The aim of this study is to explore the status and tasks of selecting, expanding, and supporting the gifted teachers to efficiently manage the gifted education. This study addresses that the ratio of applications for new teachers is lower and the current teachers are aging in primary school. In addition, it points out that the ratio of new teacher applications and teacher acquisitions compared to the number of teachers hired for middle school were lower. The gifted teachers are basic in their classes and work at regular schools, and they suffer from considerable exhaustion and a lack of time because of other gifted work. As a result of these discussions, it has shown the need for substantial improvement and supplementation such as school hours reduction or reinforcement adjustment, complete support for research society, invitation professional teachers other than current ones, and friday after school classes for the gifted teachers should be encouraged to work passionately. For professional development, if the positive perception and results of gifted education from the interactions between general education and gifted education be formed, and the education programs for gifted teachers be expanded, they will also contribute to the overall improvement in the quality of our education.

The purpose of this paper is to explore ways to prepare for the high school credit system in the home economics educational community through the case of high school credit system research school operation. To this end, the operation process of H high school in Gangwon-do, which operated a high school credit system in 2019, was monitored for 5 months, and surveys and interviews were conducted with students, parents, and teachers to determine the operation of the curriculum. Suggestions based on the case of H high school's operation of the high school credit system for home economics educational community are as follows. Home economics teachers should make active efforts to provide attractive and meaningful home economics lessons to their students by improving instruction and assessment, and implementing a variety of elective courses within the subject of home economics, including collaborative online curricula. Home economics teacher communities and related associations should build a solid network that connects local home economics subject research groups, share information related to curriculum operation, and use it as a channel for disseminating class research results. Home economics teacher training institutions should innovate the curriculum to help prospective teachers develop the ability to guide multiple classes in line with the changing teacher training policy, and develop and provide high-quality online and offline programs for field teacher re-education.
In recent years, university education has emphasized a learner-centered education model with a change in educational paradigm. This study aims to explore students' diverse opinions and improve the quality of education by analyzing the open-ended responses of university lecture evaluations using topic modeling. To this end, a total of 45,001 open-ended responses based on the results of lecture evaluations from 2017 to 2022 in non-metropolitan universities were divided into majors and liberal arts, and a short-form optimized Biterm Topic Modeling (BTM) analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, major lectures were divided into "attitude toward non-face-to-face classroom experience", "attitude toward questions and discussions", "attitude toward attendance and grading", "attitude toward practical activities and presentations", and "attitude toward communication and collaboration", while liberal arts lectures were divided into "attitude toward non-face-to-face classroom experience", "attitude toward grades and evaluations", "attitude toward attendance and syllabus", "attitude toward academic knowledge and interest", and "attitude toward communication and questions". The results of this study, which analyzed various feedback from students, provide insights that can be used to compare the characteristics of majors and liberal arts courses and improve teaching and learning experiences.

Textbooks are one of the most crucial variables that determine the quality of education and one of the most influential sources for education. Textbooks should be designed with inquiring tendencies so as to help students to practice self-directed learning. inquiring textbooks can not only intrigue students but also enhance the quality of class. Here, this author is going to analyze the inquiring tendencies of a core construct, 'management', in 12 different types of high school Technology & Home Economics textbooks reflecting the 2015 revised national curriculum based on the Romey method. According to the analysis results, only one type of textbook shows inquiring tendencies in the text, which means that the text is more oriented to delivering knowledge rather than to pursuing students' inquiry learning. Because analysis indexes for figures and diagrams fall under the range of desirable inquiring tendencies in 10 types of textbooks, the figures and diagrams presented in Home Economics textbooks are intended to induce particular learning activity. Learning activity indexes reveal 9 types of textbooks' inquiring tendencies, which means that Home Economics textbooks present a reasonable amount of learning activity in general in order to intrigue students and stimulate their inquiring mind. In terms of evaluation indexes, only 2 types of textbooks show inquiring tendencies. According to the results of examining each individual textbook, some of the Home Economics textbooks reflecting the 2015 revised national curriculum include inquiring elements in the text, figures and diagrams, activities, and evaluation all; however, some still need improvements. Regarding how to better the Home Economics textbooks, this researcher will suggest the following implications and complements. Home Economics textbooks should include inquiring elements to induce interactions properly in the class, and when they write the textbooks, the text, figures and diagrams, activities, and evaluation should be designed balancedly, and the questions need to be expressed in a way to develop students' inquiring mind.
Many soil amendments have been used nowadays to improve physical and chmical condition of turf soil, which might ultimately optimize turfgrass growth in golf courses. This study was carried out to Investigate the effects of new organic soil amendment containing pig excreta 50% and sawdust 50% on growth of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica L.) and kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) in greenhouse. Three applicable treatments with soil mixtures of 10, 20, and 30% (v/v) animal organic soil amendment (AOSA) with sand, were tested for chemical property, physical property, visual quality and root length of zoysiagrass and Kentucky bluegrass. As results, application of $10{\sim}30%$ AOSA mixtures were proper to grow turfgrass in soil nutrition. Especially, the treatment with 20% AOSA mixtures showed 0.7% in organic matter, which meets to green standard of USGA. Also, 30% AOSA mixtures was 1.1% in organic matter, which might be desirable for zoysiagrass-planted golf courses in Korea. It was turned out that addition of AOSA decreased the hydraulic conductivity in soil physical property Because the sand possess high hydraulic conductivity, it is recommended to combine $10{\sim}30%$ AOSA with sand in order to sustain soil balance. The treatment with $10{\sim}30%$ AOSA noticeably increased visual quality of both zoysiagras and Kentucky bluegrass during 90 days. However, treatments with either 20% or 30% AOSA were effective to develop root length of zoysiagrass but treatments with 20% AOSA were more effective than that of 30% AOSA mixtures to promote root length of Kentucky bluegrass at 60 days. In conclusion, considering all vital factors such as visible quality, root growth, organic matter content, and economical efficiency, was taken, it is recommended that a $20{\sim}30%$ mixture of AOSA with sand is good for the growth of zoysiagrass and 20% mixture for Kentucky bluegrass.

The research results are as follows. First, the results of satisfaction for learning eco-system showed high values of 4.58 or higher in both the elementary and secondary programs, and the teacher training program conducted by the IS-Geo had a positive effect on the training participants. Second, internal factors indicating learning motivation and learning development were elementary teacher training 4.70 and secondary teacher training 4.64, and it is necessary to develop training contents and programs by classifying them into majors other than the earth science department. Third, intermediate factors indicating contents of education and learning curriculum were 4.67 for an elementary teacher training program and 4.72 for secondary teacher training program. In addition, in order to operate the teacher training program according to the purpose of science and technology culture, it is necessary to develop a teaching-learning model and to improve the quality of teaching. Fourth, external factors indicating learner support and quality of instructors were 4.83 for an elementary teacher training program and 4.72 for a secondary teacher training program. In particular, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that can be used immediately in school classes and can generate interest.
This study was conducted to identify students' meaningful scientific experiences and to ascertain the path through which the experience led to learning. The subjects of 'Understanding of the History of Science' were asked to write an essay on the subject of 'Effects of science on my life' to 81 students in the department of literature and 125 students in the science department. After that Classification criteria were established through scientific experts' seminars, and the scientific experiences that affected students and their effects were examined. The results from analyses were summarized as follows: First, As a result of study about Science Education experience that has impacted students' lives, the students were influenced by images, most of which were influenced by scientific videos. They were also influenced by science classes and science books. As a result of classifying science experience, most of the experience is composed of Informal Science Learning. Second, as a result of examining how students were influenced by their scientific experience, they found that they were affected by their daily life or influenced by science. As a result of the research, it can be confirmed that Informal Science Learning experience is an important learning form that has a great influence on students. Therefore, appropriate Informal Science Learning experience should be introduced into the class, and research and development on the Informal Science Learning experience preferred by the students should be done.

The purpose of this research was to investigate how the peer review activity of lab report in the problem-solving experiment effected on the description ability and the quality improvement. The students who were taking the general chemistry experiment course were the subjects for this study. They finished lab reports and received peer review from their peers more than two times. The students who got feedback answered on peer review, revised their reports, and subsequently, completed final reports. The result showed that peer review affected the qualitative improvement of the lab report, specially in the process of 'designing experiment' and 'drawing conclusion and evaluation'. Students could organize their thoughts through writing lab reports. During this process, peer review activities provided the opportunity of self-examination and the way for viewing as objective standpoint. Moreover, the activities established communication fields for exchanging mutual opinions and learning.
