Driving Simulation for the Analysis of Driver Information -Processing Characteristics (운전자 정보처리 특성 분석을 위한 운전 시뮬레이션)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 최근 운전자 행동에 대한 연구 방법으로 매우 중요하게 대두되고 있는 운전 시뮬레이션 방법을 이용하여 운전자들이 보이는 기본적인 운전 수행 능력 및 이러한 운전 수행 능력과 관련이 가장 깊은 것으로 기존의 연구들이 밝혀왔던 기본적인 지각적/인지적/운동적 수행 능력을 측정하여 운전자 수행을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 운전자의 운전 수행 및 운전과 관련된 기본적인 정신/운동 수행 능력은 정보 처리적 관점에서 측정되고 분석되었으며, 이를 통해 운전자들이 보이는 기본적인 정보처리 능력의 패턴에 대한 전반적 이해를 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 기본적인 운전 수행 능력을 평가하는데 사용되는 차량의 속도 유지와 차선 유지에 대한 측정치와 더불어 운전과 관련한 인간 수행 중에서 단순 반응 능력, 선택 반응 능력, 속도 추정 능력, 청각적 주의나 시각적 주의의 분산 능력 등이 운전 시뮬레이션을 통하여 운전 중에 실시간으로 측정되었다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 운전자들의 실제 운전 수행 및 이와 관련된 정보 처리 활동에 대한 표준화된 준거를 제시하는데 기초적 자료로 사용될 수 있으리라 생각된다.

The Correlation between Motor Capacity, Capability, and Performance in Children with Cerebral Palsy (뇌성마비 아동의 능력, 수행능력, 수행 간 상관관계)

  • The aim of this study was to distinguish 3 concepts(capacity, capability, and performance) for the motor activities of children with cerebral palsy(CP) and examinate relation between capacity(can do in a standardized environment), capability(can do in daily environment), and performance(does do in daily environment). Cross-sectional analysis with a assessment record of children with CP (n=40; 19males, 21 females; mean age 6y 6mo, SD 3y 8mo) was performed. Levels of severity according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System(GMFCS) included level1(13%), level2(10%), level3(43%), level 4(33%), and level 5(3%). Motor activities capacity was assessed by the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-66). Capability and performance were assessed using 2 scales(functional skill, caregiver assistance) of the Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory(PEDI). Correlations between capacity and capability was 0.811(p < .05), and between capability and performance were high(r=0.711, p < .05). And the correlation between capacity and performance is the lowest(r=0.711, p < .05). Motor performance levels are only partly reflected by the motor capacity and motor capability levels in children with CP. Because performance is influenced by Contextual factors (particularly, social factors such as family function). This study suggests that it is necessary to distinguish and evaluate the capacity, capability, and performance in children with cerebral palsy.

Validation of the Effectiveness of the Emergency Coping Education Program Using Mobile Application for ICU Nurses (ICU 간호사 대상 모바일 애플리케이션을 활용한 응급상황 대처 교육 프로그램의 효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emergency coping education program using mobile application to ICU nurses' nursing performance, CRRT performance, ECMO performance, Video laryngoscopy performance and Educational satisfaction. This study conducted with 51 ICU nurses and analyzed nursing performance, CRRT performance, video laryngoscope performance and educational satisfaction by t-test, and ECMO performance was analyzed by covariance analysis due to different prior homogeneity. The data was analyzed with the SPSS 28.0 program. As a result of the study, The nursing performance after the intervention was significantly increased at the experimental group(=.015). There was no significant difference in CRRT performance(p=.235), ECMO performance(p=.119), Video laryngoscope performance(p=.428). Education satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group(p=.003). The study suggests that Emergency coping education program using mobile application has proven the effectiveness of improving the performace of ICU nurses and educational satisfaction.

  • 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 영아심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행능력의 정도를 확인하고 그 관계를 분석하기 위함이다. 이 연구에 참여하기를 동의한 간호대학생 151명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0 Win을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, peason's correlation coefficients을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 영아심폐소생술의 대한 지식과 수행능력, 태도와 수행능력은 긍정적 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생들의 영아 심폐소생술 수행능력을 증진시키기 위해 지식과 태도를 강화할 수 있는 반복적 영아 심폐소생술 교육프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

Relationship between Problem Solving Ability, Critical Thinking Disposition, Creativity, Self Efficacy and Nursing Process Competence of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고 성향, 창의성, 자기효능감과 간호과정 수행능력과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between problem solving ability, critical thinking disposition, creativity and nursing process competence of nursing students. The participants in the study were 246 nursing students enrolled in 2nd year of a BSN program in S city, Korea. Data were collected from June 10 to June 20, 2015 using a structured questionnaire. Relationship between general characteristics and solving ability, critical thinking disposition, creativity and nursing process competence was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Kruskal-wallis. Correlation among problem solving ability, critical thinking disposition, creativity and nursing process competence was analyzed by pearson correlation coefficient. There was a statistically significant difference in problem solving with the reason for application, major satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between problem solving ability, critical thinking disposition, creativity and self efficacy. Nursing process competence was't a significant between problem solving ability, critical thinking disposition, creativity and self efficacy. These findings show that there is a need to develop strategies to improve self efficacy and nursing process competence for student nurses.

The Study of critical thinking disposition, clinical competence, and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students (간호학생의 비판적 사고 성향과 임상수행능력 및 임상실습만족도에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify critical thinking disposition, clinical performance, and satisfaction of clinical practice in a college nursing students. Methods: The data were collected from self reported questionnaires about clinical performance, and critical thinking disposition given to 55 nursing students at June, 2017. Results: The mean score of total clinical performance was 3.70 (${\pm}.54$). Total critical thinking disposition was 3.57 (${\pm}.44$) and clinical satisfaction was 3.93 (${\pm}.72$). Regarding clinical performance, psycho-social competence was highest followed by basic care competence, educational care competence, nursing process competence, observing and monitoring competence, and nursing intervention competence. Critical thinking disposition had a significant positive correlation with clinical competence. Conclusion: Results of this study suggest that developing various clinical education and teaching learning methods for clinical competence is necessary to promote critical thinking disposition of nursing students.

Nursery Teachers' Knowledge, Attitude and Performance Ability in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (보육교사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도와 수행능력)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the level of knowledge, attitude and performance ability in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and provided data for the development of an education program to improve CPR performance ability of nursery teachers. Methods: The participants were 220 nursery teachers working in daycare centers in A city located in G province. Data were collected during July, 2013. Results: The mean scores were 45.88 of 100 for knowledge, 3.69 of 5 for attitude, 2.65 of 5 for performance ability. There were significant differences in knowledge and performance ability according to education experience. There were positive correlations between knowledge and performance ability, and between attitude and performance ability. Factors affecting CPR performance ability were knowledge (${\beta}=.133$), attitude (${\beta}=.327$), and education in CPR (${\beta}=.343$). These factors explained 29.4% of the variance in CPR performance ability. Conclusion: Results indicate that nursery teachers' knowledge, attitude and CPR performance ability were not sufficient enough to perform accurate CPR in an emergency. Therefore, to improve performance ability of nursery teachers to carry out CPR in a cardiac arrest emergency of a child, educational strategies that focus on increasing knowledge and attitude need to be developed.

The Mediating Effect of Problem-Solving Skills on Relationship between Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance of Nursing College Students (간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 임상수행능력의 관계에서 문제해결능력의 매개효과)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the mediating effect of Problem-Solving Skills in the relationship between Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance of nursing college students. Participants included 211 nursing college students from S university in D city. Data was collected from August 14 to August 18, 2023 using a self-report questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, sem function and sobel function using the R.4.2.2 program. In this study, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, and Clinical Performance, and it was confirmed that Problem-Solving Skills partially mediated the relationship between onfidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance. Therefore, it is suggested that Performing Core Nursing Skills and Problem-Solving Skills should be improved in order to improve the Clinical Performance of nursing college students.

  • 기존의 학습평가 시스템은 학습자의 학습 수행능력을 판정하기 위한 진단평가와 학습능력의 향상 정도를 측정하기 위한 형성평가를 독립적으로 수행하여 평가하기 때문에 학습 수행능력을 보다 명확하게 처리하기 곤란하다는 단점을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습자의 수행 능력을 보다 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 진단평가와 형성평가를 통합평가할 수 있는 다-단계 학습평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 진단평가와 형성평가의 수준 정도를 반영하기 위해 서로 다른 가중치를 적용하여 학습능력을 평가하였다. 또한 각 평가단계에서 퍼지추론을 통해 획득한 비퍼지화된 실수 구간을 최종평가에 적용함으로써 학습자의 수행능력과 능력 향상을 보다 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 하였다.

Convergence Analysis of the Factors Influencing Clinical Competency among Nursing Students Participated in Simulation-based Practice (시뮬레이션 실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' Clinical Competency. Methods: A sample of convenience was 185 nursing students, and a questionnaire was used to measure their self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning ability, problem solving ability and clinical competency. Results: A significant positive correlation was found among clinical competency, self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning ability and problem solving ability. Grade of which the participant was in, interpersonal relationship, critical thinking disposition, problem solving ability, and self-directed learning ability were significant predictive variables of which accounted for 53% of the variance in clinical competency. Conclusions: The results from this study can be used to develop the programs for improving clinical competency.
