A empirical study on the Employee's Workplace Satisfaction for Insurance Claim adjusting company (손해사정회사 종업원의 직장만족 결정요인 연구)

  • Employee's workplace satisfaction of claim adjusting company, who assesses the loss of catastrophe, have a direct influence on the loss evaluation job. Eventually their satisfaction would affect the compensation satisfaction of victims, therefore it is one of important factors for victims's compensation satisfaction. This paper analyzes empirically the determinants of employee's satisfaction to their firm for a claim adjusting company. As a result of the empirical research, it is found that the statistically significant determinant are the psychological factor, the organizational factor, and the individual factor. Among the significant factors, the psychological factor has the biggest positive factor. And the organizational factor and the individual factor is next with similar positive measurement. But the cognitive factor is not statistically significant. A claim adjusting company may use the research result for the improvement of employee's workplace satisfaction.

  • Recently the company is getting bigger and has many employees. Therefore, sometimes, the uniform internal marketing devices for whole employees are inappropriate because they are different demographic aspects. To find efficient internal marketing factors, this paper analyzes empirically the determinants of employee's satisfaction to their firm, by group based demographic aspects(male and female : 2 groups, ages : 3 group, employment period : 3 groups), for a insurance claim adjuster company As a result, it is found that the psychological factor has the statically significant determinant in all the 8 groups, with biggest positive coefficient in the 7 groups. Other factors, such as the organizational factor, the individual factor and spatial factor are statically significant determinant depending on the groups differently.

  • In the Bill of Lading of The Irbenskiy Proliv is not subject to the Hague-Visby Rules in accordance with paragraphs (A) and/or (E) of cl.1 or to the Hague Rules in accordance with paragraphs (B) and/or (D) of cl.1. The Irbenskiy Proliv is very rare case that is effective to exempt the carrier as literal words of Bill of Lading. The action concerns cargoes of perishable goods shipped from Brazil to Japan, under Bills of Lading each of which contained an extensive carrier's exemption clause. A preliminary issue was ordered to be determined on the question whether c1.4 is effective to exempt the ralliers from any potential liability for the claims in this case. The court held that there is no reason to reject c1.4 as part of each of the contracts contained in or evidenced by the bills of lading; and it protects the carrier where damage to the goods shipped results from such causes. It is therefore effective to exempt the carriers from any potential liability for those claims.
