연안선은 국제항해 선박에 비해 상대적으로 사고의 위험성은 높으나 이에 대응할 훈련기반이 취약하다. 본 연구에서는 연안선의 화재 및 퇴선상황에서의 승무원의 행동특성을 모델링하고 연안선 환경과 특성에 맞는 CBT용 훈련 프로그램을 개발함으로써 비상시 연안선 승무원의 사고대응 능력을 제고하고자 한다. 특히 이를 위해 연안 여객선에서 여객 대피를 위해 필요한 요소를 검토하여 개선점을 파악하여 프로그램 개발에 반영하고자 한다.

In this paper we propose a VR-based Sailor Training Platform Authoring Tool which efficiently trains sailors in immersive ways. Proposed authoring tool consists of virtual environment reconstruction that imports real ship indoor environment into virtual environment and script editing which is able to implement various scenarios in emergency based on just drag-and-drop interface. The aim of importing real ship environment and supporting various VR devices is to enhance immersiveness and training so that trainees can deal with serious emergency events. Also the usefulness of the interface enables to reduce the cost of making training materials. Throughout scenario editing interface, the proposed authoring tool supports the editing of multi-user scenario and setting individual task for the evaluation.

To safeguard the accommodation spaces on cargo ships from fire, structural fire protection provisions introduced by SOLAS and these measures retard the propagation of flames and smoke. SOLAS also specifies provisions for fire fighting drills. These provisions are a combination of regulations regarding structure and equipment and those dealing with the human element for the fire protection and effective responses in the event of fire. Requirements related to the human element play a supporting role to the requirements for structure and equipment because the present accommodation structure and equipment are insufficient for extinguishing a fire, therefore, fire-extinguishing activity performed by crew members is essential. To reduce human error and ensure effective fire fighting, it is necessary to install a fire-fighting system and improve the fire fighting process. The fundamental concept of fire fighting exercises is to commence fire fighting before the fire grows too big to extinguish. It is essential to relocate the storage place of fire fighting equipment to expedite the fire-fighting exercise. This study was carried out to reduce human risk for this purpose, the fire control station was relocated to a site that could be accessed from the open deck. Further, two sets of a fire fighter's outfit were stored at the same site. This relocation eliminated the risk of the crew reentering to operate the fire fighting system in the fire control station and allowed the crew to pick up the fire fighters' outfits quickly in the event of a fire. In addition, it was proposed that the IIC method be made mandatory. This method is combination of automatic fire detection system and sprinkler system which can reduce the risk of the fire fighting exercises for the crew and to suppress fire in the initial stage. This study was carried out to provide a foundation to the possible amendment of the relevant SOLAS regulations and national legislation.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development direction of fire safety through the analysis of previous researches in the field of fire fighting. To this end, 929 papers published in the Journal of Korean Institute of Fire Science and Engineering have been sorted by field of study and analyzed for frequency. Accordingly, it was confirmed that researches were conducted in the order of fire chemistry and physics, detection and extinguishing system, fire safety design and management, evacuation and human behavior. In contrast, very little research has been conducted on human behavior, fire safety education, or training. This result is discussed in the article, and suggestions for future research objectives are made.

According to the section A-VI/3 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), Water-based firefighting training center is mandatory to obtain onboard certificates. This space, being similar to fire situations on ships requires that safety measures be quantified to ensure occupant safety and establish operational standards. For fire safety evaluation, cases were designed based on the presence or absence of smoke control equipment using Pyrosim based on Fire Dynamics Simulation (FDS). Vector analysis was performed to evaluate flow of smoke and heat. Available safe escape time / required safe escpae time (ASET/RSET) analysis was conducted to evaluate safety by comparing the interpreted numerical results through Pathfinder. During safety evaluation of the current operational condition, the appropriateness of the function of each smoke control equipment was numerically and visually indicated. The emergency situation with dust collector stopped was expressed by each evacuation time and safety margin of 111.2 seconds, suggesting that be used as a standard of evacuation time.

최근 초고층 건축물에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있고, 더욱이 건설기술의 발전에 힘입어 초고층 복합빌딩의 계획과 건설이 더욱 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 초고층 복합빌딩에서 화재 등과 같은 재난이 발생할 경우 거주자의 대피 및 소방공무원의 화재진압 활동이 어려워 국가적 재난으로 확대될 위험이 있다. 그렇기 때문에 초고층 복합빌딩에서 발생하는 사고를 예방하거나 발생하는 사고의 피해를 최소화하는 등 재난관리를 통합적으로 하기 위한 방재정보센터의 운영이 무엇보다 중요시되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 초고층 복합빌딩의 개념과 문제점에 분석하고, 방재정보센터의 특성 및 향후 방안을 고찰하였다.

우리나라는 1960년대의 경제개발계획에 따른 공업화 시축의 추진으로 산업의 발달과 경제성장은 인구를 도시로 집중시키면서 도시건축물은 대형화, 고층화, 과밀화 현상을 가져왔다. 한편, 국민생활의 향상과 산업활동의 다양화로 화재발생의 주요원인이 되는 전기, 가스, 유류등의 사용량이 해마다 늘어나고 있어 화재의 위험을 가중시키고 있다. 최근 10연간('81~'90) 전국에서 발생한 화재사고는 9만 5,154건이 발생하여 인명피해 1만1,117명, 재산피해 1,859억 2,200만원의 많은 손실을 가져 왔으며, 이 중에는 서울에서 발생한 화재가 3만6,089건으로 전체의 37.9%을 차지하고 있다. 화재가 발생할 경우 대형 참사를 방지하고 귀중한 인명피해는 물론 경제적 손실을 최저로 줄일 수 있는 소방시설을 도시건축물에 설치하여 이에 대비하는 것이 무엇보다 귀중한 일이다. 이는 화재예방 또는 발생 초기에 이를 감지, 통보하고 피난하며 소화활동에 이르는 모든 방재 및 소화를 위한 소방시설의 유용성을 최대로 발휘할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 서울특별시를 중심으로 도시건축물에 설치된 소방시설의 유지 관리 실태와 화재시 소방시설의 이용실태를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방향을 제시하므로서 예방소방행정의 발전을 기하고저 하였으며, 그 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제1장에서는 서론부분으로서 연구의 목적과 범위및 접근 방법을 서술하였고, 제2장에서는 도시소방행정의 특성 및 소방환경의 변화로 먼저 소방행정의 의의와 도시소방행정의 유형으로 예방소방과 진압소방 그리고 구급.구조업무등을 살피고. 도시소방환경변화에 따른 화재발생추세를 살펴 보았다. 제3장에서는 도시건축물에 설치하는 소방시설의 설치.유지 및 이용실태를 검사.분석하였다. '90년도 서울시내 소방서에서 실시한 소방대상물에 대한 소방검사와 방화관리자에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 소방시설의 유지관리실태를 통계.분석한 결과, 소방시설이 양호한 소방대상물은 전체의 75.9%이며, 불량소방대상물은 24.1%로 나타났다. 그리고 화재가 발생한 소방검사대상물에 대한 화재현장 조사결과 화재시 소방시설을 사용한 소방대상물은 전체의 72.1%를 차지하고 있다. 제4장에서 는 소방시설의 문제점으로 \circled1 소방설비부실공사, \circled2 소방시설 유지관리능력부족, \circled3 소방검사제도 불합리등이며, 이에 대한 개선방향으로 \circled1 소방설비 시공자의 지도. 감독강화, \circled2 자체시설관리능력향상, \circled3 예방소방행정제도의 개선을 제시하였다. 제5장은 결론으로, 우리나라가 최근 경제성장과 산업의 발달로 도시건축물의 화재발생 위험이 가중되면서 이에 대한 소방안전대비책이 요구된다. 이에는 도시건축물에 방화시설과 소방시설을 완비하고, 그리고 자격있고 유능한 방화관리자 선임하여 자체 소방계획을 수립하여 시설점검, 정비와 유지관리를 철저히 한다면 어떠한 화재도 예방 또는 초기에 진압할 수 있고, 또한 입주검자에 대한 소방교육 및 훈련을 지속적으로 수행하여 나간다면 여하한 도시건축물의 소방안전도 그 목적을 달성하리라고 생각한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the core values of Donghwa Pharmaceutical, which has been in the pharmaceutical industry in South Korea for 126 years, and examine the core competencies that have consistently enabled it to maintain a competitive advantage. When applying the VRIO Framework, various general pharmaceuticals, including Donghwa Pharmaceutical's 'Hwalmyeongsoo,' which has maintained the top position in the liquid digestive medicine market for 126 years, are identified as powerful resources (Value) that generate 'sustained competitive advantage.' The principles of ethical management based on the Donghwa spirit, the long-standing principles of trust and belief, and the entrepreneurial spirit possess rarity. Having won four Guinness World Records and holding numerous new drug patents, Donghwa Pharmaceutical has consistently secured the top position in the digestive medicine category of the Korean Industrial Brand Power for 19 consecutive years. The company has been designated as a 'Golden Brand,' and its products have high levels of awareness, making them highly difficult to imitate. Lastly, the organization is structured to efficiently utilize resources such as a transparent hierarchical system, fair personnel management, diverse training programs, and high employee welfare and salaries. This study systematically analyzes the core values of Donghwa Pharmaceutical from a managerial perspective and proposes directions for the company to evolve into a long-lasting enterprise. The research outcomes will provide valuable insights for formulating long-term management strategies.

Park Jung-hoon started his acting career in movie since undergraduate year at Chungang University, Drama and Cinema school, and till now he is a very active and nationally beloved actor in Korea. However, to this day there isn't any study about him, so this study might be the right time to take a look at his acting style again. This report will find and review his distinctive patterns in acting, and roughly assess the character expression from character, Dong-chul, in the movie, My Dear Desperado; which has been evaluated as the best movie to show the inner side of character. His acting pattern is segmented by 3 parts; Park Jung-hoon style comical acting, expression of macho side of masculinity, and subtle inner emotion expression acting. Then his acting technique is analyzed from character Dong-chul in the movie, My Dear Desperado, which he acted out change in character from low-class nonsense gangster to a good-hearted man flawlessly. In addition this report will try to find his acting technique that made impossible distance between the characters possible. This study hopes to start and continue other studies that discuss many movie actors' and actresses' different character expression method and their training technique, also wish many actors and actresses could find helpful in their acting training.
