Using Cognitive Diagnosis Theory to Analyze the Test Results of Mathematics (수학 평가 결과의 분석을 위한 인지 진단 이론의 활용)

  • Conventional assessments only provide a single summary score that indicates the overall performance level or achievement level of a student in a single learning area. For assessments to be more effective, test should provide useful diagnostic information in addition to single overall scores. Cognitive diagnosis modeling provides useful information by estimating individual knowledge states by assessing whether an examinee has mastered specific attributes measured by the test(Embretson, 1990; DiBello, Stout, & Rousses, 1995; Tatsuoka, 1995). Attributes are skills or cognitive processes that are required to perform correctly on a particular item. By the results of this study, students, parents, and teachers would be able to see where a student stands with respect to mastering the attributes. Such information could be used to guide the learner and teacher toward areas requiring more study. By being able to assess where they stand in regard to the attributes that compose an item, students can plan a more effective learning path to be desired proficiency levels. It would be very helpful to the examinee if score reports can provide the scale scores as well as the skill profiles. While the scale scores are believed to provide students' math ability by reporting only one score point, the skill profiles can offer a skill level of strong, weak or mixed for each student for each skill.

  • This study tests homogeneity and performs multiple comparison analysis among treatment levels of each factor group through t-test by materials and analysis of variance by structural type and service period. For that descriptive statistical analysis is performed for static and dynamic response characteristics and their ratios of calculated versus measured values based on a good many safety assessment reports for bridges. Homogeneity and post hoc test based on descriptive statistical analysis provide the measures for homogeneity identification among comparison groups in addition to the statistical reference values such as central tendency, variation and shape. This study is expected to be valuable for structural integrity assessment and design by comparing the measured and calculated values with the reference values for the homogeneous group identified, which can help the engineers review the adequacy of the values and put the group database to practical use.

  • This study aimed to develop self-diagnosis tools to evaluate the common competence level of public library librarians, apply them to actual public library librarians, and analyze the factors of competency value evaluation through empirical research methods. To this end, the study modify the existing capacity value evaluation indicators of librarians from a public library perspective and conducted a survey to self-diagnose the common capabilities of public library librarians. As the results of analysis showed that librarians of public libraries themselves think that the level of core competence that professional librarians should acquire is relatively higher than the average. Among the overall capabilities of librarians, the average of the 'librarians' behavior and attitude' area was the highest, followed by the 'librarians' skill' and 'librarian's knowledge' areas. The study suggested to strengthen the capacity of public library librarians for various duties, the re-education system for librarians should be established, and a systematic system for promoting librarians' duties as professionals, and a personnel system for professional development.

  • In this study, we have developed a web-based adaptive testing system using item response theory´s computerized adaptive testing to diagnose underachievers, and to check the evaluation results immediately. Adaptive testing system simple is not the fact that it presents a question to students. It calculates information of a question and presents the question to students. It controls the response of the students under extraction conditions of the next question. It extracts the question which is the most suitable it presents. In this adaptive testing system, you can extract questions according to the level of the students, and adjust the length and the level of the difficulty according to the response of the students.

해상교통안전진단 전문기관의 역할 증대방안 연구

  • 2011년 6월 '해상교통안전법'이 '해사안전법'으로 전부 개정된 후 진단시행지침의 전부 개정을 통해 선박안전기술공단 해사안전연구센터가 진단전문기관으로 지정되었다. 하지만 국가업무를 대행 또는 위탁하는 형식이 아닌 진단서에 대한 의견을 제시하는 수준으로 전문기관의 설립 및 역할이 불명확하여 정부의 예산지원이나 수수료 등의 징수 근거로 한계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로교통안전진단, 시설물안전진단, 환경영향평가 등 유사제도의 전문기관 운영현황을 분석한 결과, 법에서 전문기관의 존재 및 역할을 명확히 규정하여 정부의 예산지원이나 수수료 등 징수근거가 명확한 상태에서 전문기관의 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 담당 공무원의 업무 연속성 및 전문성 부재로 제도의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 전문기관의 역할 및 권한 확대와 더불어 진단기술관련 역량 강화를 통해 전문성 향상이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 향후과제로 안정적인 전문기관의 역할 수행을 위해 관련법령을 정비하여 전문기관의 설립 및 업무 위탁을 명확히 규정할 필요가 있다.

  • 소프트웨어 위기 해결을 위해 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선활동을 통한 소프트웨어 품질 강화는 필수적이다. 일부 기업들은 자발적으로 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 전략 수립 및 실행으로 프로세스 품질능력을 강화하고 있으나, 아직까지 국내 SW산업 전체에서 활발히 진행되고 있는 것은 아니다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질능력 강화를 위해 SW기업들을 대상으로 소프트웨어 프로세스 능력수준 조사를 실시하였다. 해당 기업들에게는 강약점 진단 및 체계적인 프로세스 개선방안을 제시했으며, 이를 토대로 SW기업들의 프로세스 개선활동에 대한 인식 전환 및 활동 활성화를 기대하며, 궁극적으로는 국내 SW산업의 품질경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 한다.

  • Local decentralization and administration innovation is the most important problem the government confronted with at the present time. So local government must be follow them. Therefore, local government need to prepare whole process on this. From now on, local government must be develop own innovation model and strategy then, forward with innovation plan classified by step. This study reviewed the significance and necessary of local administration innovation and examined the necessary of level diagnosis of local administration innovation. And We diagnosed administration innovation of C province, then analyzed the result and proposed Altitude plans of administration innovation.

  • As importance of the field of maintenance and management come to the fore because of collapses of the Seongsu bridge and the Sampoong department store, "Special Act for the Safety Control of Public Structures" was established in 1995 and the major maintenance and management system began taking effect "Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis". However, a technical standard of "Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis" was low because its history was not long, and also the results of research were not enough so anxiety for "Insufficient Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis" was continuously left. While its evaluation system introduced in 2002, the ratio of "Insufficient Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis" has been getting lower. However, according to the evaluation result after carrying out "Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis" recently, it seems difficult to become lower for the ratio of "Insufficient Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis" in future. Therefore, it is considered of questionary survey of the concerned organization and the mechanism side in connection with "Insufficient Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis". So it is arranged the fundamental problems caused by an "Insufficient Detailed inspection and Precision safety diagnosis" that is to show the improving direction of the existing evaluation system in a based on this.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 학습자의 학습능력을 진단하기 위하여 SPICE 모델에서 제시하는 능력수준을 사용하여 각 단계별로 질문을 제시하고 해당 질문의 응답 여부에 따라 자신의 학습 능력을 평가받고 향후 자신의 능력을 좀더 향상시킬 수 있는 지침을 제공하는 학습능력 진단 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 다양한 학습자의 학습능력을 진단할 수 있도록 학습자의 직업에 따라 별도의 질문 리스트를 준비하였으며 질문 리스트와 메세지 및 가산점을 조정한다면 다양한 분야에서도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 기존의 학습평가 시스템은 학습자의 학습 수행능력을 판정하기 위한 진단평가와 학습능력의 향상 정도를 측정하기 위한 형성평가를 독립적으로 수행하여 평가하기 때문에 학습 수행능력을 보다 명확하게 처리하기 곤란하다는 단점을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습자의 수행 능력을 보다 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 진단평가와 형성평가를 통합평가할 수 있는 다-단계 학습평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 진단평가와 형성평가의 수준 정도를 반영하기 위해 서로 다른 가중치를 적용하여 학습능력을 평가하였다. 또한 각 평가단계에서 퍼지추론을 통해 획득한 비퍼지화된 실수 구간을 최종평가에 적용함으로써 학습자의 수행능력과 능력 향상을 보다 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 하였다.
