효율적인 수자원 관리에 필수적인 요소 중 하나는 유역 유출의 정확한 예측이다. 동일한 유역이라 할지라도 과거 기후조건에 대해 매개변수나 모형구조가 최적화된 수문모형은 현재나 미래 기후에 대해 최적이라 할수 없으며, 이에 따라 유역 유출 해석의 불확실성 또한 증가하고 있다. 수문자료동화는 모형의 입력 자료에 따른 불확실성을 줄이고 예측정확도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 방법으로, 수문모형의 상태량이나 매개변수를 업데이트하여 모형 초기 조건의 가능성 높은 추정치를 생성하는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 댐 상류 유역에 대해 집중형 수문모형과 순차자료동화 기법의 연계 패키지인 airGRdatassim 모형을 적용하여, 앙상블 칼만 필터와 파티클 필터 기법의 수문자료동화 특성을 비교 분석하고, 자료동화와 관련된 하이퍼-매개변수의 불확실성이 수문모의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 자료동화 적용 결과, 두 자료동화 기법 중 파티클 필터에 의한 모의성능이 높았으며 기상강제력 노이즈의 범위, 갱신 대상 상태량 설정, 앙상블 설정 등 수문자료동화의 설정과 관련된 하이퍼 매개변수의 불확실성은 두 기법별 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 일단위에서 시단위로 확장한 유량 예측 자료동화의 시험 모의결과 및 앙상블 수문동화기법의 도전과제에 대해서도 논의한다.

인터넷의 급격한 발달은 새로운 교육매체를 등장시키고 있다. 인터넷 동화는 인터넷의 발달과 함께 등장한 독서교육의 새로운 대안이며 이미 아동들에게는 친숙한 매체가 되었다. 학교에서도 인터넷 동화는 교사가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 하나의 교육자료로 자리 잡고 있다. 아동의 창의성 발달을 위한 교육방법인 독서교육과 인터넷 동화를 관련지었을 때 전통적인 독서교육에서 이용하는 인쇄동화와 새로운 매체인 인터넷 동화는 읽기 이해도에서는 큰 차이가 없다고 할 수 있다. 그렇다면 인터넷 동화와 인쇄동화는 아동의 창의성 발달에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 로봇의 자동 동화구연을 목표로 발화문장 상의 감정 파악 및 등장인물 별 다앙한 TTS 보이스 선택에 활용 가능한 발화문장의 화자 파악문제를 다룬다. 본 연구에서는 기존 규칙기반 방법론에서 많이 활용되어온 자질인 후보의 위치, 화자 후보의 주격/목적격 여부, 발화동사 존재 여부를 비롯하여 동화에 자주 나타나는 등장인물의 의미적 분류 및 등장인물의 등장/퇴장과 관련된 동사들을 추가 자질로 활용한다. 사람 및 동식물, 무생물이 모두 화자가 될 수 있는 동화 코퍼스에서 제안한 자질들을 활용하여 의사결정트리로 학습 및 검증한 결과 규칙기반의 베이스라인 방법에 비해 최대 49%의 정확도가 향상되었고, 제안한 방법론이 데이터의 변화에도 강인한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not the use of number-related fairy tales had any effects on young children's mathematical inquiry skills in a bid to help facilitate their development of mathematical capabilities. The subjects in this study were 30 preschoolers who were four years old in Western age and attended G kindergarten in Jung-gu, Ulsan. The instrument used to assess their mathematical inquiry skills was Choi Hye-jin(2003)'s Preschooler Math Capability Inventory. The collected data wee analyzed with SPSS Win 11.5 program, and analysis of covariance was utilized. The findings of the study were as follows: The application of number-related fairy tales turned out to be effective in developing the young children's abilities to figure out the regularity of things, conception of number, geometrical abilities, measurement abilities and mathematical inquiry skills of the preschoolers. The above-mentioned findings suggested that the application of number-related fairy tales was one of good teaching methods to step up the development of young children's mathematical inquiry skills. Specifically, that could inner motivation to preschoolers in mathematical contexts and take their problem-solving skills to another level.

현재 인터넷을 통하여 제공되고 있는 멀티동화는 텍스트 형태의 동화와 함께 이와 관련된 애니메이션 음성 정보를 사전에 제작한 뒤에 사용자에게 제시하는 방법을 택하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자연언어처리 기법을 이용하여 텍스트 형태의 한국어 동화를 실시간으로 분석한 뒤 그 내용을 삼차원 애니메이션으로 제시하는 멀티 동화 제작 시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 줄거리가 완성된 동화뿐만 아니라 사용자가 변경한 줄거리를 가지는 동화에 대해서도 이에 따른 삼차원 애니메이션을 제시하여 보다 사용자 친화적인 인터페이스를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 묘사하는 텍스트 형태의 내용을 입력받아 이에 맞는 애니메이션을 제시하여야 하는 많은 분야에서 응용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 실시간 멀티 동화 제작 시스템을 구현할 때 해결하여야 하는 문제점들을 알아보고 이에 해결 방안과 구현에 대하여 논의한다.

지식 정보화 사회, 인터넷 매체의 시대로 접어들면서 컴퓨터와 관련 기술의 발달은 학습의 범위를 이라 불리는 가상공간까지 확대하였고, 교육에 있어서도 사이버 학교 시대가 도래하여 국어 교육도 변화를 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학생들의 흥미를 유발할 수 있으며 즐겁게 학습할 수 있는 웹 콘텐츠를 제작하여 활용함으로써 교과서 속 원작동화를 찾아 읽어보고, 다양한 독후 표현 활동을 통해 학생들의 문학 감상 능력과 표현능력의 신장을 꾀 할 수 있도록 국어과 읽기 교과서에 있는 54편의 동화내용 중 각 학년 6편씩 36편의 동화내용의 원작 작품을 찾아 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 콘텐츠를 활용하면 학생들의 문학 감상 능력 및 표현 능력의 신장에 효과적일 것이라 기대된다.

This study is to identify the effectiveness of English literature in reading instruction using meta-analysis of advanced researches. 80 studies published in Korea were selected for this research wherein the studies are in experimental nature on reading instruction using English literature. The result of the meta-analysis are as follows: Reading instruction with English literature for early children in kindergartens and primary schools showed statistically significant positive effects in both reading abilities and affective domains, in particular for younger children from kindergartners to 2nd graders of primary school. It was more effective when the instructor used top-down approach than bottom-up or balanced approach. No significant coorelation was found between the number of English stories and the students' linguistic ability. Diverse activities tailored to students' need are turned out to be more effective than using same old activities with more stories.

This research is about local impacts of concentrated social disadvantage in a specific urban district, and is discussing these issues by focusing on previous research from Western countries. Further, by analyzing the results of a field survey conducted in this district, I am clarifying the reality of socially disadvantaged areas and the needs of their residents, while seeking results supporting a theory of inclusive area revitalization. With this survey I could verify that the aging of local residents and the concentration of low-income population is increasing, and in this district an unbalanced community mix is becoming apparent. Currently, insecurities concerning economic and health aspects are the most serious issues. In response to the residents' needs counseling on housing issues and social services, that become necessary with advancing age, like health services or housing support, are increasingly required. Since today laws for antidiscrimination (namely, Dowa) measures are outdated it is necessary to establish a community based approach or a neighborhood based governance model, in addition to the existing public support, as response to these local challenges and needs.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the development and application of strategies using fairy tales in elementary school science. For this study, many fairy tales were searched in terms of various characteristics and educational value of the tales. Five fairy tales were selected and reconstructed to suit the 'mirrors and lenses' unit of 5th graders' school science, and teaching strategies using the fairy tales were developed to be used in six lessons. To investigate the effects of instruction using fairy tales, pre/post tests for scientific attitude were administered. To analyze students' perception of their classes, a simple survey was administered through questionnaires. We found from this study that the students related the fairy tales with their own experiences and took an active part in the class that used them. Also, instruction using fairy tales had positive effects on their scientific attitude. Many students said that the science classes were interesting, and the method using fairy tales encouraged students to study hard as well as helped them to understand the context. It was concluded that instruction using fairy tales was an effective method in terms of enhancing learning motivation, encouraging more inquiries, more opportunities to apply the scientific concept, and more positive scientific attitude. We discussed the strategies using fairy tales for implementation in elementary science classes as well.
