본 논문에서는 기존의 해석적인 수법에서 여러 신뢰도 지표가 주로 수용가의 수와 지형적인 영향만을 고려한 단점을 보완하기 위하여, 어느 특정지역의 수용가가 실제로 정전되는 경우를 상정하여 수용가의 정전비용을 계산하여, 이에 의한 영향을 신뢰도 지표 속에 나타내도록 하였다. 즉, 정전비용에 따른 수용가의 중요도를 고려하기 위하여, 수용가의 정전비용 특성을 이용한 새로운 신뢰도 평가지수를 정의하여, 양적인 면에서 뿐만 아니라 질적인 면에서도 가장 경제적으로 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 특정 계통이나 지역, 설비 등을 선택할 수 있는 새로운 신뢰도 평가수법을 제안하였다. 또한, 배전계통에 신재생에너지전원(이하 분산형전원)이 도입된 경우를 상정하여 상기의 신뢰도지수를 산정하는 수법을 제안하였으며, 사고구간을 줄이는 리클로우져와 섹셔널라이저의 동작을 포함한 배전계통의 보호협조 시스템도 고려한 신뢰도지수 산정법도 제안하였다.

This research is an attempt to investigate cultural identity at the international level. Asia is one of the weakest communities in the world due to discrepancies in terms of political, economic, social and cultural aspects. Additionally, Asia has never been independent in communication flows since imperialist history until the Korean wave emerged at the turn of this century. The Korean wave reflects complex power embedded in postcolonial world in addition to cultural commonality among Asian audiences. I have conducted audience researches on Korean drama fandom in Japan and China. I adopt Lacanian psychoanalysis in order to interpret identity issues of Asian media audiences. Particularly, Deleuze and Guattari's theories are useful to scrutinize group identity of Asian community. Additionally, I refer to theories of nationalism.

본격적인 정보화시대를 맞아 정부에서는 정보화사회를 조기에 구현, 정착시키고자 행정,금융, 교육/연구, 국방, 복지등 5개 분야에 걸친 국가 기간망 구축사업을 위시하여 각종 정보화 정책 및 사업을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 국가정보화사회를 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서는 그의 인프라(Infra)인 지역별 정보화가 추진되어야 한다. 지역정보화는 이제 국가정보화사회를 구현하는데 필수적으로 거쳐야 할 중간단계로 인식되고 있다. 충북지역에서도 청주/청원 지역을 정보화의거점으로 삼아 지역데이타베이스를 구축하고 이를 공중통신망에 접속하여 주민들이 가정이나 직장에서 컴퓨터 단말기를 통하여 필요한 정보를 검색하고,주민간 상호정보교류는 물론 의견이나 제안을 해당 기관 및 단체에 알릴 수 있는 본격적인 지역정보통신 시대를 개막하고자 하는 계획을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 지역정보란 개념과 범위가 방대하고 이용집단에 따라 정보 수요가 다양한 차이를 보일 수 있기 때문에 단번에 지역의 모든 집단의 정보수요를 충족시킬 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축한다는 것은 불가능한 것이다. 따라서 지역 데이터베이스는 단계적이며 일관성을 유지한 추진 계획과 지속적인 구축노력이 필수적이다. 이러한 배경하에 본 소고에서는 정보항목별 데이터베이스 구축의 우선순위를 파악하고 데이비스의 기술수용모델을 중심으로 사용자에 대한 기술 수용태도를 알아보기 위해 검증을 시도하였다.

This paper examined the multicultural policy orientation and multicultural acceptance of multicultural people. The adifferential exclusion, assimilation, and multiculturism were as proxy for the multicultural policy orientation. The awarness, openness, and empathy were as proxy for the multicultural scceptance. Based on the analysis of two hundred fifty cases, the following results were found. First, the assimilation of multicultural policy orientation have a positively significant influence on multicultural acceptance such as awarness, openness, and empathy. Second, the multiculturalism of multicultural policy orientation have a positively significant influence on multicultural acceptance such as openness and empathy. Third, the differential exclusion of multicultural policy orientation have a positively significant influence on openness of multicultural acceptance.

The district heating system, which is the main axis of Korea's collective energy business, contributes to the national benefit and safety with the economical heat energy supply system.However, due to the uncertainty of management subjects and the shortage of professional technical personnel, there are many problems such as deterioration of thermal efficiency and unfairness of the price of the apartment houses. In this paper, we propose the monitoring points necessary for the efficiency and fault management of the district heating customer-side. And we propose a standard reference model to standardize it. We propose a technical methodology to improve the service quality and energy efficiency of the district heating facilities by applying IoT sensor technology, real-time monitoring and integrated management system.

This paper deals with the analytical approach for the reliability assessment in radially operated distribution systems. The approach can estimate the expected reliability performance of distribution systems by a direct assessment of the configuration of the systems using the reliability indexes such as NDP(Non-Delivery Power) and NDE(Non-Delivery Energy). The indexes can consider the number and configuration of the load. but can not consider the characteristics of the load which is the one of the most important factor in the investment cost for the distribution systems. Therefore, this paper presents the new indexes considering the expected interruption cost for the load section and shows the effectiveness by simulating at the model systems.

본 연구의 목적은 제3의 산업혁명을 이끌고 있는 3D프린터에 대해 미래 중추적 역할을 담당할 3D프린팅 교육생의 3D프린터 사용의도를 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기반하여 검증하기 기초연구이다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울의 3D프린팅 교육기관 교육전문가 조사를 실시하였으며, 차후 교육 대상자를 설문조사하여 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악하고 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 통해 미래 제조업 창업의 핵심 역할을 담당할 3D프린터 사용 활성화를 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 한다. '3D프린팅 넥스트 레볼루션'의 저자 크리스토퍼 바넷은 언젠가는 3D프린팅이 우리의 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿀 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 3D프린터를 통해 개개인은 맞춤형 제품을 만들어 낼 것이 틀림없다. 치과 의료, 운송 및 항공, 로봇, 군용, 우주, 건축, 요리 등에서 다양하게 3D프린터를 활용한 제품들이 미래에 쏟아져 나올 것으로 예상한다. 생산의 민주화를 이끌 3D프린터는 기존 산업에 큰 기회와 동시에 위협을 주고 있다. 크라우드 및 네트워크를 통한 3D데이터 거래와 지구촌 여러 곳에 3D프린터가 활용된다면, 기존 산업에 혁명적인 변화가 있으리라 짐작된다. 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 3D프린터 사용의도에 영향을 주는 5가지 요인으로 3D모델링 경험, 비용, 품질, 유희성, 혁신성이 나타났다. 5가지 독립변인은 TAM모델의 인지된 사용 유용성과 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악해 보고자 한다. 3D프린터 교육기간, 전공 및 학과, 개인의 경험과 혁신성의 차이가 3D프린터 기술수용 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 서울지역 3D프린터 관련 교육기관에서 교육을 받았거나 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 연구를 할 계획이며, 지역을 확대한 연구가 차후 필요할 것이다.

배전계통의 전기품질을 평가하기 위한 중요한 요소는 여러 가지가 있으며 그 대표적인 요소로 신뢰도 지수를 들 수 있다. 신뢰도 지수란 정전이 수용가에 미치는 영향을 정전시간과 정전수용가수로 표현한 지표로 공급에 대한 비신뢰도율을 나타낸다. IEEE 위원회는 다양한 지역을 벤치마킹하여 신뢰도 지수를 정의하였다. SAIFI와 SAIDI 등과 같이 공통적으로 사용 중인 지수가 있으며 지역의 특성에 따라 다양한 지수가 사용되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 IEEE에 정의된 전기품질 신뢰도 지수의 현황을 분석하고 국내에서 사용 중인 신뢰도 지수와 상호 비교하였다.
