The social computing which is growing rapidly, has been scaling up the influencing power in every area and extending its activities into the political area. On the other hand, political participation trend of citizens gave rise to an innovative idea, so called 'Smart Citizens Party'. This requires the receptiveness and the openness of the party. So smart citizens party needs the smooth communication structure based on social computing as well as ICT(Information Communication Technology). That is, to embody the Smart Citizens Party, social computing framework for its is required. The purpose of this study is to suggest the social computing framework as the technical base of smart citizens party. To achieve this purpose, this paper will analyze the rise of the social web and ICT & innovation of public(and political) sector, study the concept and impacts of social computing and the concept and characteristics of Smart Citizens Party, and describe the framework, its elements and its service functions of social computing.

Assuming that Smart Work will have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and which, in turn, will improve productivity, domestic and international organizations have adopted and implemented Smart Work. However, leading companies have recently reduced or shut down operations of Smart Work. If Smart Work had really brought about the improvement of productivity, there would be no reason for organizations to take such action. Therefore, this paper reviews the relationship among Smart Work, job satisfaction and productivity. Based on the National Digital Science Library (NDSL) database, we select eight references related to Smart Work, and analyze them systematically. The previous empirical studies show that Smart Work produces a positive outcome for job satisfaction, which, in turn, improves productivity. However, we find that the previous research has a problem demonstrating the relationship between job satisfaction and productivity, because they has unclearly measured the concept of job satisfaction. This research deeply discuss this issue, and provides future research direction.

With the development of Information Communication Technology (ICT), diverse work policies, such as, telework, telecommuting, flexible work had been conceptualized and implemented to encourage efficient business practices and worker satisfaction. These work policies are the forerunners of newly emerging concept of "Smart Work." However, as smart work is a new concept, no single agreeable definition can be found. In this study, the relevant literatures published in past 15 years are reviewed systematically in order to derive a conceptual framework for "Smart Work," from related research, such as telecommuting, flexible time, telework, etc. Related variables are grouped into five clusters: Task, Technology, People, Organization Structure and Managerial Levers, forming a policy and research framework. Further research are suggested after the discussion of implications.

기존의 음성기반 감정인식 기술은 충분한 컴퓨팅 파워를 가진 PC에서 수백개의 특징을 사용하여 감정을 인식하고 있다. 이러한 음성기반 감정인식 기술은 컴퓨팅 파워에 제약이 많은 스마트폰 환경을 고려하지 않은 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 제한된 스마트폰 컴퓨팅 파워를 고려한 음성의 특징 추출 기법과 서버 클라이언트 개념을 도입한 효율적인 음성기반 감정인식 프레임워크를 제안한다.

Present many organizations are introduced to smartwork for reducing the operational cost and getting the labor's flexibility. The smartwork is the future-oriented worker's environment in which they can engage in their task, anytime and anywhere conveniently and efficiently. In spite of many smartwork advantages, the security problems are major issues and prevent to introducing and spreading of smartwork for organizations. Therefore, the success of the organization for smartwork environment is put in place appropriate security control model. This study is about security threats for smartwork security control model. We apply the exploratory method for this research, which are reviewing, analyzing of literature for extracting the security threats and clustering of the extracted security threats. Finally we define the 16's security threats according to the aspect of smartwork service layers.

스마트 컴퓨팅은 지능형 정보서비스로서 스마트폰, 스마트패드, 스마트TV 등의 다양한 스마트 기기를 비롯한 스마트 워크, 스마트 자동차 등의 새로운 정보화시스템 개념으로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 스마트 컴퓨팅의 컴퓨팅 환경과 최적의 정보 상호작용을 정립하기 위해서 정보 상호작용에 대한 상황 인식 기반 구조적, 기능적, 인터페이스 접근에 대해서 논의한다. 이러한 정보 상호작용을 통해서 사용자 컴퓨팅 환경에 최적화된 스마트 정보시스템의 효율적 구성과 사용자 정보서비스의 편의성을 구축한다.

현재 우리나라는 2013년 제주 스마트그리드 실증단지사업을 완료한 이후, 현재 AMI 및 ESS 보급사업을 진행 중이고 더불어 주요 7~8개 도시에 대한 스마트그리드 시티 사업도 준비 중에 있다. 스마트그리드 인프라의 본격적인 확산과 더불어 가장 우려되는 사안 중의 하나가 사이버 보안 이슈이며, 이는 기존의 주요 전력망 보안정책이 폐쇄망 운영을 골자로 하고 있다는 점에서 볼 때 상충되는 측면이 있다. 스마트그리드의 중심이 기존의 대형 전력망 중심에서 스마트 홈 기반 중심으로 옮겨가면서, 전력망은 외부 네트워크와의 연결성이 강화되고 있으며 통신 분야에서 진행되어 오던 사물통신(Internet of Things: IoT) 개념과 결합하면서 그 개방성의 진행이 가속화되고 있다. 따라서 기존의 폐쇄망 정책만으로는 보안성을 확보하는데 명확한 한계가 존재하며 시대적 조류에도 부합하지 않기 때문에, 새로운 패러다임이 필요한 때라고 판단된다. 그 대안 중의 하나로 개방 네트워크로 인해 증가하는 연결성을 보안 위협의 루트가 아닌 보안성을 강화하기 위한 환경으로 활용하는 것이다. 촘촘히 연결된 네트워크를 통해 각 개체가 서로를 상호 모니터링 함으로써 전체 시스템이 오염되는 것을 막을 수 있다. IoT의 도입을 통해 기기 간에는 사회적 연결성이 강화될 것이며, 이러한 연결성과 그 안에 숨겨진 맥락을 통해 이상 여부를 사전에 감지해낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 사회적 관계성에 근거하여 AMI 네트워크에서의 이상 징후를 감지하기 위한 기본적 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

This space is for the abstract of your study in English. Recently, we began to face a significant change in our daily lives due to the expansion of the use of smartphones. In this regard, this study aims at examining the mechanism of Smart Work, necessary for the creation of job, led by the use of smart devices, and ways of its development. Accordingly, this study defined concepts of Smart Work clearly and analyzed the convergence of information through IT, the exploitation of new markets, derived from information industry, along with foreign cases of job creation through ICT. Furthermore, change in people's cultural recognition is required for the place of smart Work. For example, cluster development based on the public-private cooperation will promote the creation of job. In addition, the cooperation of the academic world and the service industry will play a leading role in developing local economy. To attain this end, the policy support of government for Smart Work and the public-private cooperation are needed.

학문 간의 전통적 경계가 허물어지고, 기술 융합이 경제체제와 사회구조를 급격히 변화시키는 4차 산업혁명시대가 다가오고 있다. 스마트제조(smart manufacturing)는 인간, 기술, 정보의 융합을 통해 제조업의 전략적 혁신을 도모하고자 하는 패러다임으로서 ICT와 제조기술을 융합하고자 하는 기술이다. 또한 스마트공장(smart factory)은 이러한 기술 융합을 통하여 공장의 설비, 장비와 공정이 지능화되어 네트워크로 연결되고, 생산데이터와 정보가 실시간으로 공유 활용되어 최적화된 생산운영이 가능한 공장으로, 공장 간의 협업적인 운영이 지속되는 지능형 ICT융합 제조시스템을 말한다. 이 글에서는 제조업 ICT융합과 스마트화, 그리고 스마트공장의 개념, 구성과 관련 동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

최근 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고, 언제 어디서나 편리하게 근무함으로써 업무효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 업무환경 개념인 스마트워크(Smartwork)가 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 스마트워크 환경에서는 모든 업무가 정보통신망과 정보시스템을 통해 처리되기 때문에 정보유출 위협이 존재한다. 또한, 디지털 포렌식 분야에서 조사 및 수사대상이 점점 다양화되고 있다. 내부정보 유출과 같은 보안사고 발생 후, 디지털 증거는 대부분 제한적으로 수집될 수밖에 없으며, 전문업체 의뢰 시 높은 의뢰비용과 장기간의 분석 시간이 소요된다. 기존의 내부정보 유출 방지 시스템에만 의존할 것이 아니라, 유출 행위 탐지에 중점을 둔 선제적 감사 활동을 수행하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 준비도가 필요한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다양한 디지털 포렌식 준비도 관련 모델들에 대한 분석을 기반으로 미래 스마트워크 환경에서 보안사고에 대응하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 준비도 모형을 연구하였다.
