로 되어있어 보기에 불편하다. 따라서 본 논문은 확진자 데이터를 분석하고 정리하여 지도에 표시하고자 한다. 이러한 시각화 방법은 확진자의 경로를 쉽게 파악 할 수 있고 감염 경로를 미리 예방 할 수 있게 한다.

본 논문에서는 3차원 스테레오 영상에서의 시각적 피로도와 안구의 운동량과의 상관관계를 도출하고 시각적 피로도 측정 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 측정 방법은 3차원 스테레오 영상 시청자의 피로도가 누적되었을 때, 안구의 단속성 운동(saccade)이 감소할 것이라는 가정에 기반을 둔다. 액티브 셔터글라스 방식의 3D 안경을 착용한 시청자의 동공을 검출하고 추적하기 위해 적외선 광원 및 적외선 카메라를 이용한다. 획득한 영상에 대해 이진 임계화를 적용하고 타원 피팅을 수행하여 동공의 위치를 검출한다. 피팅된 타원의 이심률과 크기 및 위치를 제한하여 검출 오류를 줄인다. 검출된 동공의 위치를 바탕으로 안구의 단속성 운동량을 측정한다. 실험에는 변이 정도가 크지 않아 편안하게 시청 가능한 스테레오 영상과 과도한 변이를 가져 시청하는데 불편한 영상이 분리되어 사용되었다. 이들 영상에 대해 각각 실험자의 단속성 운동량을 측정하였다. 실험 결과에서 안구의 단속성 운동량이 변이가 큰 영상에서 그렇지 않은 영상에 비해 감소하는 경향이 나타났다.
