This research is to suggest effective kitchen furniture design for 40, 50 pyeong-size apartment considering the quantity and volume, heights or length of stored items for cooking. The research candidates are purposive-sampled 30 households in Kangnam, Seoul. The observation shows that the volume of kitchen furniture is $3.1{\sim}5.9m^3$ and of utility furniture is $0.3{\sim}3.8m^3$. For each households hold average of 886 kitchenwares, $4.1m^3$. Such were normally stored in the upper and lower storage and tall storage closet for a kitchen. Through the field studies and depth interviews, it is shown that there are 287 (33.2%), $1.67m^3$ of the application for preparing food, certain knives, disposable products and food which is considered absolutely or comparatively hard to organize. Products that are very hard to organize are the small application for cooking, grouped kitchenware such as openers, the applications with long rod shape food, and detergent. There are 96 of such products, taking the volume of $0.32m^3$; thus, such products are considered to improve the kitchen furniture design. And the shelf of storage can the control 3cm hights according to result of this research.

The purpose of this study is to induce user to use storage equipment as fixed storage space in urban housing. The object of investigation is limited to the resident of detached and apartment house in Daegu, analysised the problems and their attitueds of using storage equipments amount of cloths and bel-clothes. On the basis of these recommended the optimum volume of storage space for clothes and bed-clothes by family types. Applied to the standard of detached house, the optimum volume of storage space for clothes and bed-clothes in each rooms are as following. 1) The volume of master room is ranged 7.34M3 and 8.65M3 the average is 7.97M3. 2) Children's room is ranged 1.18M3 and 3.26M3, the average is 2.51M3 under number of users and their age. 3) The aged room is calculated average 6.53M3.

We implemented a subminiature internal antenna that is around 1 cc volume for the mobile phone. The fundamental type of studied antenna is IFA(Inverted F Antenna), and this antenna is designed to be improved efficiency and gain due to minimum current cancellation by the avoidance of multiple bending pattern. For the implementation of multiple band, helix is applied to compensate for short antenna length for low frequency band, and a 3 dimensional pattern is used for high frequency band. We made two kinds of 3D structure antenna. One is a 1 cc volume antenna for GSM/DCS band on the bare board set, and the other is a 1.5 cc volume for the GSM/USPCS mobile phone set. Measurements showed good gain performance that average gain of two antenna on each band are $-3.46{\sim}-0.45\;dBi$ and $-4.80{\sim}-3.29\;dBi$ respectively.
