1980년대 우리나라의 가장 대표적인 가구의 형태는 핵가족의 형태였으나 2010년을 기점으로 1,2인 가구가 핵가족의 비중을 넘어서 우리나라는 소형가구(Small-Households) 시대를 맞이하였다. 현재까지 확장적 개발 중심의 도시 개발로 인해 계속적으로 증가한 주거비용은 소형가구들의 주거생활에 어려움을 겪게 하는 요소로 작용 하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 도시에서의 소형가구들을 위한 주거 공간이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제안한다. 본 연구는 국내, 외 선행 연구 사례와 지속 가능한 도시에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 지속 가능성의 3요소를 소형가구의 라이프 스타일 그리고 주거 공간과 연관 지어 공간 디자인 방안을 모색한다.

우리나라 1인 가구는 대부분 다인가구로의 전환 이전에 잠시 거치는 거주형태로 인식되어 불안정한 상황이다. 그러나 오늘날 만혼, 비혼 등 결혼에 대한 인식 변화와 고령화 등의 영향으로 가족의 형태가 변화하고 있으며 이에 따라 거주형태도 다인가족 중심에서 1인 또는 2인 등 소단위로 분화되면서 다양해지고 있다. 하지만 다인 가구에 중심으로 형성된 기존의 주거시장에서는 이러한 급속도의 변화를 수용할 수 없어 여전히 소형 주거는 많은 불편함을 감수해야만 하는 열악한 실정이다. 본 연구는 현 사회현상에 주목하고 1인 가구를 위한 주거 계획 시 실내환경 측면에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 1인가구의 생활유형과 실내공간에서의 요구 사항들을 파악하기 위한 설문을 구성하였으며 실제 1인가구를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 결과, 현재 1인가구들이 거주하는 소형주거에서는 식사공간, 수납공간 등이 미비하여 공간 만족도가 매우 낮게 나타나는 등 무계획적 원룸형태 공급으로 인한 문제점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 단순히 숙식을 위한 물리적 공간 공급이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일을 반영한 계획적 평면개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 공간이라는 하드웨어와 1인 주거 간의 커뮤니티 활성화, 고령사회를 반영하여 다양한 연령대 1인 주거를 위한 사회화 프로그램 개발 등 소프트웨어 적 고려도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 물리적, 심리적 전환기에 있는 우리나라 주택시장의 새로운 요구에 대응할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되어지길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the types and characteristics of temporary small-sized housing units for single-person households. A document research method and case studies were used to analyze and classified the spatial characteristics and types of the temporary dwelling spaces since 2000. Findings of this study were as follows: temporary and simplified dwelling spaces were developed by the concept of impermanence for single-person households in modern society. In order to conform the concept of temporary dwelling for small-sized housing units of single-person households, the characteristics were divided into three aspects. 'Transporting' by wheel and rotation and vehicles, 'Transforming' by adapting, assembling disassembling, and folding unfolding, and 'Wearing Carrying' by inflatable and tented types. It attempted to resolve the concept of temporarity through the experiment so that they might apply to the space of contemporary city.

우리나라의 가구 구조는 2010년을 기점으로 1인가구로 급격하게 변화하기 시작했다. 특히 도시지역에서 1-2인 가구가 현저하게 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 우리나라 도시지역의 주거문화도 아파트 중심에서 다양한 형태의 공간이 만들어 지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 1인 가구를 대상으로 지어진 소형주택의 사례조사 연구이다. 문헌조사와 정보검색, 사례조사를 통해 소형주택의 개념과 유형을 살펴보고 한국의 소형주택 사례와 유렵과 일본의 사례를 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 소형주택의 소요가 증가하고 있으며 대부분의 소형주택은 효율적인 공간을 위해 스킵플로어의 형태로 지어지는 경우가 많았다. 이에 본 연구는 소형주택의 개념과 사례를 살펴보고 향후 소형주택 계획의 기초자료로서 의의를 둔다.

유비쿼터스라는 단어는 이제 더 이상 생소한 단어가 아니게 되었다. 국가차원에서 주도적으로 유비쿼터스라는 분야를 개척하고 있으며, 이제 더 이상 SI업체들도 유비쿼터스를 배제하고는 성장하기 힘든 상황에 이르게 되었다. RFID만을 보더라도 대형 SI업체는 물론 중${\cdot}$소형 업체들도 경쟁적으로 뛰어들고 있다. 이러한 현상은 국내뿐만이 아니라 외국의 경우도 마찬가지로 IBM, HP, MS등 글로벌 업체들까지 뛰어들고 있는 상황이다. 일반적인 시민들이 가장 관심이 많은 것은 집이다. 내가 사는 곳에 관심이 많을수 뿐이 없는 것이 현실이며 현재 이러한 주거 공간에도 유비쿼터스가 파고 들고 있으며 유비쿼터스가 접목된 주거 공간이 이미 집을 장만하고자 하는 시민들의 선호 대상이 되고 있다. 현재 최첨단 인프라가 구축된 아파트들에 더 많은 프리미엄과 사람들이 몰리는 것을 증거로 들 수 있다. 여기서 유비쿼터스와 주거지역의 만남은 현재 계속 진행중인 상황이다. 그러나 아직은 제한적이고 소극적인 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 주거지역에 유비쿼터스를 도입하는 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크를 그려보고 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 구현을 위한 SI기술들을 분석하고자 한다.

In the domestic housing market, uncompleted lot-solid apartments and unoccupied residences are increasing in the medium-large scale area whose rents and transactions have been unstable, as going through the financial crisis and economical recession. Demands for small-scale housings are steadily increasing by practical consumer group who don't need large places, which are often not needed for the current people who are spending most of their time outside of their houses. Therefore, this study proposes the useful methods for spatial planning for small-scale houses for multiple households, including variable form, levels form, multi-level form, and smart-sizing. For efficient spatial planning for that purpose, here, small-scale housings are not limited to places for families with 1-2 members, but considered as one of broader approaches to graft various households and families. In addition, we examined the existed trends of researches about spatial utility of small-scale places, and did the research about the status of small-scale housing developments, and then proposed the direction for future small-scale housings by analyzing the advanced examples.

첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시 공간에 융합하여 도시 제반 기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시를 Ubiquitous-City라고 한다. 이러한 U-City에 적용할 서비스를 계획할 때 고려해야 할 부분에 대해 살펴보고 이를 만족하는 서비스를 제안 한다. 도시 내의 주거지나 근무지 같은 고정된 공간이 아닌 거리 같은 특성을 갖는 이동지향 적인 장소에서 보행자 중심의 소형 유비쿼터스 공간과 그 내부에서의 서비스를 정의 한다. 일반적으로 큰 니즈가 예상되는 서비스를 보편적 서비스라 정의하고 도시민의 니즈를 바탕으로 추가 서비스를 제안 한다. 장소와 목적에 따라 U-Booth 서비스 분류의 필요성을 제시하고 설계시의 고려 사항을 정리한다. UCity내에서 U-Booth가 어떠한 형태로 존재해야 하는지에 대해 제언을 한다.

Now, 1 person or 2 people households have increased in Korea. But the quality of living environment of small houses and small houses supply for university students are insufficient. The purpose of this study is to propose the types and spaces of small houses, and the elements and types of interior space planning of small houses for university students. This study surveyed 293 university students lived in metropolitan area. And the methods of this study are literature review and survey. Through this study, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the types of small houses are 9 types, and the types of interior space planning of small houses are 10 types. Seconds, the introduction of natural elements and spatial separation based on openness in small houses for university students are necessary. Thirds, the spatial planning for security and safety in small houses for university students are necessary. Fourth, the planning of various storage space and space maintenance of small houses are necessary. Fifths, generally, the consideration of functional elements as 'safety', 'storage', and natural elements as 'ventilation', 'view' and 'daylighting' in small houses are necessary for university students.

As the provision of National Rental Housing has led the consciousness on rental housing changed, it becomes more necessary to improve the quality of rental housing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inner space use of a unit and residents' consciousness on the results of surveying the residents in order to construct rental housing which provides comfort residental environment for the residents. Data was collected through questionnaire surveys(459 residents) from 5 estates including 3 estates of National Rental Housing and 2 estates of Public Rental Housing, which is $36m^{2}\;and\;45m^{2}$ of net area of a unit, for the actual use conditions and their requirements on the inner space of a unit. The results are as follows ; 1) The rental housing differentiated according to the needs from the residents' characteristics should be developed. 2) The main demand household for rental housing is established to that of 4 families including a 40s year-old couple and that of 3 or 4 families including a 30s year-old couple, and a double income family. But the type of household becomes more diverse than before. 3) It is necessary to plan the living room for the Multi-functional inner space emphasizing commom space 4) The various and efficient storage space and system for the residents' demands.

일반주거지역의 FTTC 구축을 위해 ONU의 설치를 위한 옥외형 캐비넷이 요구되며, 이에 따른 설치공간 확보와 효율적인 전원공급 문제가 주요 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수용 가입자 수가 대략 30회선 정도이며 전주나 벽면에 설치되는 PON 방식의 소형 ONU를 위한 전원공급 해결안으로 공유급전방안과 개발된 각각의 구성요소(광동복합케이블, 전원시스템, 파워노드 캐비넷, 파워노드 감시시스템)에 대해 서술하였다.
