Successful Business Model of Mobile Solution Company (모바일 솔루션 기업의 성공적 비즈니스 모형)

  • Interest of Business Model has been increased continuously in the enterprise ever since IT(Information Technology) is introduced in the Business sector. Though lots of company's effort to build Business Model which expected to give profit to company, there are no guarantee of Business Model's success. In the situation of shortest lifecycle of new technology, it's hard to guarantee Business Model based new technology will return profit with the result of excellent evaluation of technology. After find Timmers model, Julta model, Rappa model, Electronic Commerce Profit model, B2E Model and Affliation, Affliated B2E Business Frame, will propose advantage and disadvantage of these models. Comraded B2E Business Model will be extracted for Mobile Solution Company to achieve success in the market through analysis of relationship between Technology appraisal and business model.

  • A judgment on the redevelopment projects' predicted profitability is an essential decision-making element for the success of the redevelopment projects. It is necessary to review the literature on profitability of redevelopment project and draw risk factors that could affect profitability through the risk analysis based on surveys. It is also necessary to judge profitability prediction toward the business value of the redevelopment project in the planning phase according to the risk analysis results which can affect the profitability prediction. In order to prevent the growing difficulties in executing the projects, a profitability prediction model is proposed using the method of management and disposal based on a proportional calculation that can estimate the share of expenses in order to judge profitability in the planning phase. With the improvement of profitability prediction models, it is possible to appropriately judge profitability in the planning phase in order to allow the prevention of suspension, reduction of project term, reduction of cost, and making of rational decisions.

  • With the fee-based policy starting in 2001, the income statement of the contents providers shows that the contents sales is the number one portion, while the dotcom companies focusing on community sites have difficulties in diversifying business models. To overcome this problem, Freechal, a leader of community sites, employed a fee-based strategy for the first time in 2002, however, this attempt was failed because of a rapid decreasing number of community members. Many Internet companies too much relying on advertisement sales have been trying to turn into the fee-based business model, however, it is difficult for them to make an action plan owing to little research in this field. This paper provides an overview of community sites including their history, business models, and characteristics as well as suggests the implications from a Freechal case.

  • Mileage system in some online media, I have a lot of use. In addition, there are a lot of companies that are making money by using the mileage system. A mileage system is the first airline in such a way that the service in the late 1980s, many states now listed sungineung and features. In addition, there are many industries that reported good results using a mileage system used by carriers in other industries. However, mileage of the current game industry has not been introduced, it is not the service by using the concept of point returning to the user is purely a function of mileage. So a lot of developed payment systems in the mobile industry since 2010, proposed a better and more current online payment systems industry has an easy hybrid revenue model for mobile games service convergence mileage using this system.

  • Recently people who enjoy social game via mobile devices significantly are increasing depending on the rapid adoption of smart phones and the development of the network such as LTE. Most of them are enjoying the casual gaming mobile social games that you are able to play easily, but social issues like health problems due to long play time are emerging. The users, however, do not last long because of the simplicity of the game, and there are few people who actually buy game items even though they play it long time. This study has been conducted aiming to overcome such difficulties. This study suggests ways to generate constantly revenue avoiding short-term box-office after the release of mobile social games based on the analysis for market trend and profitability of the mobile social game. In addition, by applying profitability model analyzed to Japan's most successful game practices, this paper suggests the concrete methods about the commitment of the users. For summarizing the main achievements of this paper, providing the latest market information about mobile social games, analysis of profitability, practical implications for the commitment of the users are presented.

Fundamental Variables, Macroeconomic Factors, Risk Characteristics and Equity Returns (기본적변수, 거시 경제요인, 기업특성적 위험과 주식수익률)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 주식시장에서 주식수익률의 횡단면 차이에 유의적인 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타난 기본적 변수가 시장지수 베타에서는 측정되지 않은 또 다른 가격화된 위험에 대해 유용한 대용변수인지를 규명하였다. 기본적 변수들 중에서 기업규모와 장부/시장가치 비율은 주식수익률의 횡단면 차이를 설명함에 있어 독립적인 효과를 갖는 가장 유의적인 변수였다. 주식수익률의 횡단면 차이에 매우 유의적인 설명력을 가지는 깃으로 나타난 거시경제요인의 요인민감도는 기업규모, 장부/시장가치 비율을 포함시 더 이상 유의적인 설명력을 가지지 못하였다. 소규모, 높은 장부/시장가치 기업은 매우 지속적인 수익성 악화를 겪고 있는 곤경기업이며, 역시 배당감소위험, 레버리지위험 및 미래 현금흐름의 불확실성으로 측정된 기업특성적 위험이 보다 큰 곤경기업이었다. 따라서 이러한 실증결과는 소규모, 높은 장부/시장가치 주식이 대규모, 낮은 장부/시장가치 주식에 비해 높은 수익률을 보이는 원인이 보다 높은 위험에 따른 보상의 결과이며, 규모변수와 장부/시장 가치 비율은 이들 위험에 대한 유용한 대용치라는 '위험에 기초한 가설'을 지지하는 증거로 주장될 수 있다. 기업규모와 장부/시장가치 비율이 시장베타로는 측정되지 않는 주식가격결정에 있어 가격화 된 또 다른 위험을 대리한다면 수익률에 나타난 SIZE, B/M효과는 합리적 가격결정하 APT나 ICAPM과 같은 확장된 CAPM과 모순되지 않는 하나의 증거로 볼 수 있으며, 비록 이들 변수들이 관찰 불가능한 진정한 시장베타에 대한 보다 나은 대용치라고 할지라도 이들 두 변수와 관련된 요인을 포함한 다요인 가격결정모델이 시장지수만을 포함한 단일요인모델에 비해 보다 유용한 모형임을 기대할 수 있다.

  • 버블론 이후 인터넷 기업은 안정적인 수익창출을 위한 다양한 시도와 역량을 집중하고 있으나 대부분의 기업 뿐만 아니라 웹캐스팅 업체도 여전히 적자 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 컨텐츠 비즈니스의 구체적인 신조류를 분석하며, 기존의 웹캐스팅 비즈니스의 수익모델을 분석하여 그 한계요소를 도출하고 이들의 해결안을 광고, 컨텐츠 유료화, 컨텐츠 개발 및 확보, 전자상거래, 컨텐츠 전달방식, 전자결제방식, 매체 확장 등 인터넷 비즈니스 요소 측면에서 제시함으로써 수익성 제고를 모색해 보았다.

A Study on Applying Feature-Oriented Analysis Model to Video-On Demand (VOD) Service Development (주문형 비디오 서비스 개발의 피처지향 분석모델 적용 연구)

  • VOD service provides an additional revenue model for digital broadcasting companies in addition to the existing subscription fees and advertisement-based revenue models. Therefore, each digital broadcasting company develops its own VOD service and performs frequent improvement work. In this circumstance, the developer is seeking to improve the efficiency of the VOD service development. To address the needs of such developers, this study conducted a basic study to apply the feature-oriented analysis model to the development of VOD services. The feature-oriented analysis model is recognized (through a number of case studies) as an effective tool for analyzing the requirements of softwares with the functions that are interconnected organically. In this paper, we developed a feature model of VOD service and designed the primary functions of each feature and the test-cases that can test the these functions, laying the foundation for developing VOD services based on feature-oriented analysis model.
