The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of illegal distribution of literary works on internet cafes and homepages, and figure out how to protect the rights of copyright holders. For this study, examined were the cafes and menus of homepages of major Websites on the Internet, where illegal copying and delivery of literary works could happen. For each Website, the volumes of the entire collection, the number of literary works held, the maximum and average number of transactions were investigated, and literary works categorized according to genres were analyzed. The result shows that the strict legislation and regulation by government or copyright organizations could hinder the positive distribution of awareness about the copyright : but, still strongly needed is the promotion and education of the importance of copyright to help the public understand better. Providers of portal services should take a proper step to strengthen the training of and systematic support for copyright-related issues for both operators and users of cafes and homepages on Websites.

On the point of view, I am about to study how to shape into the puppet shows as a traditional medium. And what will be expected much more influenced when accepts principles of Esthetics of an Image? I expect to purify emotion by Puppet shows to the Moderns who are live in the rapidly changing period situation. I would like to observe about making process of Puppet-show with application of the image language.

Since, Davis(1991) has proposed the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) through a literature review of informatization promotion, which insists that a user conveniency is judged by the degree of effectiveness caused by IT, the advancement of IT such as the Internet, e-mail, electronic data exchange, and groupware have brought into various changes in ordinary corporations and public institutions. However, with the right function, the advancement of IT has provided various benefits including additional reverse functions. Based on an integrated environment of business process, unauthorized user could access to information and a management of information becomes more difficult than before due to informatization of critical information. Furthermore, external hacking or information leakage by insider becomes easier owing to advancement in communication technology. This study has tried to develop a specified management procedure and implementation method for confidential documents.

댐에는 하류 홍수피해 경감을 위한 방류설비와 댐에 저장된 물을 생활 농업 공업용수로 활용하기 위한 취수설비가 구축되어 있다. 취수설비는 고객의 요구에 부응하기 위해 여러 종류의 개선사례와 형식변경을 통해 날로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 1970년대 소양강댐이 건설된 후 1990년대 중반까지는 수력발전을 목적으로 수차발전기 분해점검을 위한 수리용 게이트가 채택되어 저수지 중층부에 설치한 사례가 많다. 경제부흥 초창기 우리나라가 해외차관으로 건설한 소양강댐, 안동댐, 대청댐 등의 취수설비가 이에 해당한다. 이후 1990년대 말까지 하류 농작물 냉해방지를 위해 상온수의 물을 취수하는 표면취수설비가 임하댐, 주암댐, 용담댐 등에서 채택 운영되고 있다. 그러다가 횡성댐, 장흥댐 등이 건설되는 2000년대 초부터 기존의 냉해방지와 조류 등 환경변화에 대처가 가능하도록 저수지 전 구간을 수심별로 구분 선택하여 취수하는 다공식 취수설비와 표면취수설비가 동시에 설치되는 복식형 취수설비가 채택 운영됨에 따라 단순 수리용 게이트에서 복합적인 기능을 갖춘 취수설비로 발전을 하였다. 2002년 태풍 '루사'와 2003년 태풍 '매미'로 인해 유입된 고탁도수가 장기간 댐 내에 체류하여 하류용수공급에 심각한 문제점이 발생되고, 부영양화로 인한 적조현상 등이 사회적으로 크게 이슈화됨에 따라 임하댐과 용담댐에서는 표면취수설비를 중간구간 취수가 가능한 분리형 선택취수설비로 개선한 결과(임하댐(2006), 용담댐(2008)) 댐 본래의 순기능인 청정수 담수가 가능해졌을 뿐만 아니라, 하류생태계 보존에도 크게 이바지하였다. 또한, 최근에는 전 구간 선택취수가 가능하도록 화북댐에는 정류판형 선택취수설비, 부항댐 및 성덕댐에는 실린더 게이트가 국내 최초로 도입되는 전환기를 맞이하게 되었다.

The evolution of the IT facilitated the social actions of the consumers by supporting social communication of the online users. At the same time it help for the consumer to post malicious comments on the Internet or to spread the unproven news for distorting the public opinion in the SNSs. Although the number of the consumer unethical behaviors and the estimated damage of the innocent companies have been increased, a few studies had investigate on this issue. Based on the Literature on the consumer unethical behaviors and the institution based trust, we had developed the defense strategies against the consumer unethical behaviors. This study would introduce the new perspective that the consumer could always not be innocent. Also, the defense strategy developed in this study could contribute to make the guideline for consumer service manual.

Land use regulations introduced for rationalization of land use due to the diversification of socio-economic development, resulting in inconvenience to the people's economic life, have recently changed the paradigm due to deregulation. In this study, the potential areas for urban growth in the Busan area were derived by simulating using the CA model and spatial characteristics were analyzed along with land use regulated areas. The analysis examined whether the land use regulations were actually intended to curb urban growth and promote the efficiency of land use, or if there were other factors that could cause inconvenience to the people's lives. The analysis showed that the greenbelt zones in areas with high development pressure outside urban areas were acting as land use regulations, but there were multiple regulations on land use in many areas. Therefore, it is deemed that various approaches and reviews will be needed, including reconsideration of multiple regulations in areas with high urban growth potential, while maintaining the net function of land use regulations.

Lately, it is a trend that diffusion of Mobile Information Appliance that do various function by development of IT technology. There is function that do more convenient and efficient exchange information and business using mobile phone that is Mobile Information Appliance, but disfunction that is utilized by pointed end engineering data leakage, individual's privacy infringement, threat, etc. relationship means to use mobile phone is appeared and problems were appeared much. However, legal research of statute unpreparedness and so on need research and effort to prove delete, copy, integrity of digital evidence that transfer secures special quality of easy digital evidence to objective evidence in investigation vantage point is lacking about crime who use this portable phone. It is known that this Digital Forensic field is Mobile Forensic. In this paper. We are verify about acquisition way of digital evidence that can happen in this treatise through mobile phone that is Mobile Forensic's representative standing and present way to prove integrity of digital evidence using Hash Function.

Computer Forensics functions by defending the effects and extracting the evidence of the side effects for production at the court. Has the faultlessness of the digital evidence been compromised during the investigation, a critical evidence may be denied or not even be presented at the trial. The presented monograph will deliberate the faultlessness-establishing chain procedures in disk forensics, system forensics, network forensics, mobile forensics and database forensics. Once the faultlessness is established by the methods proposed, the products of investigation will be adopted as a leading evidence. Moreover, the issues and alternatives in the reality of digital investigation are presented along with the actual computer forensics cases, hopefully contributing to the advances in computer digital forensics and the field research of information security.

It has good features for social networking with friends SNS is maintained. However, various enterprises, individuals invading the inconvenience spammers have exposure to a number of users to tweet spam. The study was conducted in the existing research on these spam tweets. However, the results showed a more accurate classification and detection is difficult because of the lack of precision and different causes. In this paper, we describe how to classify the characteristics of spammers, classification criteria. Also has a link rate and difference between followers and following, these features were present classification criteria for spammers account. This experiment was performed according to the criteria. Randomized trial of spam and non-spam accounts were selected and account type was conducted according to the criteria 68% of the link ratio of spam accounts. Followers / Following ratio was 27581.5. Non-spam accounts was 6.12%. Followers / Following ratio was 1.26.

Most of elementary school students possess computers at home, and learn about ICT in their school. But the extreme use of computer games may have negative effects on students' learning and life style. In this research, we analyzed the current status of 5th and 6th graders' computer game addiction in Daejeon, ChoongchungNam-Do and ChoongchungBuk-Do areas. And we have also investigated the relationship of students' computer game addiction with their self control abilities and the abilities to adjust to their school life. As the results of the research, we discovered that 15.6% of respondents showed strong possibilities of computer game addiction. Boys, students living in rural areas and students with relatively low grade showed strong possibilities of game addiction. In addition, it was found that as students showed high scores in their self control abilities and the abilities to adjust to school life, they demonstrated less possibilities to be addicted to computer games.
