Cookies, muffins and baguettes were formulated with Korean wheat flour and compared with those made from imported wheat flour in terms of total phenol content, antioxidant activity, and in vitro protein digestibility (IVPD). Chunnyencho and Honghawsi were added to improve quality of the bakery products. Addition of Chunnyencho did not show any significant improvement, whereas Honghawsi increased total phenol content of cookies. Total phenol content in 80% ethanol extract of muffins prepared with Korean wheat flour was 1.5 times higher than those made from imported wheat flour, whereas total phenol content was 1.2 times higher in the 80% methanol extract of baguettes prepared with imported wheat flour compared to those made with Korean wheat flour. Overall, total phenol content of Korean wheat flour was higher than that of imported wheat flour because total phenol content was higher in 80% ethanol extracts than in 80% methanol extracts. Antioxidant activity was not significantly different between ethyl acetate extracts of bakery products from imported wheat and Korean wheat, whereas antioxidant activity of 80% methanol extract of muffins with Korean wheat was 2.4 times higher than that from imported wheat. IVPD was not significantly different in any bakery products made from imported wheat or Korean wheat but was higher in baguettes than cookies or muffins. Conclusively, bakery products made from Korean wheat had higher total phenol content and antioxidant activity than imported wheat.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between satisfaction, behavioral intention and recommended intention of luxury consumers identified in the preceding study as reasons for the explosive growth in the Korean imported car market. Research results found that brand quality, fashion, self-display, and store atmosphere had positive effects on satisfaction, while independent variables influenced behavioral intention. However, it was found that the store atmosphere did not affect satisfaction. Satisfaction expressed a strong positive effect on behavioral intention. In addition, behavioral intention was shown to positively affect recommendation intention. These results imply that consumers are significantly influenced by psychological factors when purchasing imported cars, and that consumers value psychological factors even when resold or recommended to others. The theoretical implications of the study are the empirical analysis of the consumption factors of imported cars using the existing Luxury consumption factors. The practical implications are to provide the importers with a basis for their marketing strategy. Although there are many studies on quality and service in import car markets, there is a lack of research on relevant psychological factors.

IMF(국제통화기금)체제 하에서는 우리나라 경제의 모든 분야가 정도의 차이는 있으나 어려움을 겪고 있다. 외환부족과 환율상승으로 빚어진 금융위기가 UR 협상의 파고보다 더 거칠게 산업전반에 영향이 미치고 있으며, IMF협정(1997. 12. 3)이후인 지난해 12월에는 외환사정으로 한때 국내 사료업체들이 원료수입을 위한 연지급 수입신용장(Usance L/C)을 개설하지 못하여 사료원료 수입이 전면 중단되고, 환율상승으로 사료가격이 이미 36%나 인상된 바 있다.(중략)

차나무(Camellia sinensis (L.) O.Kuntze)는 열대, 아열대, 온대지역에서 자라는 교목 또는 관목의 영년생 상록수이다. 차는 초기 약효에 의하여 이용하기 시작하였으나 현대에 이르러 그 독특한 풍미로 인하여 전 세계 인구의 절반 이상이 음용하는 중요한 기호음료이다. 강우량이 많고 따듯한 곳에서 생육이 왕성한 차나무는 현재 한국, 중국, 일본, 동남아시아의 온난지역, 남아메리카, 아프리카 및 러시아 등지에 이르는 넓은 지역에 분포하고 있다. 2,000년의 역사를 가지는 한국의 차산업은 주로 경남과 전남, 전북, 제주 등지에서 재배 생산되고 있다. 1970년대 이후 생활수준의 향상과 함께 점차적으로 수요가 늘어나면서 생산량은 1970년 55톤에서 1993년 617톤, 2010년 3,586톤으로 약 65배 이상 증가하였다. 차산업은 찻잎을 원료로 한 생활용품 등 다양한 가공품의 생산과 문화산업, 관광산업까지 포함하는 고부가가치 작목으로 매년 재배 면적이 크게 증가하였다. 최근에는 재배면적의 급속한 증가와 수입확대, 소비환경의 변화로 산지 재고가 증가하는 등 녹차 재배 농가의 어려움이 가중되고 있어 향후 수급 불균형이 우려되고 있다. 세계의 차 무역량은 연간 약 160만 톤, 재배면적은 약 256만 ha, 생산량은 약 320만 톤에 달한다. 아직까지는 수입 녹차에 대한 높은 관세율(514%)의 보호 아래 있지만, 중국이나 일본 등에 비해 가격, 품질, 상품개발 면에서 뒤떨어져 있는 실정이다. 또한 현재 외국에서 수입되고 있는 다양한 차들이 소비자의 기호에 영향을 미치고 있으며 특히 가격 경쟁력이 떨어지는 상황이다. 향후 차시장의 전면적인 개방에 대비하기 위해서는 경쟁력 있는 수출전략과 함께 국내 산업을 안정적으로 성장시키기 위한 전력을 모색해야한다. 주요 차생산국의 다원은 15도 이내의 경사지에 생성되어 있으나 30도 내외의 경사지도 다원 조성에 무리가 없다. 우리나라는 약 200만ha의 경사지를 포함하고 있어 차재배지 확대에 무한한 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

본 연구는 차는 잎 자체가 가지고 있는 상쾌한 향과 차 제조과정 중에 생성되는 독특한 향으로 인하여 기호식품으로서 뿐만 아니라 체내의 생리활성 작용이 탁월하기 때문에 기능성식품으로서 수요가 증가되고 있다. 차의 풍미는 차 생산지의 토양, 기후, 품종, 제조방법 등 여러 요인에 의하여 영향을 받으나 제일 중요한 것은 제조방법으로 차의 산화효순에 의한 발효정도에 따라 차의 향과 맛, 체내작용 등에 차이가 있다. 국내산 반발효차 및 발효차는 수입된 우롱차와 홍차와는 차별화된 은은한 향과 깊은 맛을 지니며, 기호도가 매우 높다.
