The purpose of this study is to identify the unique entrepreneurial behavioral attributes of social enterprises that are distinct from for-profit enterprises at the organizational level, derive a social entrepreneurship model that reflects the unique characteristics of social enterprises as strategic decision-making and organizational behavioral tendencies. In order to effectively achieve the purpose of this study, previous studies were reviewed, and qualitative studies were conducted using the grounded theory method based on this. In this study, social entrepreneurship was identified as five sub-factors through a series of analysis processes, and 'Social value orientation; Innovativeness; Pro-activeness; Risk taking; Cooperation orientation' was newly proposed. It also proposed a new social entrepreneurship framework that integrates and explains the multidimensional model of social entrepreneurship by reviewing and connecting the relationships between each sub-factor of the research model. The 'social entrepreneurship framework' classified the social entrepreneurship model into 'pro-social motivation', 'pro-social behavior', and 'entrepreneurial behavior' attributes and explained them by linking them with each sub-factor that constitutes social entrepreneurship. The most remarkable difference between this study and previous studies is that it identified and added 'Cooperation orientation' as a sub-factor constituting social entrepreneurship from the organizational-level behavioral point of view. Through this study, 'Cooperation orientation' was identified as a major behavioral tendency for social enterprises to materialize pro-social motivation, strengthen the economic foundation of business activities, and improve the efficiency of business operations. 'Cooperation orientation' is a major behavioral tendency that strengthens the legitimacy of business activities between pro-social motivation and profit-seeking of social enterprises, improves the performance of social value creation activities, and overcomes the difficulties of resource constraints through cooperation with the outside and improves operational efficiency. In addition, it was confirmed that 'Cooperation orientation' is a major behavioral tendency of social enterprises that is manifested simultaneously in social value-oriented activities and entrepreneurial activities pursuing profit. The 'Cooperation orientation' newly identified in the study supplements the previous research, increases the explanatory power of the theory of social entrepreneurship, and provides the basis for theoretical expansion to subsequent researchers.

유선과 무선으로 구분되어 있는 망, 기술, 사업, 서비스 등의 통합, 방송과 통신, 정보통신의 융합이 함께 복합적으로 일어나는 것이 산업계 현상의 하나이다. 현재 유무선 통합에 따른 인터넷 환경이 계속 발전되고 있다. 하지만 유무선 컨텐츠에 대한 일관된 분류체계의 부재로 인하여, 기업간, 나라간, 유무선 통합 컨텐츠 비즈니스의 수행에 대한 종합적인 분석이 불가능하다. 이러한 이유로, 유무선 통합 서비스에서 제공되는 다양한 컨텐츠에 대하여 종합적인 분석을 할 수 있는 자료가 필요하다. 이러한 자료를 도출하기 위해서 본 논문은 유무선 컨텐츠를 통합 관리하는 방안으로 분류체계, 식별체계, 속성체계 및 관리 프로세스를 정립 설계하는 방법으로 유무선 컨텐츠 각각에 대한 적시적이고 폭넓은 분석수행이 가능하고, 고객과 사업자에게 일관된 가치를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 유무선 통합 컨텐츠 메타테이터를 설계하는 것으로 유무선 컨텐츠 관리가 곧 메타데이터 관리가 되게끔 하는 것이다.

본 연구과제는 건설업체의 현재 문제점은 각 업체별로 상이한 분류 및 식별코드체계를 사용, 품목표기방식, 속성 포맷의 불일치, 용어와 단위의 불일치, 현 업계에서 사용하는 코드 분류체계는 호환이 되지 않고 국제적으로 사용할 수 없는 부적합한 실정이다. 따라 기존의 통합정보시스템과 별개로 관리 운영이 이원화되어 오던 각종 건설정보를 건설CALS/EC 핵심기술을 적용하며 건설표준 ERP 템플릿시스템을 개발 할 목적으로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설표준 ERP 템플릿시스템과 건설통합분류체계의 표준코드의 연계로 건설CALS/EC 핵심기술이 적용된 건설표준ERP(통합DB)를 구축과 건설공사의 물량산출 데이터의 체계화된 물량예측과 물량공정의 통합화와 설계정보, 시공정보 및 관리유지정보의 연계하여 그리고 현장관리 및 원가관리정보의 통신망접속으로 건설통합정보를 제공한다.

국세청에서 제공하는 홈택스서비스(Home Tax Service: HTS)는 최근의 정보기술(IT)발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화에 따라 전자세정 기반 구축을 통해 납세자가 세무서를 방문하지 않고 집이나 사무실에서 모든 세금문제를 인터넷(www.hometax.go.kr)으로 편리하게 해결할 수 있는 종합세무행정 서비스이다. 홈택스가입자 현황을 보면 2002년 12월 60만명에서 2005년 12월말 현재 392만명으로 6.5배 증가하였으며, 2007년 2월 5일 500만명을 돌파하였다. 홈택스서비스는 전자신고 등 e-서비스 품질과 활성화 측면에서 세계적으로 앞서고 있고 최근 일본, 중국, 말레이시아, 베트남 등 다수 국가가 우리나라 홈택스에 대한 벤치마킹 의사를 표명한 바 있다. 국세전자신고제도의 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 납세서비스 패러다임의 선진화이다. 둘째, 다양한 서비스 제공으로 고객만족도를 제고하여야 한다. 셋째, 전자납부 이용자에 일정률의 세액감면 인센티브를 부여하여야 한다. 넷째, 납세자 지식정보화 교육을 강화하여야 한다. 전자신고는 납세자와 과세당국간 보다 편리하고 효율적인 세무환경을 마련하는 방향으로 전개되어야 한다. 기술적으로 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여는 web상에서 실체를 구별하는 식별(identification)력과 그 실체의 속성을 구별하는 인증(authentication)력을 확보하는 방향에서 접근되어야 할 것이다.

복잡하고 방대해진 시스템 개발에서 다양한 이해 관계자들의 요구사항을 시스템에 정확히 반영해야 하고, 이를 위해 시스템의 품질 속성과 이해관계자들의 이해관계를 반영한 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 설계가 성공적인 프로젝트를 위한 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 아키텍처 설계 과정에서 식별된 아키텍처 접근법 대안들에 대해 시스템의 요구사항에 대한 만족도를 평가하여 설계단계에서 설계자들이 가장 적합한 아키텍처 접근법을 선정 하도록 하고 있다. 즉 평가를 통해 선정된 아키텍처 접근법을 기반으로 아키텍처 설계를 확장해 나감으로써 설계 산출물의 신뢰성과 완성도를 높이는 효과를 기대 할 수 있다.

현대사회에서는 사이버 해킹 공격이 많이 일어나고 있다. 공격이 증가함에 따라 이를 다양한 방법으로 방어하고 탐지하는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 OpenIOC, STIX, MMDEF 등과 같은 공격자의 방법론 또는 증거를 식별하는 기술 특성 설명을 수집해 놓은 표현들을 기반을 머신러닝과 logstash라는 로그 수집기를 결합하는 새로운 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 pc에 공격이 가해졌을 때 로그 수집기를 사용하여 로그를 수집한 후에 로그의 속성 값들의 리스트를 가지고 머신러닝 알고리즘을 통해 학습시켜 분석을 진행한다. 향후에는 제안된 시스템을 실시간 처리 머신러닝 알고리즘을 사용하여 필요로그정보의 구성을 해주면 자동으로 로그정보를 수집하고 필터와 출력을 거쳐 학습을 시켜 자동 침입탐지시스템으로 발전할 수 있을 것이라 예상된다.

소프트웨어 개발 응용 패러다임이 분산 환경 기반을 두면서 보안 문제가 매우 중요시되고 있다. 정보통신 제품이나 시스템을 개발할 경우 보안에 대한 평가를 위해서 표준화된 요구사항들의 목록으로 공통평가기준이 정의되어 있다. 공통기준에서 고려되어야할 결함 교정에서 구체적인 절차와 결함 항목의 식별, 속성, 행위 정의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어공학 프로세스에서 보안측면을 고려하여, 생명주기의 자원과 프로세스에서 결함 추적 및 교정을 위한 기능적, 비기능적인 엔티티와 이를 기반으로 한 프로세스를 제안한다. 즉, 생명주기를 통한 개발과 평가를 지원하고, 개발자와 평가자에게 고려해야할 기준 이외에 생명주기 상에서의 자원 처리의 유무나 중요도 제공이 가능하다. 결함 추적과 교정을 위한 엔티티 적용에 대한 부가적인 비용과 노력을 감소시키고 정보보호 제품 개발과 밀접하게 연관된 결함을 검증하고 교정함으로써 제품의 개발과정의 신뢰성을 제공하고 생명주기 관리의 효율성을 증가시키고자 한다.

암호학을 세대로 구분하면 단순 패스워드 인증을 1 세대, 송수신 및 데이터 저장 암호를 2 세대, 서명 및 키 공유에 활용하는 암호를 3세대, 키를 사용하지 않는 암호를 4 세대라고 분류 할 수 있다. 현재 암호는 3 세대에 있으며, 암호키를 많이 사용함으로 인하여, 키의 노출로 인한 안전성의 문제를 해결하고자 연구가 있었으며, 4세대 암호로 동형암호가 제시되고 있다. 동형암호는 종대종(End-to-End) 암호의 신뢰성을 보장하며, 중간 과정에서 데이터 처리를 위하여 복호하지 않고서도 가공이 가능하도록 가단성(Malleability)을 제공한다. 이러한 속성을 기반으로 비식별화 처리하지 않고서 원데이터를 처리할 수 있어서, 데이터의 가치가 보존되고, 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 체득할 수 있다. 더욱이 중간단계에서 복호하지 않고서 데이터를 처리는 개인정보보호를 원천적으로 제공할 수 있는 메커니즘으로 파악된다. 본 고에서 동형암호 관련 산업동향 및 국제표준화 동향을 살펴본다.

본 논문에서는 교통 이력 데이터 분석을 통해 운전자에게 유용한 정보를 식별하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 차량 속도 분석을 이용한 요일, 시간 별 도로 중요도, 도로속성을 이용한 도로 중요도 결정 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 돌발상황 발생 시에도 그 예측 영향범위에 따른 선별적 정보제공이 가능한 시스템을 개발하였다.

Recently, Construction business is changing from on the ground to underground space because of deficit of developing space, creation of green space and of incremental of land compensation expenses. Meanwhile, 3D Topographic, Marine and Cadastral maps need to have Spatial Interrelation. Also, understanding of the information is also needed. Spatial information object registration system is impossible to contact and understanding intelligence mutually because the former one is managed as automatic ID system. Therefore, 3D Object information ID System of underground space is managed based on Object Identifier. Construction of Spatial information integration ID System is required and it will offer Division Code (Ground, Index, Underground) and depth information. We are defined and classified Under Spatial Information in this paper. Moreover, we developed the integration ID System based on UFID for cadastral information Construction. We supposed underground spatial information DB Construction and a developed the way of exploiting 3D cadastral information system through the study. The research result will be the base data of Standard ID system, DB Construction and system Development of National spatial data which is considered together with spatial interrelation.
