Recently, research and system using AI is rapidly increasing in various fields. Smart farm using artificial intelligence and information communication technology is also being studied in agriculture. In addition, data-based precision agriculture is being commercialized by convergence various advanced technology such as autonomous driving, satellites, and big data. In Korea, the number of commercialization cases of facility agriculture among smart agriculture is increasing. However, research and investment are being biased in the field of facility agriculture. The gap between research and investment in facility agriculture and open-air agriculture continues to increase. The fields of fruit trees and plant factories have low research and investment. There is a problem that the big data collection and utilization system is insufficient. In this paper, we are proposed the system for determining the fruit tree growth stage using a deep learning-based object detection model. The system was proposed as a hybrid app for use in agricultural sites. In addition, we are implemented an object detection function for the fruit tree growth stage determine.

The government has invested much budget for 5years to do the Smart-education and operate digital textbook services since 2011. The private enterprises also decided to focus on constructing Smart learning system by investing much budget. If these systems are constructed nationwide and therefore can access to cyber university by using smart devices, we can reduce the information gap and study online lectures to get a grade whenever, whoever and wherever we want to. However, these convenient systems can cause serious problems like falsifying grades by hacking if security systems are weak. In this paper, we formulated cyber university which is secured in terms of security. For this, we simulated the smart-learning system which strengthened the security, considering code algorithm and encryption technique.

During the pandemic status of COVID-19 since 2019 December, demands and attention on various convergence services with non-contact technologies and social adoption are increasing. Along with these increased demands and attention, the digital divide issues should be concerned to understand the informatization degrees of rural area residences, the elderly, the disabled, and the low-income. Furthermore, rural area residences may be the elderly, the disabled, and the low-income also. It may mean that the rural area should be considered as in noticeable status of the digital divide. This study focuses on the policy alternatives to reduce the digital divide in rural areas with a literature review methodology and on the factors on informatization issues in rural areas. For the aims, this study analyzes the EU cases of informatization in rural areas to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the suggested policies. As the analysis result, it is clear that the EU countries try to enhance the economic and growth powers rather to reduce the digital divide gaps. Also, it can be considered that the EU countries focus on supporting the rural area to adopt the non-contact information services newly rather on maintaining the IT education services and the infrastructures in off-line environments.

The introduction of iPhone was an opportunity to increase of internal smarphone users in 2009 and it exceeded 15 millions at August, 2011. According to report about usage of smartphone users, elderly people aged over 60 was quite low compared to other groups. Moreover these elderly peoples feel lag behind cause of smartphone non-use. Thus, the aim of this research is to improve usability of smartphone for elderly peoples. The performance evaluation program and questionnaire were developed for this purpose and objective data and subjective data were collected through these. 22 elderly peoples participated in our research and we could derived proper level of target. The results of this research will be applied to smartphone or application for elderly. The meaning of this research is reveal the detailed touch target for elderly based on smartphone environment.

Recently, the boundaries between people who produce and consume digital contents disappears due to the massive developments in information and communications technology (ICT) and the rapidly increasing spread of smartphones unlike in the traditional mass media (e.g., newspapers, radios, and TVs). Through the open service platform, the problem perception for each individual remains the same, but the problem solving methods varies as the service types have been diversified. The creation of added value through the growth of the new media platform industry is expected to enrich our lives, but it can also cause severe social side effects. For example, communication problems between social classes due to the information gap have led to generational conflict, and if such problems persist, it can cause national and social losses. Therefore, this paper analyzes the policy efforts to resolve the information gap and the necessity of the legalization of multimedia literary education to maximize the synergy effect through psychological model.

본 논문에서는 한국형 스마트 앱 저작도구로 미국, 일본, 한국에서 세계특허를 획득한 원더풀소프트의 M-Bizmaker를 이용하여 식품영양학과와 비서행정과 등 비전공자 회사원과 학생이 협력하는 관계에서도 중급수준의 비즈니스 앱 개발이 단기간에 가능하며 최고의 효율성을 검증할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 즉 저작도구인 M-Bizmaker를 이용하면 초중고, 대학, 일반인까지 모든 계층에서 초단기 1일 교육을 통하여 개인의 아이디어와 개성을 살린 앱을 제작할 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 비전공자들이 제작한 스마트 앱의 수준은 본문에서 설명한 것 같이 단체의 일반홍보, 식단관리, 그래프를 이용한 취업현황, 구글맵 연계 주소 관리, 자동전화걸기, 사진 등의 이미지 관리, 친구 찾기와 같이 구성원을 등록하여 용이하게 관리할 수 있고, 설문조사도 쉽게 할 수 있다. 현재 세계 모바일 시장은 애플, 구글 등 미국시장이 세계시장을 선도하고 있는 상황으로 구글의 앱인벤터, 애플의 앱쿠커 등의 저작도구가 베타버젼으로 존재하지만 세계특허 수준의 한국형 저작도구인 비즈니스용 전문개발인 M-Bizmaker와는 기술수준에서 많은 격차가 존재하므로 국가적 차원에서 앱 저작도구 기술개발 인력 양성에 투자한다면 다가오는 미래에는 우리나라가 세계시장을 선도할 수 있을 것이라 사려 된다.

In response to the challenges posed by a super-aged society, local authorities are conducting educational programs on smartphone usage tailored for the elderly. However, obstacles such as the limitations of one-to-many education and suboptimal learning outcomes for the elderly have hindered the efficacy of smartphone education. This study suggests an educational service intended for direct application in offline settings, considering the identified problems. Through the utilization of generative AI, the proposed app identifies specific challenges encountered by users during actual smartphone use, offering personalized exercises to facilitate customized and repetitive learning experiences for individual users. When integrated with existing local government education initiatives, this app is anticipated to enhance the efficiency of smartphone education by providing personalized, one-on-one training that is efficient in terms of time and content.

This study attempted to identify the information gap about Internet of Things (IoT) devices and services in the era of digital transformation. To this end, we analyzed differences in perception of predicting future issues about IoT devices and services, and analyzed differences in the need for digital technology and help in life according to perceptions and experience of using IoT devices and services. Also, the level of education and demand for education were analyzed. A survey was conducted from February 15th to March 7th, 2021 for residents in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do, and 232 respondents responded. Analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0, and all statistical values were presented as average values. The results of the study are as follows. First, the future issues of the intelligent information society according to the recognition of the intelligent information society, the help of life provided by artificial intelligence devices and services, and the need for intelligent information technology were presented. Second, the difference in Life help provided by artificial intelligence according to the recognition and use experience of artificial intelligence devices was presented. Third, the difference in life help provided by artificial intelligence according to the recognition and use experience of artificial intelligence service was presented. Fourth, the difference in necessity according to artificial intelligence technology recognition and use experience was presented. Fifth, the educational level and educational demand of the intelligent information society were investigated and presented. Through the results of this study, a suggestion for resolving the information gap in the era of digital transformation was suggested.

This study conducted topic modeling, association analysis, and sentiment analysis focused on text mining in order to reflect regional characteristics in the process of establishing an information plan in Chungcheongbuk-do. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Chungcheongbuk-do occupies a relatively high proportion of educational activities to bridge the information gap, and is interested in improving infrastructure to provide non-face-to-face, untouched administrative services, and bridge the gap between urban and rural areas. In addition, it is necessary to refer to the fact that there is a positive evaluation of the combination of bio and IT in the regional strategic industry and examples of ICT innovation services. It has been confirmed that smart cities have high expectations for the establishment of various cooperation systems with IT companies, but continuous crisis management is necessary so that they are not related to political issues. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as one of the methods to specifically reflect regional changes in the process of informatization.

In the digital society where ICT technology is highly developed, digital literacy is an essential competence for working and living. Developed countries around the world have been working hard to solve the digital divide and improve digital literacy. In this paper, we investigated and analyzed the case of US public libraries for improvement of digital literacy of adults including the older people. To do this, we analyzed the educational program type of digital literacy, education method, and the contents of the program, focusing on the best practices libraries of the program. Many of the educational programs still related to basic computer and Internet technologies, and training programs on Micro Office, e-mail, social media, and smartphone and tablet computing were also high. The most frequent and daily training method was informal point of use, and the content and level of education appeared to be very diverse. For digital literacy training, the librarians of the public library considered librarians' digital competence and retraining to be the most important, and the library facility and the latest equipment to be suitable for the operation of the digital literacy education program.
