하이브리드 랩 방식 유압 서보 밸브의 스풀 변위에 따른 유동 천이 영역에 대한 연구 (Study on Flow-Shifted Region Depending on Spool Displacement in Hydraulic Servo Valve with Hybrid Lap)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 스풀 랜드(spool land)와 슬리브(sleeve) 사이의 정특성 방정식으로부터 스풀 밸브의 압력 특성과 유동특성을 구하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 스풀 랜드와 슬리브 사이의 유동을 환상간극 유동과 오리피스 유동, 그 중간의 천이 영역으로 나누고, 천이 영역의 유량계수를 길이에 따른 두 영역으로 나눈 선형 일차방정식으로 가정하였다. 스풀 밸브의 압력특성방정식을 구하기 위해 스풀의 중립지점에서부터의 변위에 따른 유동을 $q_a=q_b=0$의 조건으로부터 구하였으며, 스풀 밸브의 유량특성방정식을 구하기 위하여 스풀의 중립지점에서부터의 변위에 따른 유동을 $q_a=q_b$, $p_a=p_b$의 조건으로부터 구하였다. 구해진 수식의 타당성은 수치해석을 통해 실험식 및 기존논문과의 비교를 통해 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, analysis of pressure and flow characteristics have been performed with a servo valve. A number of servo valve have been used in various applications including the inserting device, bearing transportation and welding machine. By analysis of flow and pressure gradient, technology can be obtained about optimal simulation of high response servo valve for competitiveness. Spool displacement and ratio of inlet/outlet pressure can give big effects to flow and pressure inside servo valve.

배관 압력을 이용한 서보밸브 정적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Static Characteristics of Servo Valves using Transmission Line Pressures)

  • The conventional technique to measure the hysteresis and the null of servo valves is defined in ISO 10770-1 and based on load flow signal of the servo valve. A new technique based on the transmission line pressures is suggested in this study. The new measuring method was verified through a series of experiments. No hysteresis was observed between the spool displacement and the transmission line pressures, load pressure or each chamber pressure. Some hysteresis was observed between valve input and pressures, which was found to be the same as those of load flow and spool displacement for the valve input. By using the chamber pressures, the hysteresis and the null are easier to measure than the load pressure or differential pressure between those two chamber pressures because the chamber pressures showed sharp edges.

비례제어방식 솔레노이드 밸브 압력제어특성에 관한 동적해석 (Dynamics Analysis of Pressure Control Characteristics in a Variable Pressure Solenoid Valve)

  • In the present paper, dynamics analyses of pressure control characteristics have been performed in a variable pressure solenoid valve. A number of solenoid valves have been used in the electronic control system, especially automatic transmission of an automobile. Variable pressure solenoid valve is intended to produce spatial movement by the electrical signal. Dynamics analyses of pressure control characteristics have been practiced by the Finite Difference Method, which show the pressure distribution in the solenoid valve. The results of numerical analyses show the dependence of pressure distribution on the displacement of the spool in the solenoid valve, and then, are compared with the experimental results.

스풀 변위 피드백을 위한 LVDT 적용 비례전자제어밸브의 개발 및 성능평가 (Development of Electronic Proportional Control Valve with LVDT for Spool Displacement Feedback and Its Performance Evaluation)

  • This study proposes the development and performance evaluation of electronic proportional control valve having an LVDT. The electronic proportional control valve is composed of hydraulic valve, proportional solenoid and controller. LVDT is to reduce the steady state error for the reference input of the controller by the feedback signal to detect the displacement of the spool. Designed LVDT is applied to the common proportional valve. In order to evaluate the performance of the developed valve, the hydraulic test equipment was developed and flow tests were carried out. From experimental results, it was proved that the hysteresis was less than 1% based on the maximum flow rate.

실린더를 이용한 서보 밸브 대역폭 주파수의 측정에 관한 연구 (Study on Bandwidth Frequency of Servovalve based on Metering Cylinder)

  • In this study, a metering cylinder was constructed, and the velocity obtained from the linear velocity transducer (LVT) of the cylinder piston was used to evaluate the dynamic performance of an electro-hydraulic servovalve. Frequency response experiments involving the spool displacement and piston velocity (LVT signal) were conducted with different input signal amplitudes, hydraulic pipe diameters, and supply pressures. The spool displacement signal accurately reflected the performance of the servovalve. Meanwhile, the -3 dB bandwidth frequency of the LVT signal was similar to the spool displacement signal, except for a small-amplitude input signal, and the $-90^{\circ}$ phase lag bandwidth frequency showed some differences.
