A performance evaluation, which requires to observe students in the course of learning and studying and to evaluate their reports and materials, is emerging as an alternative evaluation method to overcome the shortcoming of simple written tests. However, there are many difficulties in real teaching setting to apply the performance evaluation, because it requires many burdens of efforts and time. In order to reduce these burdens of teachers, there have been several approaches which utilize the Internet for the evaluation. But these previous approaches have several limitations that they don't allow students' participation in evaluation activities, fail to provide a variety of evaluation methods. and/or support teachers' feedbacks very limitedly. In order to overcome these limitations. therefore. this paper designed and implemented a web- based performance evaluation system supporting the participation of students in doing evaluation themselves and various evaluation methods. which can be effectively managed by teachers. This web-based performance evaluation system developed in this paper can enhance not only students' high level thinking abilities but also their emotional and intellectual abilities. It can also help teachers to reduce the burden of working and the time in plenty used for evaluating students.

수학과의 평가는 수학의 학습 내용에 대한 학생들의 성취도를 다양한 유형의 평가기법을 이용하여 파악하고, 이를 통해 수학교육의 질을 관리하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 대부분의 평가는 수학교육의 본질이라 할 수 있는 학습자의 수학적 사고력을 제대로 측정하지 못하고 단편적인 수학적 지식을 결과 위주로 평가하는 데 만족해 왔다. 한편으로는 지극히 교과서적이고 인위적인, 단지 문제를 위한 수학 문제는 수학 무용론을 부추기기도 하였다(박경미, 1998). 이와 같은 수학과의 위기를 탈출하기 위해서는 결과만을 고려하는 선다형의 문제가 아닌 과정을 중시하는 서술형 주관식 문제, 기능 위주의 고립된 수학적 지식을 측정한 학업성취 결과보다는 수학 학습에 대한 태도나 노력, 관심, 탐구적 활동 그리고 성향 등 정의적 영역의 평가가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 기존의 지필 검사를 뛰어넘는 다양한 평가의 틀이 요구된다 하겠다. 이런 점에서 1999학년도부터 시행되고 있는 고등학교에서의 수행평가는 변화하는 교육기조의 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습에 대한 적절한 평가의 한 방법이라 생각된다. 이에 본 연구는 다양한 평가의 틀 가운데 수학과 수행평가에 관한 고찰을 통해서 현장에서의 수행평가활용 방법을 찾는데 있다.

In this study, we questioned what assessment types and scoring methods of science performance assessment(SPA) were being used in middle and high school, and how much these SPA scores were reliable(generalizable). To answer these questions, SPA data obtained from the seven schools were classified according to assessment type and scoring method. Based upon this classification, we analyzed the reliability by applying generalizability theory. The result, from the classification of assessment type and scoring method, showed that SPA types of the seven schools were divided into two types: paper-pencil type and task type. Paper-pencil type included answer(content)-restricted essay-type test solely. Task type has two parts: process and outcome assessment. As the results of analyzing scoring methods of the seven schools, there were two cases in the way of scoring methods: one case is scoring all essay-type items and performance tasks by one teacher, the other is scoring assigned performance tasks by two teachers. But the case of scoring assigned essay-type items or the case of cross scoring by two or more teachers were not found. The findings of the reliability analysis are as follows: (1) Effect of essay-type item to SPA score was larger than that of performance task. (2) There was remarkable difference among the seven schools' interaction effect of person and rater in scoring performance tasks. (3) Most of generalizability(reliability) coefficients of SPA for the seven schools were smaller than the acceptable generalizability coefficient(0.80). Therefore, the population of statistical parameters such as number of item, task and rater, should be increased for approaching the acceptable generalizability level.

기술력평가는 기술사업화 주체가 기술을 사용하여 수익을 창출할 수 있는 능력을 평가하기 위한 것으로, 국내 기술성 평가기관들이 각자 독자적인 평가 모형을 활용하여 평가를 수행해오고 있다. 특히 최근에 개발된 해양 및 수산 산업 분야의 기술력 평가모형은 타 산업 대비 열악한 기술개발 환경과 연구개발 성과를 대상으로 평가를 수행해오면서 기존의 평가체계 내에서는 많은 평가대상 기술들이 부적합 판정을 받아오고 있었다. 이러한 것은 기존 평가체계가 타 산업에서 활용되고 있는 공통적인 평가지표와 평가척도를 유사 또는 동일하게 사용하면서 발생되는 문제점으로 인식되었고, 또한 해양 및 수산 산업의 특수성이 반영되지 않은 평가체계에서 비롯된 것으로 파악되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기존 평가체계를 해양수산 산업의 특수성을 반영할 수 있는 평가체계로 개선하여 해당 산업에 특화될 수 있는 평가체계를 새롭게 제안하고자 하며, 이를 위해서 기존 평가지표의 개선, 시뮬레이션 기반의 평가척도의 재설정 방법과 평가등급 산출방법에 대한 새로운 제안을 하고자 한다. 마지막으로 개선된 기술력평가 체계를 활용하여 시범사례평가를 수행하여 기존 평가체계를 통한 평가결과의 Gap분석을 수행하고자 한다.

새학교 문화창조의 일환으로 현장에선 학습자의 전인적인 특성을 평가할 수 있는 수행평가를 실시하고 있다. 하지만, 현장여건의 개선없는 제도 도입으로 근본 취지와 관계없이 교사와 학습자는 이중부담에 시달리고 있어 교육의 질 개선에 어려운 점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 수행평가실시로 인한 교사의 업무부담을 줄이고 나아가 수업의 질을 개선하고자 현장 적응력있는 웹 기반 수행평가 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

대형화, 복잡화 되어가는 대형 기계설비의 위험상황에 대한 실제 훈련은 소요시간 및 비용 증가, 훈련자 안전 확보의 어려움, 반복적인 훈련 및 평가가 어렵기 때문에 가상현실을 이용한 훈련 시뮬레이터가 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대형 기계설비 안전대응 시뮬레이터에서 수행된 훈련에 대한 훈련자 피드백 및 평가를 위하여 개발된 시스템을 소개한다. 가상현실 기반 훈련 시뮬레이터에서 수행한 훈련결과 데이터를 활용하여 훈련 시나리오 내 임무수행 여부, 수행시간/거리에 대한 정량적 평가와 함께 훈련자의 훈련동작 데이터와 표준동작과의 비교를 통하여 효율적인 훈련을 위한 피드백을 수행할 수 있다. 또한 평가 결과의 시각화를 통해 직관적인 훈련개선이 가능하도록 하였다. 개발된 훈련평가 시스템을 활용하여 효과적인 훈련자 피드백 제공 및 반복적인 훈련 수행을 통한 안전대응 능력 향상이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

공학교육인증을 실시하면서 설계교육의 중요성을 인지하고 있다. 특히 종합설계의 경우 설계의 기능적 요소와 제한 요소를 반영하도록 하고 있다. 그런데 이전에는 설계교육을 체계적으로 하지 않아서 대학마다 설계교육과 평가방법에 대한 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 종합설계 교과목 수행절차와 방법을 제시하고 이에 맞는 평가요소와 평가방법을 제시하고자 한다. 설계 수행절차에서는 설계의 기능적 요소와 제한 요소를 반영하여 설계를 진행하는 과정과 이 때 산출되는 결과물을 제시하여 설계 요소가 반영될 수 있도록 한다. 종합설계 교과목에 대한 평가는 팀별 평가와 개별 평가로 나누고 실제로 수행했던 평가 방법을 제안한다.

본 논문은 최근 6년간 시행된 국내 외 기술수준조사(Technology level evaluation) 및 기술수준평가(Technology level assessment)의 동향을 정리한 것이다. 국내의 기술수준조사는 기술수준의 평가를 위해 기존의 기술분류 체계를 사용하거나, 평가 대상기술의 특성에 따라 새로운 분류체계를 작성하였다. 기술수준의 평가는 델파이(Delphi) 설문과 정량적인 특허 및 논문 분석 등이 동시에 수행되었다. 국외의 기술수준평가는 주로 특허, 논문, 연구원 수 등의 정량적인 평가를 중심으로 수행되었으며, 제한적으로 설문, 토론회 등의 정성적인 평가가 함께 수행되었다.

The purpose of this study is to explore secondary school teachers' perceptions of student evaluations, focusing especially on students' performance in the classroom. The study selected Germany as a representative country where teachers' performance evaluation strongly affects students' school pathways. The researchers selected 4 English teachers and conducted in-depth interviews with them. The results indicated that German English teachers perceived students' performance as an individual evaluation and provided each student with oriented learning materials and evaluation results. The second, they used formative evaluations to confirm and motivate their students' learning process as well as peer assessments. The third, the German English teachers showed strong empowerment in the evaluation process. The fourth, they motivated to participation in-class activities teacher through performance evaluation considering fairness. Based on the results, future studies should need to observe real settings in the classroom and students' perceptions of their evaluations. the study also suggested using practical performance evaluations to enhance students' motivation and participation in the classroom. This study identified limitations of the research and made significant recommendations for future studies.

In times of current warfare, importance of civil military operations(CMO) is more on the rise because the military winning does not couple the political winning immediately. For this reason, CMO Model Development Program has been commenced by ROK JCS since FY 2014. As CMO is non-kinetic operations which is focused on civilians, it depends on the commander's decision that reflects the results of the evaluation of the CMO performance level. The evaluation of CMO performance level is a very important factor of this model. So, I decided my subject a study of simulation method for evaluation of CMO Performance level. It is affected in CMO performance level by the occurrence of some event, and the achievement results of CMO for the response action on such event is evaluated by the 5 factors(administration level, security level, infrastructure level, humanitarian support level, friendship level) on the evaluation of CMO performance level. Even more it is affected in achievement of new CMO and new event by evaluation results. In this study, I provided a methodology of how apply the evaluation results and how simulate the achievement results of CMO performance with the 5 factors on the evaluation of CMO Performance level. Also this study is expected that it will be highly contributed to training and exercise in CMO branch in ROK JCS, when CMO Model Development Program is done as a new model applied such evaluation factors matching military environment in the Korean Peninsular, and applied this simulation method for evaluation of CMO Performance level.
