With the rapid mobile phones and global diffusion of mobile marketing it is very important to understand cross-national consumer attitude and behavioral intentions toward mobile marketing as a promotional channel. Some areas of mobile advertising still need more investigation. Especially, the topic about consumer attitude toward mobile advertising has been received a considerable amount of attention. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study investigates the relationship between characteristic of mobile advertising and purchase intention toward mobile advertising, and analyzes moderating effect of country type. The result of this study could help researchers and practitioners to understand which factors should be managed to increase the effectiveness of mobile advertising.

고부가 서비스용 수용가 통합자원관리 시스템에 관련된 국내외 표준에 대해 조사하였다. 국가 표준은 KSC 부문이 있고, 국제 표준은 주로 IEC가 제정한 것이다. 그밖에 여러 국제 표준화 기구가 있지만 고부가 서비스용 수용가 통합자원관리 시스템 개발에 적용될 수 있는 국제 표준을 찾을 수는 없었다. 그래서 고부가 서비스용 수용가 통합자원관리 시스템을 개발하는 과정에서 필요하다고 생각되는 표준이 국내외 표준으로 제안되는 것이 좋겠다. 제안되는 표준안이 국내외에서 표준으로 채택된다면 다양한 기술 개발안이 연구되며 경쟁함으로써 빚어지는 연구역량의 낭비를 줄이고, 기술의 진보 방향을 우리나라에서 주도함으로써 미래 기술 영역을 선점하는 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

제주시 지역 대기부유분진의 입경별 조성특성을 살펴보기 위하여 제주시청 별관 옥상에서 다단계 분진 포집기(8-stage non viable cascade impactor)를 사용하여 대기부유분진을 채취하여 분진의 질량농도 및 수용성 이온성분의 입경분포를 조사하였다. 조사결과 제주시 지역의 대기부유분진은 0.9, 5, $9.5{\mu}m$부근에서 peak를 보이는 삼산형분포(tri-modal distribution)를 나타내었고 $Na^+,\;Ca^{2+},\;Mg^{2+}$ 및 $Cl^-$와 같이 주로 해염에 기인하는 이온 성분들은 $2.1{\mu}m$이상의 조대입자 영역에 존재하고 있었으며 주로 $4{\mu}m$와 $9.5{\mu}m$부근에서 peak를 보였다. $NH_4^+,\;K^+,\;SO_4^{2-}$는 $2.1{\mu}m$이하의 미세입자 영역에 존재하고 있으며 $NO_3^-$의 경우는 계절에 따라 약간의 차이가 있긴 하지만 주로 0.9, 4, $9.5{\mu}m$에서 peak를 나타내고 있다.

모바일 기술의 빠른 발전은 기존의 유선에서 제공받고 있는 인터넷 서비스를 모바일 환경에서도 서비스를 받을 수 있게 하였다. 그러나 모바일 환경에서의 인터넷 제공은 아직 많은 문제점들을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷 환경이 가지는 문제점들 중에서 hand-off 에 의한 지연 시간을 감소시키기 위해서 중첩 영역에서 모바일 호스트들의 이동 방향을 예측하는 구조를 설계하였다. 그리고 각각의 외부 네트웍들의 모바일 호스트들의 요구 대역폭 수용 능력을 향상시키고 각 외부 네트웍들간의 대역폭 사용율을 균등하게 조정하기 위해서 대역폭 협상 기법을 제안한다. 모의실험 결과 각각의 외부 네트웍들은 더 많은 모바일 호스트들의 요구를 수용하게 되었고, 대역폭 이용율도 균등하게 조정되었다.

본 연구에서는 동적 수신호 인식문제를 위하여 CNN 모델을 사용한 특징추출 기법과, FMM 신경망을 사용한 특징 분석 기법을 상호 결합한 형태의 패턴 인식 모델을 제안한다. 수신호 인식을 위하여 영상패턴에서 대상물의 움직임 정보에 기초한 3 차원 형식의 데이터 표현 기법과, 이로부터 인식을 위한 특징추출 기법을 제시한다. 특징추출 모듈에서는 3 차원으로 확장된 구조의 수용영역을 고려한 CNN 모델을 제안하며, 이로부터 학습패턴에서 특징점의 공간적 변이에 대한 영향을 최소화할 수 있음을 고찰한다. 또한 인식효율의 개선을 위하여 방대한 양의 특징집합으로부터 효과적인 특징을 선별하기 위한 방법론으로서 WFMM 모델 기반의 특징분석 기법을 정의하고 이로부터 선별된 특징을 사용하는 인식 기법을 소개한다.

In this paper, we propose a Dilated Convolution Gate Linear Unit (DCGLU) to mitigate the lack of sparsity and small receptive field problems caused by the segmentation map extraction process in sound event detection with weak labels. In the advent of deep learning framework, segmentation map extraction approaches have shown improved performance in noisy environments. However, these methods are forced to maintain the size of the feature map to extract the segmentation map as the model would be constructed without a pooling operation. As a result, the performance of these methods is deteriorated with a lack of sparsity and a small receptive field. To mitigate these problems, we utilize GLU to control the flow of information and Dilated Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs) to increase the receptive field without additional learning parameters. For the performance evaluation, we employ a URBAN-SED and self-organized bird sound dataset. The relevant experiments show that our proposed DCGLU model outperforms over other baselines. In particular, our method is shown to exhibit robustness against nature sound noises with three Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) levels (20 dB, 10 dB and 0 dB).

다양한 실세계의 표현은 주관적인 의미가 내포되어 있어 데이터의 모델링 과정이 보다 중요하며 이 과정에서 데이터 손실을 최소화시켜야 한다. 이러한 성향의 모든 데이터를 수용하기위한 퍼지데이터베이스 시스템 구축시에는 데이터가 퍼지 집합으로 표현되어야 하고 불확실하고 다양한 형태의 질의가 가능하며 신뢰성 있는 응답 제시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 불활실함의 의미를 최대한 반영하여 표현을 다양화 시키고 사용자의 주관적인 인식수용을 위한 데이터의 개별화와 레벨의 다양화를 위한 클러스터링(clustering)기법을 보인다. 이를 통해 영역구조를 병합 분리시켜 데이터베이스의 릴레이션에서의 도메인요소의 첨가와 삭제를 통하여 자유로운 질의에 대한 불확실성이 감소된 응답과 융통성이 부여된 퍼지질의 처리를 보여준다.

데이터 사이언스가 경영, 학술, 교육 등의 전 영역에 확산되면서 변화를 이끌어내고 있다. 문헌정보학과 도서관의 입장에서 데이터 사이언스라는 대세를 수용하는 전략에 대해서 데이터 리터러시를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 데이터 리터러시, 통계 데이터 리터러시, 실무 데이터 리터러시의 세 가지로 나누어 살펴본 결과, 데이터 리터러시는 데이터와 관련된 기술과 역량을 강조하는 용어로서 문헌정보학과 도서관 현장에서 데이터 사이언스를 주도적인 입장에서 수용하는 브랜드로 육성시킬 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

IT outsourcing has become a critical component of organizations, but improper expectations, ambiguous contracts and unclear goals frequently cause the failure of IT outsourcing. Especially we have to be concerned about the uncareful management of customer-supplier relationships based on a psychological contract perspective. This study focuses on the obligations of contractual parties for IT outsourcing which influence the outsourcing relationship(OR) and the successful performance of IT outsourcing(OP). The supplier obligations consist of the achievable infrastructure(S1) and capability(S2), and the customer obligations is composed of the acceptable environment(C1) and acceptability(C2) for IT outsourcing. This paper shows that the S1, S2, and C2 have an effect on the OR, the OR on the OP, and the S2 also on the OP directly. The four components of customer-supplier obligations are mutually related to each other. What is more, we must notice that the S2 has strong connections with the C2.
