The significance of upgrading current certification service for customer center manager and counsellor in Korea Call Center Information Research Center-affiliated Call Center College is dramatically increasing due to steady applicants for the last few years, while there is a need to expand the numbers of applicants with a new channel. This paper has suggested the directions for developing IBT system to hold a dominant position in the certification business industry. Providing IBT channel, mainly base upon internet and utilizing various IT infra for the PCCM (Preliminary Customer Center Manager)/CCCM (Certified Customer Center Manager), will increase the convenience of taking qualification exams for customer center managers and improve competitiveness in qualification certification business industry. Specifically, this study reviews overview of industry trends of domestic and overseas, success cases of test services, service model and methods of on-line test, and short and long term analysis of the domestic and overseas markets.

최근 양식기술의 발달로 양식은어의 생산량이 크게 증가하였다. 한국산 양식은 어는 일본 및 대만으로 주로 수출되고 있으나, 은어 고유의 향기성분을 포함한 품질측면에서의 문제점 때문에 수출시 불이익을 당하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 저자들은 전보에서 한국산 상품사료에 들깨유를 첨가하여 사육한 양식은어가 일본상품사료로 사육한 경우에 비하여 품질이 우수한 것을 보고하였다. (중략)

농수산물유통공사는 농산물센터 등 10개 업체를 대상으로 수출농산물의 골판지상자 및 파렛트 등에 대하여 포장개선시범사업을 시행, 올 11월말까지 시행기간을 만료하고, 12월 5일까지 수출업체로부터 사업추진 결과보고 및 증빙서류를 제출받아 각 업체별로 포장개선시범사업비를 정산할 예정에 있다. 아울러 골판지포장조합의 품질검사 및 사후관리를 통해 수출농산물포장에 대한 품질강화를 통한 국내 수출 농산물의 상품성 제고를 지원하고 있다.

Technology trade balance of Korea takes only 19th place among the OECD members. As the size of the technology trade of Korea's market increases, the importance of the Intellectual Property Right, which is one of the way of dealing increases, too. 100 million dollar of technology export has a same effect as 16,000 million dollar of merchandise export, and technology export is a value-added business which does not cost at all. For the improvement of trade balance, we have to elevate the merchandise export and also we have to get rid of the trade conflict and china's pursuit of trade. Furthermore, we need to make improvements through import of Royalty and through technology export. In this study, We would like to suggest the improvement of technology trade balance of Korea by analyze the present conditions of technology trade balance of Korea.

The country with a relative abundance of human capital conducts relatively more R&D in the steady state than its partner. This country acquires the know-how to produce a relatively wider range of innovative goods. High technology comprises a large share of the national economy in the human-capital rich country and real output growth is faster. This prediction would seem to accord weakly with empirical observation of Korean economy.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the global commodity chains of the grafted cactus of Umseong region. The major findings of this study are as follows. Buying materials for cultivating the grafted cactus is based on the intra-Umseong local network. In addition, exporting grafted cactus using cheaper labor force means spatial division of labor from semi-periphery region to core region in terms of Wallerstein's world system theory. It is thought that buyer-driven commodity chains of farm products profit by division of labor caused by a sales network of the grafted cactus. And such situation means that high quality of the grafted cactus in Umseong maintains the spatial continuity by commodity chains.
