  • A chatbot is a responsive chatting program that can communicate with people through text or voice. 'Siri' and 'Bixby' installed in smartphones are also representative artificial intelligences that use the chatbot system. With the rapid development of chatbots, users in various fields have also begun to pay attention to the food service industry. As machine learning technology developed, it became possible to use more flexible conversations, and it soon expanded to the realm of education. Userㄴs interact through conversations with chatbots, and active interactions stimulate users' desires and at the same time have a positive effect on learning motivation. Recommendation system programs using chatbots not only recommend products according to users' preferences, but also provide various additional information. This study planned a program that combined the chatbot system and tourism service. The chatbot curator will develop into a form of inducing interest and curiosity to users through learning, and then facilitating the desire for tourism. The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for a chatbot curator based on previous studies.

  • The volume of electronic banking service via smart phone is expected to increase dramatically under smart convergence environment. Under such circumstances, the effort to establish the mobile electronic banking culture which took a major step forward from the conventional electronic commerce method is essential. It is necessary to standardize the mobile payment infrastructure in order to resolve the initiative conflicts between financial institutions and newly launched non-financial institutions. Furthermore, a domestic and international strategy is required as the number of NFC technology based smart phone transaction business is increased. As various types of business enter the electronic commerce field, efforts to resolve the dissatisfaction of the customers are critical. • This study aims to provide implications by exploring the experiences of elderly customers using smart wearable devices. The proportion of the elderly among all customers is increasing day by day, and they are gradually trying to use smart devices more actively and improve the quality of life. It is known that the elderly have difficulty using smart devices compared to the younger generation, but this study aims to identify psychological mechanisms in the use process to help the elderly users use related devices more conveniently and joyfully and to actively apply them to service and product development. In particular, theoretical and practical implications were provided by investigating the causal relationship between variables that play a major role in the process of using smart devices, such as convenience, fun, and challenge.

  • With the recent development of device performance such as smartphones, cameras, and video cameras, it has become possible to obtain human biometric information from images and photos. A German hacker group obtained human iris information from high-definition photos and revealed hacking into iris scanners on smartphones. As high-quality images and photos can be obtained with such advanced devices, the need for a suitable security system is also emerging. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method of automatically masking human iris information in images and photos using Haar Cascades and Blur models from openCV. It is a technology that automatically masks iris information by recognizing a person's eye in a photo or video and provides the result. If this technology is used in devices and applications such as smartphones and zoom, it is expected to provide better security services to users.

  • mVoIP (mobile Voice over Internet Protocol) service is a technology to transmit voice data through an IP network using mobile device. mVoIP provides various supplementary services with low communication cost. It can maximize the availability and efficiency by using IP-based network resources. In addition, the users can use voice call service at any time and in any place, as long as they can access the Internet on mobile device easily. However, SIP on mobile device is exposed to IP-based attacks and threats. Observed cyber threats to SIP services include wiretapping, denial of service, and service misuse, VoIP spam which are also applicable to existing IP-based networks. These attacks are also applicable to SIP and continuously cause problems. In this study, we analysis the threat and vulnerability on mVoIP service and propose several possible attack scenarios on existing mobile VoIP devices. Based on a proposed analysis and vulnerability test mechanism, we can construct more enhanced SIP security mechanism and stable mobile VoIP service framework after eliminating its vulnerability on mobile telephony system.

  • Recently one of the main keywords representing of Korea is O2O The O2O market is an intersection of online commerce and offline commerce. The spread and popularization of smartphones transform payment market environment from online-based(PC) to mobile-based(Smartphone) which enable payment service expanses to on/off-line both markets. Due to this movement, data security is mo vulnerable than online-based payment service but the preference of serviceability, security threat becomes bigger.O2O service expansion is now at the stage of beginning with the limited influence, but could affect to the establishment of on/off line payment system of VAN and PG in the future. However, in the moment, the motivation to destruct the system is still weak. In this research, the possibility of Non-PG mobile payment service was suggested as a new way of mobile payment service by using PG. With suggestion, it could eliminate the issues of payment method beforehand and provide low fee to merchants.

  • Professional baseball is one of the spectator sports that has been loved for a long time by the citizens as a recreational activity since its establishment in 1982, and has been playing pivotal role as a national sport. However, there has been decline in the number of audiences since 2019. Hence, this research paper aimed to provide strategic direction for planning and improvement of professional baseball stadiums by applying the concept of servicescape. In this research, five key factors of servicescape that affects players performance and the level of immersion of spectators were derived through literature review, and based on these key factors, case study analysis were carried out for 51 domestic and foreign baseball stadiums while focusing on the factors derived. Domestic baseball stadiums highly concentrate on spectatorship without effectively responding to change in spectators demand and its effective use of space rather than baseball games. As in foreign cases, it is critical to modify mangement process and planning direction, and improve policies while perceiving baseball stadium as recreational and cultural space.
