This study analyzed the factors that influence the domestic SMEs that have introduced smart factories on their intention to accept at a higher level for qualitative advancement. 375 copies collected through an online survey were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS with UTAUT and the extended two-stage information system continuous model. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction and user satisfaction and CEO's will have an effect on the intention to accept the advancement. However, the suppliers' technology didn't have a direct effect on the advancement acceptance intention and user satisfaction has a mediating effect between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and the advancement acceptance intention. SME's advancement for smart factory, it is important to improve the satisfaction level and the CEO's will to become smart.

의료기기는 다학제적 융합기술 분야이자 고 부가가치 산업으로 IT 기술의 발전과 초고령화 사회의 본격화로 높은 성장 가능성이 전망된다. 이 중 피부 부착형 (웨어러블) 및 인체 삽입형 (임플랜터블) 소형 의료기기는 포화된 스마트폰 시장에 새로운 성장 원동력으로 작용할 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 생체삽입형 및 부착형 소형 의료기기 중 생체삽입형 전극 어레이, 스마트 콘택트 렌즈, 피부부착형 헬스 모니터링 디바이스의 개발 사례를 알아보고, 궁극적 소형 의료기기로 손꼽히는 복용형 디바이스에 대한 전망을 알아본다. 또한 각 유형별로 현재 극복해야 할 기술적 한계와 문제점을 짚어본다.

스마트 폰을 비롯한 다양한 모바일 단말들이 사회 생활 전반에 널리 사용됨에 따라 소프트웨어 서비스 산업은 모바일 어플리케이션을 통한 새로운 기회를 맞이하고 있으며, 기업은 이러한 업무 환경 변화에 대비하기 위해 다양한 환경에서의 소통-협업을 지원하기 위한 프레임워크가 필요하게 되었다. 본 고에서는 네트워크에 산재되어 있는 여러 웹 서비스 기능들을 융합하여 다양한 어플리케이션을 생성-실행-관리할 수 있는 공통프레임워크 기반 서비스 플랫폼 기술을 소개하며, 이를 기반으로 지식 협업 스마트워크에 적용하기 위한 지식 협업 서비스 플랫폼의 구조, 기능, 어플리케이션 시나리오를 소개한다.

현재 우리사회는 인터넷의 진화와 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 급속하게 변화하고 있으며, 스마트폰의 확산과 무선 인터넷 활성화, 신규 융합서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이며 인터넷을 기반으로 한 컨버전스가 산업 발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 사회현안 해결을 위한 IT 활용의 중요성을 말해주며, 우리의 일상생활 전반에 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 정보화의 진전이 진행될수록 이에 대한 역기능 또한 다양해지고 심화되어 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 프라이버시 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 중독현상 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있다. 따라서 IT 발전과 활용에 따른 인터넷 진흥과 보호의 균형 있고 체계적인 대책 마련, 책임 의식과 윤리성 강화, 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경 변화에 대응한 한국인터넷진흥원의 중점 추진과제로서 인터넷 정책 개발과 활성화 기반 마련, 건전한 인터넷 문화와 이용환경 조성, 신속한 침해사고 대응과 선순환 구조 마련, 커뮤니케이션 패키지를 통한 국제협력 활동 등을 살펴보고 사회적 공감대 형성과 적극적인 참여를 도모하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 오토마타를 활용한 창의 융합 교육으로 학생들에게 기술과 공학 그리고 예술의 융합적 상상력을 불어넣을 수 있는 교육과정을 제안하고 이를 통해 인지능력과 감정조절, 그리고 공감 능력을 향상시키는 것을 가능하게 하는 사회정서학습인 SEL(Social and Emotional Learning)을 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 제안하는 프로그램을 통해 학생들의 감성을 자극하고 새로운 생각을 유도함으로써 올바른 인성을 가질 수 있도록 한다.

This study is a study on the innovation resistance that may arise in connection with the introduction and use of smart factory-related technologies by SMEs. It is to study the effect of the leading factors of innovation resistance on innovation resistance and the effect of innovation resistance on use intention by using the extended innovation resistance model. A total of 176 survey data were used for the study, and the study was conducted using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 2.0. Relative advantage, suitability, perceived risk, social impact, and organizational characteristics have a significant effect on innovation resistance, and innovation resistance was tested to have a significant effect on the intention to use. As an implication according to the research, a plan to improve the level of introduction and use of smart factories using the expanded innovative storage model was presented by dividing positive and negative factors, and factors that should be improved and factors that should be reduced are presented. It was specifically presented.

스마트기기 및 클라우드 서비스 확산, 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 성장 등에 따라 인터넷 경제는 재도약하고 있으며, 거대 플랫폼사업자를 중심으로 한 모바일 생태계 구축경쟁에 따라 모바일 앱, 소셜커머스 등 분야에서 중소벤처기업에게 새로운 기회가 열리고 있다. 아울러 인터넷을 통한 국경간 콘텐츠 공급 확대, 오픈마켓 활성화 등에 따라 글로벌콘텐츠 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 인터넷의 일상화에 따라 사회 정치 문화, 방송통신 산업에 대한 인터넷의 영향이 확대되고 있다. 스마트 생태계 구축경쟁과 인터넷 중심 융합으로 특정지워지는 새로운 방송통신 패러다임은 기존 방송통신산업구조와 규제체계의 전환을 촉구하고 있으며, 방송통신 융합을 촉진하고 방송통신산업을 육성하기 위해서는 C(콘텐츠) - P(플랫폼) - N(네트워크) - T(기기)를 아우르는 종합적인 접근이 요구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 우선 방송통신산업 동향과 정책환경 변화를 살펴본 후 네트워크 고도화, 전략적 R&D, 중소 벤처기업 육성, 콘텐츠산업 경쟁력 제고 등 방송통신산업이 한 단계 더 도약하기 위해 필요한 주요정책과제 들을 살펴본다.

Given that with the development of the 4th industry, interest and desire for smart cities are gradually increasing and related technologies are developed as a way to strengthen urban competitiveness by utilizing big data, information and communication technology, IoT, M2M, and AI, the purpose of this study is to find out how to achieve this goal on the premise of the idea of smart well fair city. In other words, the purpose is to devise a smart well-fair city in the care area, such as health care, medical care, and welfare, and see if it is feasible. With this recognition, the paper aimed to review the concept and scope of smart city, the discussions that have been made so far and the issues or limitations on its connection to social security and social welfare, and based on it, come up with the concept of welfare city. As a method of realizing the smart welfare city, the paper reviewed characteristics and features of a social security platform as well as the applicability of smart city, especially care services. Furthermore, the paper developed discussions on the standardization of the city in terms of political and institutional improvements, utilization of personal information and public data as well as ways of institutional improvement centering on social security information system. This paper highlights the importance of implementing the digitally based community care and smart welfare city that our society is seeking to achieve. With regard to the social security platform based on behavioral design and the 7 principles(6W1H method), the present paper has the limitation of dealing only with smart cities in the fields of healthcare, medicine, and welfare. Therefore, further studies are needed to investigate the effects of smart cities in other fields and to consider the application and utilization of technologies in various aspects and the corresponding impact on our society. It is expected that this paper will suggest the future course and vision not only for smart cities but also for the social security and welfare system and thereby make some contribution to improving the quality of people's lives through the requisite adjustments made in each relevant field.

Modern cities are changing to 'smart cities' dramatically with the introduction and development of the fourth industrial revolution technologies. Among these technologies blockchain is unique because it not only embraces technological innovation but also societal revolution. Therefore, blockchain is expected to play a pivotal role for contributing comprehensive development of smart city. The current research and policy atmosphere in Korea, however, is that blockchain is just a new technology and its broader impacts are overlooked. This study argues that blockchain has significant effects on smart cities not only from technological perspectives but also from social, economic, institutional, governmental perspectives. Further, this study suggests three categories that blockchain can help the development of smart city: technology, socio-economic, and governance, with examples of existing blockchin projects. However, these projects have been builting separately without any interaction under the common hood of 'smart city'. To emhance influences of blockchain on smart cities in positive ways, private companies, policy maker, and citizend are supposed to consider and discuss about publi sector's blockchain that is commonly used in at the smart city level.
