In Korean professional baseball the championship team of the year is determined by the four series of games: semi-semi-playoff, semi-playoff, playoff and korean series. To the top 5 teams in a regular season privileges are given to play the games at post season. At semi-semi playoff the winner of two teams which are ranked at 4th and 5th place in the regular season can advance to the game of semi playoff. The winner at semi playoff advances to the playoff to play with the second place team in the regular season. Finally, the championship team is to be determined in the Korean series between the winner of the playoff and the first ranked team in the regular season. We propose methods of how to calculate the winning probabilities of each of high ranked 5 teams advancing to Korean series. From our proposed methods we can estimate the championship probabilities of each of high ranked 5 teams advancing to the Korean series only if we know the winning probabilities between two teams in the regular season or the post season.

Small electric vehicles, such as electric bicycles or electric kickboards, operate with the power charged in a battery mounted in the vehicle, and some of these users use emergency power sockets installed in apartments or public facilities without getting permission. For this reason, the necessity for a simple method to approve the use of power with instant payment system rises for the building managers and small vehicle users as well. In this paper, we propose a technique to charge batteries for small electric vehicles with less than 1 [kW] through a power supply control device installed on the existing 15 [A]. sockets on the common residential properties or public buildings. It also describes the power user authorization algorithm and how to charge fees for the power used. As a result of this research, this paper shows how the user authentication power supply system with the effect of preventing power theft can be realized by creating an environment in which a battery in a small electric vehicle can be easily charged.

Submitral left ventricular aneurysm (SMLVA) is a rare disease entity that exclusively occurs in the black population. We herewith report on a surgical case of SMLVA in a 68-year-old male who presented with ventricular tachycardia. He underwent surgical repair under standard hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. In the state of apical elevation, a vertical ventriculotomy was made directly over the aneurysm, which was located at the posterobasal aspect of the left ventricle. Radiofrequency ablation was performed on the endocardium all around the neck of the aneurysm and then patch endoaneurysmorrhaphy was carried out with particular care not to injure the mitral valve and subvalvular structure. His postoperative recovery was uneventful. There has been no dysfunction of the mitral valve or recurrence of the ventricular tachycardia at 2 years' follow-up.

Most of the aerospace industries establish the SAE AS9100 Quality Management System, and acquire commercial certification by the 3rd party. Nevertheless, they repeatably have to cope with similar quality system evaluation by the airworthiness authority for the production certificate, parts manufacturer approval, and technical standard order authorization in accordance with the applicable regulations. The current quality system evaluation criteria of the airworthiness authority could be recommended for reforms in order to reduce duplication and correspond to the industrial development and environmental changes. In this paper, we propose measures to reform the authority's evaluation criteria through comparative analysis among the IAQG SAE AS9100, the FAA quality system codes, and the MOLIT ACSEP requirements.

Background: We evaluated mid-term results of mitral annuloplasty using a flexible band and a completely rigid ring for mitral valve repair in patients with degenerative mitral regurgitation (MR). Material and Method: From January 2004 to September 2008, 71 patients (M:F=36:35, $55{\pm}13$ years) underwent mitral valve repair with mitral annuloplasty for degenerative MR. Ring annuloplasty was done using a Cosgrove-Edwards flexible band (Group I, n=43) or a Carpentier-Edwards classic ring (Group II, n=28). There were no differences in preoperative characteristics of the participants. Average duration of follow-up was 36 months (range: 2~69 mos). Result: There was no in-hospital mortality. Postoperative morbidity, which included atrial fibrillation (n=7) and low cardiac output syndrome (n=5) in groups I and II were similar. There was one late death in group II. The proportion exhibiting freedom from recurrent mitral regurgitation ($\geq$moderate) at 4 years in Groups I and II were, respectively, 94.5 and 91.8%, (p=0.695). Left ventricular ejection fraction decreased in the early postoperative period ($7{\pm}2$ days) and recovered by last follow-up ($25{\pm}16$ mos; p=0.002). The pattern was similar in groups I and II (p=0.905). Re-operation was performed in 3 patients (1 in Group I and 2 in Group II, p=0.316). Four-year event-free survival (free of adverse valve-related events) was 95.2% for Group I and 92.6% for Group II; this difference was not significant, p=0.646). Conclusion: The type of technique used in mitral annuloplasty to repair the mitral valve repair after degenerative MR did not affect mid-term clinical and functional results.

기술의 발전과 함께 경제적 측면에서 전기통신은 사회기반구조의 중추적인 일부로 자리잡고 있으며, 궁극적으로는 전세계적인 단일 통신시장이라는 기치아래 각국의 통신시장 개방요구가 점차 확산되고 있다. 이와 맥을 같이 하여 가장 큰 시장을 형성하는 서비스의 최종이용자 장치 즉 단말장치에 대한 규제가 완화되어가고 있는 등 통신시장은 세계화 추세에 있다. 이의 일환으로 자국의 통신질서 유지를 위해 적용되고 있는 단말장치 형식승인제도에 대해 양국 또는 다국간의 국제적 차원에서 상호 공통으로 적용가능한 상호인증제도를 위한 전략수립에 비중을 두고 활동이 전개되고 있다. 본고는 우리나라 전기통신과 깊은 관계를 유지하고 있는 미국 중심의 북미자유무역협정(NAFTA) 체결국중에서 최근 신전기통신법 통과로 관심을 모으고 있는 캐나다에 대해 인증절차와 인증 기술기준 등을 포함한 형식승인제도 전분야를 분석하고 향후 수립될지 모르는 캐나다와의 상호인증을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 한다.

많은 난관을 극복하고 조기착공에 성공한 후에, 우선적으로 고려할 사항은 주공정(Crtical Path) 을 관리하는 것이다. 주공정(critical Path)의 초기 작업에 필요한 자재, 장비, 인원의 준비를 재점검하고 하도급추진을 하는 한편, 계약서상의 요구조건, 승인사항에 미흡한 점이 없는지를 검토하고 보완한다. 계약서상의 요구사항을 미비하거나 무시했을 경우, 반드시 그에 상응하는 경제적 대가를 치루어야 한다는 것을 명심해야 한다. 시공을 하기 위해서는 자재승인 후 작업도면(Working Drawing/ Construction Drawing/ Shop Drawing)의 승인을 받고, 작업방법(Method Statement)을 제출하고, 설명화 Presentation) 및 시험시공(Demonstration 또는 Mockup)을 거쳐 감리자의 시공허락을 받아야 하며 각종 Test를 통해 품질관리를 실행해야 한다. 시공지는 시방서에서 요구하는 품질이 보장되는 범위 내에서, 최대한 공기를 단축할 수 있도록 공사초기부터 노력을 해야 하며, 공사의 모든 과정에서 항상 claim 여부, 공기내 준공, 하자 Zero, 최단 시일 내에 최대의 기성취하에 역점을 두고, 이에 장애요인을 해결하는 것으로 공사를 진행해야 한다.

이 논문에서 고효율, 고 승 강압 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안된 컨버터는 고 승 강압을 저비용으로 동작시키기 위해 플라이백 컨버터와 탭 부스트 컨버터로 구성되어있다. 높은 승압을 얻기 위해 플라이백 컨버터와 탭 인덕터 컨버터의 출력부분은 직렬로 연결되어있다. 또한, 역방향에서 제안된 컨버터는 매우 큰 강압을 할 수 있다. 이 제안된 컨버터는 100W급으로 설계하였으며, PSIM시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 순방향과 역방향의 특성과 효율을 측정하여 고효율 고 승 강압 양방향 DC-DC컨버터임을 증명하였다.

자판기 표준약관이 개정된다. 그간 공정거래위원회 약관제도과와 우리 협회에서는 자판기 거래 분쟁 최소화를 위해 기존 약관을 개정키고 합의하고 새로운 표준약관 마련 직업을 진행해 왔다. 새로운 약관을 준비하며 상호간 쟁점이 되는 사항들이 있었지만 절충에 절충을 거쳐 개정안을 도출해 냈다. 이번에 마련된 표준약관 개정안은 그간 자판기 부실판매의 주된 사례로 작용했던 임대를 전제로 한 기망판매 행위, 수익성 보장을 전제로 반품을 할 수 있도록 유인하여 판매하는 행위 등을 금지될 수 있도록 계약해제 요건을 구체화했다. 또한 구매자가 자판기 구입 후 3개월 이내에는 일정 손율을 지불하고 임의해지를 할 수 있도록 했다. 자판기 구매자 보호 요건들을 강화했음은 물론 거래관계를 명확히 해 상호 분쟁의 요소를 최소화한 것이 특징이다. 이 같은 내용을 골자로 하는 자판기 표준안은 공정거래 위원회 약관 심사 자문회의를 거쳐 1차 승인이 났고, 마지막으로 심의 위원회 최종승인만을 남겨놓고 있다. 하지만 자판기 유통시장 정화에 대한 강력한 의지를 반영한 개정안이기 때문에 별다른 수정 없이 승인이 날 것으로 보여 진다. 이럴 경우 자판 산업계에서는 다가오는 2006년부터는 새로운 약관을 사용할 수 있게 된다. 금호에서는 새롭게 개정되는 자판기 표준 약관의 세부내용을 살펴보고, 자판기 산업계가 어떻게 이를 받아들여야 할지를 살펴봤다.

저분자량(분자량: 1.04$\times$104 g/mole)과 고분자량(3.84$\times$106) 폴리스타이렌 브렌드를 제조하고 무접촉 무마찰을 이용한 비틀림 크립장치를 사용하여 점도, 크립 캄플라이언스들 을 측정하고 또 지연 스펙트라도 계산해 내었다. 고분자량의 농도는 0, 2, 10, 20, 50, 70, 100 중량 퍼센트였다. 점도는 블렌드의 중량평균 분자량이 임계분자량이상이면 중량평균의 3.5승에 비례했다. 중량평균 분자량>임계분자량 인블렌드의 경우 정상상태 회복 캄플라이언 스는 중량평균의 3.5승에 비례했다. 중량평균 분자량>임계분자량 인 블렌드의 경우 정상상 태 회복 캄플라이언스는 중량평균의 -2.3승에 비례했다. 지연스펙트라를 검토한 결과 폴리 스타이렌의 임계분자량은 38000 g/mole 쯤으로 추정되었다.
