The purpose of this study intends that the contemporary university students would understand the importance and relationship of the Self-Expression as its appropriateness, the Self-Understanding and the Self-Accommodation as it is, and that it would conducive to enhance their Communication Capability and Accommodation to other's perspective on the base of these understandings. In accordance with the analyses of questioners and statistics as a methodology of this study, the tendency of the factors effective to the enhancement for the Communication Capability and the Accommodation to other's perspective will be found out and the meaning of the Self-Expression, the Self-Accommodation and the Self-Understanding will be analyzed by the standpoint of the enhancement of the Self-Competency. The result of this study reveals that a high distributed group for the Definitization of the Self-Conception is to have more the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation. As an enlightenment from this study, the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation shall have a mutual reliance and be influenced to the Accommodation of Other Person's Perspective. In case of the high distribution of the Self-Accommodation, where there is the both of the low distribution of the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation, the Accommodation of Other Person's Perspective is high. However, if there is the higher of the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation, there influences the better enhancement of the Communication-Capability, and there no effect to their mutual reliance. This study enlightens when it becomes at the stage of the Self-Accommodation, a respectable listening from others makes to accommodate other as it is and when it is wanted to raise the Communication Capability, it is required to improve the capability through the Self-Expression together with the Self-Accommodation.

포스트모더니즘의 한국에서의 수용이라는 지역적 관점에서 사조의 성격과 위치를 한국 문화의 절충주의적 경향과 연결해서 고찰해 보고자 한다. 이러한 관점을 통해 지역의 특성과 새로운 사조의 흡수전달이 어떻게 나타나는가를 살펴봄으로서 포스트모더니즘의 한국 건축에서의 영향을 살피고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 급속히 확산되고 있는 온라인 뱅킹의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위한 것으로, 기존 연구를 바탕으로 서비스 품질과 비용이라는 온라인 뱅킹 서비스 관점, 이용자의 태도의 관점(유용성, 용이성, 사용자 특성), 그리고 사회적 영향의 관점을 변인으로 추출하였다. 한편 성숙기에 접어든 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스와 도입기에 있는 모바일 뱅킹 서비스를 비교하기 위해 온라인 뱅킹 서비스 유형이라는 조절변수를 사용하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 유용성과 용이성, 개인사용자 특성, 사회적 영향, 서비스 품질, 비용의 모든 요인 이 온라인 뱅킹 서비스의 수용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사회적 영향과 비용 은 인터넷 뱅킹과 모바일 뱅킹 서비스간에 영향 정도가 다른 것으로 나타났다.

New technology had been introduced continually and in many cases, we approached technology persepectives when the new technology were introduced. It was very important that researching users acceptance of the new technology in the areas of marketing and strategy. Regarding to user accepatance of new technology, many research models had been exited. This study compared with 2 models which were proposed by Venkatesh et al. named UTAUT1, UTAUT2 based on the criteria which composed of application context, variables of model, the impacts of variables. The dominant matric which was applied in all functions and industries was not exited. For the purpose of improving predictability, single or compound matrics were useful according to industries and usage

본 연구는 정보시스템이 조직에 수용된 후의 이용단계에서 사용자의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계 모형을 도출하고, 실증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 성격심리유형과 주관적 지각인 기대일치, 자기주도성, 자기효능감이 정보시스템 수용 후 단계에서 지속적인 사용을 예측할 수 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 정보시스템 도입 초기의 기술수용관점에서 설명하였던 TAM과 그 확장모형들과는 달리, 수용 후 정보시스템 지속사용 성과 요인에 대한 인식을 사용자 중심으로 하는 방향으로 관점의 변화가 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

지금까지 우리에게 소개된 아프리카문학은 그동안 알게 모르게 통념화돼 있던 세계문학의 공식을 깨뜨리는 데 일정한 기여을 했을 뿐 아니라 우리문학의 방향성 자립에도 유효한 관점을 제시했다고 평가된다. 그러나 양으로 볼 때 우리의 아프리카문학 수용현황은 지극히 일면적이다.

본 연구는 기업간 전자상거래 수용에 영향을 주는 요인을 밝혀내고 실증적으로 분석하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 기술수용모형(TAM) 기반 연구는 수용의사결정 수준이 개인 단위에 국한되었으며, 영향요인도 인지된 혁신특성인 경우에 비해 본 연구에서는 i) 인지된 이익 ii) 조직의 준비 iii)외부 압력 등 세 관점에서 살펴보았다. 37 개 업체를 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과 인지된 이익, 조직의 준비 및 외부압력은 모두 B2B EC 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This questionnaire study examined the processes linking complexity of self-construal to self-positivity conceptualized as taking multiple perspectives, self-acceptance and self-regulation that, in turn, affect psychological well-being among people with an experience of life-crisis during adulthood due to physical disability or divorce. Data were drawn from 359 adult Koreans residing in Seoul metropolitan area, including the physically disabled, the divorced, and their counterparts without a life-crisis experience during adulthood for comparison. On average, the life-crisis experience group(LEG) had a higher independent selfconstrual and a lower interdependent self-construal than the comparison group(CG). As predicted, complexity of self-construal contributed to taking multiple perspectives that helps searching for meaning, and this, in turn, was found to foster self-acceptance and self-regulation. Through these variables except self-regulation, complex self-construal contributed to psychological well-being as manifested by a higher level of positive emotion and a lower level of depression. As expected, while taking multiple perspectives fostered positive emotion both directly and indirectly through self-acceptance among LEG and CG, only in LEG it directly reduced depression. The comparative approach employed in this study enabled to discern that taking multiple perspectives promotes psychological well-being in LEG by contributing to both meaning making and positive attitude, whereas it promotes psychological well-being in CG primarily by fostering positive attitude. Finally implications for this study were discussed and directions for future research were suggested.
