This study aims to discuss the current status of the ride-sharing platform industry, which embodies the core values of the 4th Industrial Revolution, sharing and connectivity, as well as economic, industrial, and legal issues. To understand the position of competing groups, the research conducted extensive literature reviews on domestic and international cases of technical and legal issues of the sharing economy. The result indicates that the ride sharing industry showed the economy of synthesis in which production, supply, distribution, and consumption are on one platform. It made possible to share values to users and synthesize them with new services through easy-access mobile application technology. To resolve the conflicts between the taxi industry and the ride sharing industry, this study suggests the following: Ride-sharing companies should make contributions to provide legitimate services. The taxi industry needs to understand the value of the new industry and consumers who chose the shared platform service. The significance of the current study is that it proposed a comprehensive analysis and policy direction toward the issue of balance between public and private interests and legal stability.
The automotive industry is facing a paradigm shift, changing from owning to sharing and from manufacturing to service. However, it is hard to conclude that the economic value of smart mobility service is always positive to users. Cost related to owing or share a vehicle is very hard to estimate from the perspective of potential users as well as the benefit of the service. Focusing on the cost side of the story, this study develops a cost estimating model based on three main factors: electrification, advanced driving assistant systems (ADAS) function, and participation of ride-sharing service. As a result of the model analysis, low cost was estimated as a result when receiving cost benefits such as electrification and ride-sharing participation. Various factors were analyzed through sensitivity analysis also. These results can provide useful insights into the cost prediction and strategies for potential users and manufacturers on smart mobility service market.
In this paper, we propose an efficient content sharing scheme for structured P2P overlay network. The main idea of this paper is to exploit the identified routing table instead of anonymous one using social relationships among nodes. The contribution of this paper is to present a means of mitigating the problem of 'free riding' and the threat of misrouting attack by malicious nodes.
Bicycle-sharing as a product service system in the sharing economy, its characteristic is that users can go to nearby places by the public bike at any time however they don't need to have their own bicycle. However, the service quality of bicycle-sharing and satisfaction of users continuously decrease with the rapid growth number of bicycle-sharing users in China. Based on the double diamond model and from the perspective of service design, this research studies the service experience of bicycle-sharing of Chinese users, focuses on the potential pain points of Chinese users when using the public bike, and designs the optimum proposal to promote users' satisfaction. According to the research result, the research builds a new concept which can satisfy users' demand for communication, enjoyment and option during the cycling. The experience of new service system of bicycle-sharing makes humanized and subconscious interaction possible.
This review article summarizes the trends and issues around the mobility business and government regulations in Korea. Key issues identified involve unclear government regulations, conflict management between key stakeholders, platform labor, and regional conflicts. The study then offers an overview of the current government regulations on the mobility business and conflict management, along with some policy recommendations in the areas of linking conflict resolution efforts with the welfare safety net, and corporates' social responsibility for the sustainable ecosystem. Ultimately, an ecosystem is required for multiple ministries and stakeholders to participate in the process of improving the regulations, as well as a control tower (government agency) who plays the pivotal role as a coordinator.

Recently the ratio of the Internet traffic generated by video streaming applications including video-on-demand (VOD) is getting higher and higher, while P2P-based naive content distribution has been the main source of the Internet traffic in the past. As a result, the paradigm of cooperatively distributed systems (e.g., P2P) is changing to support streaming applications. Most P2P assisted approaches for video streaming today are based on Bit Torrent thanks to its simplicity of implementation and easy adaptability. They, however, have immanent vulnerability to free-riding inherited from Bit Torrent, which inevitably hurts their performance under limited system resources with free-riding. This paper studies the weakness to free-riding of existing Bit Torrent-based video streaming applications and investigates the adaptability of T-Chain (which was originally designed to prevent free-riding in cooperatively distributed systems) to video streaming applications. Our experiment results show that the video streaming approach based on T-Chain outperforms most existing Bit Torrent-based ones by 60% on average under limited system resources with free-riding.
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) network depends on cooperation of peers considerably. However, some peers do not share files at all and only download files. Peers also share low quality files or unpopular files. These selfish behavior of peers is referred to 'free riding'. The free riding of peer may decrease participation of other peers or the system performance. In this paper, we propose an incentive mechanism, called IcMFS (Incentive Mechanism for File Sharing System), which provides the correct use of incentive mechanism using trust peer, computes contribution values referring behavior of peers and rewards peers. The proposed mechanism assigns bandwidth and TTL(Time-To-Live) to a peer and differentiates the use of service. A case study on simulations shows the service differentiation according to the contribution value of peer, the correct use of incentive mechanism using trust peer and the advantage by use of trust peer. To prove the stability of proposed mechanism, we also show the disadvantage that a peer receives from the incorrect use of incentive mechanism.

The purpose of this study is two things. First, it is to develop and demonstrate a sharong taxi platform. To this end, the implications for platform development were derived by analyzing consumers' perceptions of existing taxi services using IPA. As a result, abnormal business activities and safe services in the maintenance area were found to be safe rides and easy rides in the key improvement area. Safety such as usage fee level and driver information provision were derived in the areas subject to improvement, and friendly response and internal and external cleanliness were derived in the areas of excessive investment. The second purpose of this study is to estimate the value given to users for sharing taxi service platforms using the CVM. As a result of estimating the value of the demonstration service of the shared taxi platform developed through this study, the WTP was 3,621 won/per household/per year when expanding throughout Gimhae-si, and 2,515 won/per household/per year. Compared to the willingness to pay for empirical services, only 69.5% of the willingness to pay for the spread project in Gimhae-si. This is the result of a combination of service spread to an unspecified number of people and concerns about service quality due to spatial expansion. This suggests that it is necessary to build data through continuous demonstration and to carefully build a roadmap for spread by upgrading services based on this.

차량용 CAN Bus Network에 대한 DoS(Denial of Service), Fuzzy Attack 및 Replay Attack과 같은 공격은 일부 ECU(Electronic Controller Unit) 비활성 및 작동 불능 상태를 유발한다.

Different from the traditional client-server model, it is possible for participants in a cooperative distributed system to get quality services regardless of the number of participants in the system since they voluntarily pool or share their resources in order to achieve their common goal. However, some selfish participants try to avoid providing their resources while still enjoying the benefits offered by the system, which is termed free-riding. The results of free-riding in cooperative distributed systems lead to system collapse because the system capacity (per participant) decreases as the number of free-riders increases, widely known as the tragedy of commons. As a consequence, designing an efficient incentive mechanism to prevent free-riding is mandatory for a successful cooperative distributed system. Because of the importance of incentive mechanisms in cooperative distributed system, a myriad of incentives mechanisms have been proposed without a standard for performance evaluation. This paper draws general incentive design considerations which can be used as performance metrics through an extensive survey on this literature, providing future researchers with guidelines for the effective incentive design in cooperative distributed systems.
