천상열차분야지도에는 유방택이 계산하여 작성한 중성기가 실려 있다. 중성기란 24절기일 각각에 대해 혼각과 효각에 자오선이위치하는 하늘의 입수도를 표로 만들어 놓은 것이다. 우리는 유방택이 사용할 수 있었던 역법이 선명력과 수시력이라고 생각하고, 우선 수시력에 의한 중성 계산법으로 을해중성기를 계산해 보았다. 이때 적도수도 값에 따라 중성기가 달라질 수 있는데, 유방택이 사용가능한 28수의 적도수도는 천상열차분야지도에 수록되어 있는 것, 수시력에서 사용한 것, 선명력에서 사용한 것이 있었을 것이다. 우리는 여기에 몇 가지 다른 적도수도들의 경우를 더하여 유방택이 어떤 계산 방법으로 중성기를 작성했는지 알아보았다. 그 결과, 베이징 기준의 수시력과 선명력의 적도수도의 조합이 을해중성기와 가장 가까운 결과를 주었으며, 천상열차분야지도의 적도수도와 수시력의 적도수도도 비교적 을해중성기에 가까운 결과를 주었다. 우리는 유방택이 선명력의 중성 계산 방법과 선명력의 적도수도를 사용하여 을해중성기를 작성한 것이 아닌가 추측하고 추후 연구를 계속하려고 한다.

수시력은 원나라 곽수경이 만든 역법으로 중국 역사상 가장 좋은 역법중의 하나로 알려져 있다. 그리고 수시력 계열의 역법들인 대통력통궤나 칠정산내편은 세실소장법의 유무, 역원, 몇몇 상수값의 차이 등 약간의 차이는 있지만 기본적으로 같다. 이 연구에서는 수시력, 대통력통궤, 칠정산내편에 의한 일식 계산 과정을 전산화 하고 그 결과들을 문헌의 기록들과 비교 검증하였다. 또한 칠정산내편이 편찬된 1444년에서 시헌력이 도입되기 이전인 1653년까지의 기간 동안에 조선에서 관측 가능했던 일식들을 현대 계산 결과와 수시력 계열의 역법들에 의한 계산 결과를 상호 비교하였다. 이 학술 발표대회에서 이러한 연구 결과들을 발표하고자 한다.

1964년 조선통신사의 독축관이란 직함으로 일본을 방문한 박안기는 일본에 머무는 동안 일본의 대표적 천문학자를 만나 수시력을 가르쳐 주었는데 이것이 바탕이 되어 일본에서는 최초의 역법을 만들어내게 되었다. 박안기로부터 수시력의 수수께끼를 배운 강야정현정과 그의 제자인 삽천춘해는 지구의도 만들고 혼천의라는 천문관측기도 제작했다.

이 연구에서는 중수대명력(重修大明曆)에서 태양과 달의 운동 계산 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 중수대명력은 금(金)대의 양급(楊級)이 만든 대명력을 당대의 조지미(趙知微)가 중수한 역법으로 1281년 수시력(授時曆)이 도입되기 전까지 원(元)에서 사용되었다. 반면 조선에서는 "칠정산내편", "칠정산외편"과 더불어 일 월식 계산에 사용된 것으로 알려져 있다. 이를 위해 세종 26년(1444)에는 이순지(李純之) 등에 의해 "중수대명력"과 "중수대명력 정묘년 교식가령(丁卯年 交食假令)" 등이 편찬되었으며, "중수대명력"의 경우 "금사(金史)" 의 내용과 동일한 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 논문에서는 이들 문헌을 활용하여 중수대명력에서의 태양과 달의 운동, 특히 이들의 부등속운동 계산방법에 대해 분석하고, 이를 수시력에서의 방법과 비교 하였다.

Next Generation Digital Maps on demand Updating System is a system for setup of efficient on-demand updating system, keeping up-to-date data and conducting high-quality service and efficient management. The system is designed that object-based continuous Digital Maps may have on-demand updating available, as well as the exiting feature-based digital maps, and the relevant development is being done. This study presented some problems and improvement plans related to the system operation, by means of implementing object-based continuous Digital Maps and feature-based digital maps updating test, for the next generation digital maps on demand updating system, in order to contribute to present plans to apply next generation digital maps and to secure competitiveness. And, for the economical efficiency of the next generation digital maps on demand updating system, this study analyzed expenses and benefit resulted from introduction of on demand updating system for 1:5,000 digital maps, intended for National Geographic Information Institute. and the land category which have an effect on the officially assessed land price and it using GIS technology.

몽골왕국 원나라의 천문학자 곽수경은 중국에서 가장 발달한 역법 수시력을 만들었으며 조선조 우리 선조들은 바로 이 역법을 우리나라에 맞도록 수정ㆍ보완하여 세계적 수준의 새로운 역법을 만들어낸 것이다. 그로부터 1세기 후 세종때 경복궁 경회루 연못 둘레에 만들어 두었던 관측기구들은 모두 곽수경이 만든 것을 본 뜬 것으로 그는 우리나라 천문학 발전에 크게 공헌을 한 과학자이다.

해마다 설 연휴 즈음 급증하는 수인성 전염병. 해외 여행객 증가, 국내 유동인구 증가, 피곤으로 인한 면역력 저하, 오염된 음식물 공동 섭취 등이 주요 원인으로 꼽힌다. 주변에서 쉽게 감염될 수 있는 수인성 전염병을 알아보고 수시로 손을 씻는 등의 개인위생수칙을 잘 지켜나가는 것이 예방의 지름길.

There have been some problems of high labor. low productivity in the existing systems of bonsai cultivation. This study was conducted to cultivate a large quantity of hig-quality bonsai through the development of bottom irrigation system and management method. Bonsai placed on the FRP bed were grown very well by bottom irrigation system compared with direct watering and sprinkler system. It was concluded that bottom irrigation system was possible to reduce considerable manual labor and produce mass production of high-quality bonsai within shorter periods. This research was finally found that the growth was significantly better and earlier production was certain in the vinyl house, had another advantage which could cultivate less cold-resistant species and therefore broadened a range of species selection for market supply. Cultivation techniques by the use of vinyl house and bottom irrigation system developed was quite effective for early production of bonsai as well as for high productive and value added. This project developed a new practical techniques and systems which can make mass and early production of bonsai with high quality through input of less labor. Interest in bonsai is now expanding in landscape horticulture and other fields concerned, and bonsai export of our country is also increasing. Results from this research will make a great contribution to enhancing of bonsai cultivator's competitive position in world markets and to improving of their annual income.

This survey is the first part of the history of science of Song and Yuan dynasties and covers the period starting from Song to Jin. The major science in the Song period consists of calendrical astronomy, mathematics and medicine, and mathematics is also related to water supply technology. In this survey we follow Yabuuchi's work on the history of science of Song and Yuan period and Du Shiran's work on the history of science of China. We will try first to see how academic science flourished in the Northern Song, what caused the public science to prevail in the Southern Song, and then how the academic trend continued in Jin. We will continue to cover the Jin-Yuan period in the ensuing survey.
