Recent wearable smart device products, but with a variety of features and form that go out after a series of releases in has been outside for a lack of consumer content. The device advances, the type of equipment attached to the user's body was released, which was the background to be subjected to a health-care products of interest to the user and the machine-to-machine interaction. This study is to identify health care elements wearable smart device content around the market with features to interact with the game content and game content derived elements fit smart wearable devices. Survey research method was developed or released wearable devices and game content and take advantage of this any existing research literature related to game development. Based on this we derive the interactive elements for a wearable smart devices based.
As smart phone market has been rapidly saturated, wearable devices have been emerging as a new growth power in the post smart phone era. This study aims to comprehend the influential factors of purchasing intention of product features(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) and individual characteristics(innovation, fashion leadership, self-efficacy, concern for health) of wrist wearable device. The result shows that fashion leadership and health concern among consumers' individuality, and perceived usefulness and perceived usability among product features are proved to be significant factors. This means that both usefulness and usability have significant impacts on purchase intention of wearable device and product development should be made to enhance user experience.
With development of wearable devices, there is an increased interest in bio-signal monitoring techniques that can measure the user's health condition. However, embedding several bio-signal sensors in one wearable device has some inherent problems in terms of limited resources such as its size. Furthermore, such problem also arise when new bio-signal sensors are added. In this paper, we introduced the Bio-Cradle, which is a Plug-in module that can transfer the biological signals in real time from the accelerometer, ECG, or PPG sensor to other wearable devices at the request from the user of wearable devices. When the Bio-Cradle plugged in to the other device, it can transfer several synchronized bio-signals regardless of the type of device.

Recently, smart wearable devices for monitoring health status have been utilized as interest in health care has increased. In this paper, we developed a fatigue measurement system that works with smart wearable devices. Unlike physical fatigue that is restored when you take enough rest, mental fatigue can decrease the efficiency or concentration of work, so you can monitor your mental health status through measurements. This system provides the function to transmit the measured data from the smart wearable device to the smartphone and to calculate the mental fatigue. A fatigue index was developed to measure fatigue and expressed as a number from 1 to 5. In addition, the results of the fatigue calculation and the survey were compared with the results of the independent sample t-test. Therefore, this system will be used to help users manage their health efficiently.

Despite consumers' increasing awareness and interests in innovative wearable devices, the sales growth has been stagnant. To analyze this phenomenon, we investigate consumer preferences for various innovative features embedded in wearable devices. Conducting conjoint analysis on smartwatches, we empirically show that the curse of innovation can occur when the consumer's expected utility from the smartwatch falls short of his/her psychological cost associated with behavior change from smartwatch usage. Therefore, our findings provide managerial implications on the R&D strategy for new technologies and more importantly on the marketing strategy easing consumers' resistance to highly innovative products.
With the development of IoT technology, wearable services have also developed rapidly. Wearable devices required for this service are used as sensors and controllers in the form of smart bands. Wearable devices implement very concise SWlogic for possible long-term use and use wireless communication protocols to improve convenience. However, because this wearable device aims to be lightweight, it is more vulnerable to security than terminals used for other information services. Many smart healthcare or smart medical services are passive or do not apply security technology. By exploiting this security environment, attackers can obtain or modify important information through access to wearable devices. In this study, we analyzed the technical operating environment of wearable services and identified authentication information reuse attacks, BIAS attacks, battery drain attacks and firmware attacks on wearable devices. And we analyzed the mechanism of each security threat and confirmed the attack effect. In this study, we presented a response plan to respond to the identified security threats. When developing wearable services, it is expected that safer services can be built if the response plan proposed in this study is considered.
