중소기업의 기술혁신은 제품의 생산성을 높임으로써 궁극적으로는 새로운 영역에의 참여와 고용창출 효과를 가져올 뿐만 아니라 국가의 수출경쟁력에 이바지하는 기여도가 매우 높다. 중소기업은 규모가 작고 유기적인 조직구조의 특성상 탄력적으로 기술혁신에 대처할 수 있는 유리한 면이 있지만, 국내의 중소기업 기술혁신은 매우 열악한 상태이다. 따라서 대기업을 위주로 형성되어 있는 통합생산관리시스템(CIM)의 개념을 도입하고 산업용네트워크와 통합생산관리시스템을 적용하는 중소기업 기술혁신의 추진전략에 대해 설명하였다.

World trade has entered a stagnant state, protection trade measures are spread due to delayed economic recovery in developed countries, sluggish investment in emerging economies such as China, economic recession in resource exporting countries, and geopolitical and political uncertainties along with the election period in the US and other major industrialized countries. Thus, in the economic structure of our country with a focus on export, for small and medium enterprises to grow, efforts for having various markets are necessary. The importance of the trade insurance system, which can support the risk management of enterprises, is emphasized by the fact that the majority of SME exporters have a risk management level and a lack of corporate capacity to enter the global market. This study was surveyed with 87 small and medium export companies in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect relationship how service quality of trade insurance and utilization of trade insurance impact on the risk management of trade payment and export performance. The research hypothesis and model was derived from the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtained the following results. Firstly, Service Quality of Trade Insurance showed positive (+) effect on Export Performance. Secondly, Utilization of Trade Insurance showed positive (+) effect on Risk Management of Trade Payment. Thirdly, Risk Management of Trade Payment showed positive (+) effect on Export Performance. This study is differentiated from previous research information by empirically evaluating the relationship between the risk management of trade payment and export performance through utilization of trade insurance. This study contributed to academic by examining the research on the risk management of trade insurance and also practically suggested the direction how small and medium export company is to take the advantage of the trade insurance.

There have been many discussions on export indices in trade exports, but there is no definite trade export index which can be explained by objective indicators. Korea International Trade Association (KITA), Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), etc., but we are currently in the process of thinking about ways to express the capabilities of exporting companies. In this study, we constructed the AI data sets by setting the activity indicators such as the size of the company and the credit score, the number of transaction customers, the number of transactions, the number of items, the transaction volume, and the transaction period as features, Lightgbm. Using the Graph Neural Network as an industrial cluster classification model, the export live index which expresses the exportable capacity among companies, items, and business groups was calculated. This includes the past activity of the company from the current calculating index Objectivity.

지금까지의 국제환경규제 중 가장 강력한 환경규제로 평가되는 유럽연합(EU)의 REACH(신 화학물질 관리제도)가 다음달인 6월 발효된다. 이 제도에 제대로 대응하지 못할 경우 유럽 수출길이 막히게 돼 국내 기업들의 대책 마련이 시급하다. REACH가 가장 강력한 환경규제로 꼽히는 이유는 규제 대상의 광범위성 때문이다. 화학제품은 물론 전자, 자동차, 생활용품 등 완제품에 함유된 화학물질도 모두 등록 대상으로 총 3만종이 넘는다는 게 EU 화학물질관리청의 추정이다. 그러나 문제는 REACH가 EU 수출에 있어 거대한 무역 장벽으로 등장하고 있지만 국내 산업계의 대응은 아직 크게 미흡하다는 것이다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 REACH의 개념조차 제대로 모르고 있는 실정이다. 환경부가 지난해 말 EU에 수출하고 있는 3200여개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과, 응답률은 127개(회수율 4%)밖에 안됐으며 설문에 참여한 117개 중소기업 중 제도에 대해 전혀 모르고 있다는 답변이 36%나 됐다. 본 고에서는 일본기업 REACH 대응 설문조사 결과 내용을 통해 국내 인지도와 비교해 봄과 동시에 REACH 제도에 대응하기 위해 나아갈 방향을 조명해 본다.

산업자원부가 주최하는 제42회 무역의 날 시상식에서는 무역 5천억달러 달성 등 무역진흥에 기여한 수출유공자 7백82명에게 산업 훈 · 포장과 표창이, 1천3백33개 업체에 수출의 탑이 각각 수여됐다. 최고 영예인 금탑산업훈장은 금호석유화학 박찬구 대표 등 3개 대기업과 신아 유순언 대표 등 3개 중소기업의 대표가 수상하게 됐다. 수출의 탑 수상업체는 2004년 1천1백91사보다 1백42개 증가한 1천3백33개사로 대기업 84개사, 중소기업 1천2백49개사가 선정됐다. 국내 포장관련 업체 역시, 동일알루미늄(주)이 7천만불 수출의 탑을 수상한 것을 비롯, 화신기계공업(주), 동원시스템즈(주), 위더스케미칼(주), (주)프로템 등의 업체가 수출탑을 수상했다. 본 고에서는 제42회 무역의날에서 수출의 탑을 수상한 포장관련 업체들의 공적사항을 살펴본다

본 연구는 920개 정보통신중소기업을 조사대상으로 하여 일반경영현황, 기술개발 실태, 정부의 기술개발지원사업에 대해 실태조사한 결과중에서 정보통신중소기업이 처한 현황 및 애로요인을 위주로 하여 정리한 것이다. 먼저 실태조사방안 및 회수율에 대해 간략히 설명하였으며, 정보통신산업 전반적인 차원에서의 중소기업 현황과 조사대상 중소기업의 일반현황에 대해 분석한 결과를 정리하였고, 정보통신중소기업이 당면하고 있는 일반경영관리 및 기술관리 측면에서의 애로요인을 위주로 설명하였다. 실태조사 분석결과에 의하면 정보통신중소기업은 업체 수에 비해 생산 및 수출에서 차지하는 비중은 아직까지는 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인터넷의 발전에 따라 향후 국가경제에서 중요한 위치를 차지하게 될 소프트웨어산업의 종업원 수에 있어서는 중소기업이 차지하는 비율이 월등하게 높게 나타나는 등 신규고용 창출에 있어서 정보통신중소기업의 역할은 보다 높아질 것으로 예상되고 있다.

Trade education methods that combine practical knowledge and on-site job training have significantly contributed in improving abilities of trade experts. For instance, GTEP and LINC have contributed to a substantial expansion of SME export performane. Moreover, students' cooperation experience have led to employment outcomes as SMEs can employ customized trade workers. I have conducted a survey to 100 students about university-industry collaboration. Results show that ICT skills and foreign language ability are the highest required conditions of employment while production and technology knowledge are the lowest. Furthermore, 50 companies operating in foreign markets responded that through industry-university cooperation, capabilities of university graduates have improved and trade education cooperation scheme is a success.

The fast changes of global financial environment in recent years increase the risk of trade settlement. This means are required to minimize risk of non payment and to maximize secure payment. Open Account trade accounts for 90% of global trade flows. The O/A system means that the goods, along with all the necessary documents, are shipped and delivered before payment is due, usually within a time frame from 30 to 90 days. Meanwhile, Korean small and medium-sized export enterprises are compelled to globalize their activities owing to limitation and competitiveness of domestic marketplace. To keep face with the global trade settlement system and to support globalization of small and medium-sized export firms, the BPO together with Supply Chain Finance will be solutions. The introduction of the BPO system will allow banks to broaden O/A offerings to their client base and due to secure safety, sellers could ship the goods without delay according to orders and buyers could settle promptly by payment undertaking of correspondent banks. Therefore, it is more effective for companies which have sustainable customers and stable transaction. This study take a look at the trend of the global payment systems and suggested limitation of existed payment in order to derive improvement measures of electronic payment for small and medium-sized export enterprises.
