  • This paper deals with the topic of quantification of soft power through emotional analysis. Sentiment analysis refers to the process of detecting and analyzing emotions or emotions in various data such as text, voice, and images. Therefore, in this paper, we explored the methodology and significance of how soft power can be quantified through emotional analysis. Soft power refers to the ability of a country or organization to influence the behavior of another country or organization in a desired direction. It is built by soft factors such as culture, values, and political system rather than military or economic means. Additionally, sentiment analysis is being used as a useful tool to measure and understand these soft areas.

  • In this study, we performed an empirical research on how cultural power affects soft power as one of the elements of National Power. To fully exert the force of cultural power, appropriate level of "resources for power" need to be disseminated into cultural elements. Utilization of these resources need to appropriately developed and produced in quality and quantity when needed. This activity should be ensured with "composite support competence"; which is the combination of support organizations and their potentials. Indicators of cultural power includes society favorability rating, cultural favorability rating, E&D industry competitiveness index, and T&T competitiveness index. According to analysis of cultural power by each country, cultural industry (E&D) competitiveness index and travel and tourism (T&T) competitiveness index shows relatively high correlation. This research aims to analyze the "cultural power as soft power" of South Korea, China and US, and how they are different and how their resources of power are represented in their E&D and T&T competitiveness.

  • This paper attempted to systematize the settlement problem of Moroccan immigrants and the plan for Moroccan cooperation for various purposes by understanding Morocco's religious background and historical and cultural characteristics. Morocco is open to trade and typical in the social and cultural distance. It has been exchanging Western European culture, including Spain and France, but maintains a typical Muslim. In particular, Morocco was once a center of triangular trade, a diaspora and logistics hub, and advanced to North America. It will continue to serve as a bridgehead for the cultural spread of global square-traded. Now, Moroccan trade is formed around France and other European regions. This is encountered in Korea and other countries around the world due to the progress of opening and industrialization in the African region. Since COVID-19, soft power has been increasing women's accessibility. As a global triangular strategic location for business or service financing and regional access to Morocco, we demonstrate the local acceptance of cultural industries and services, the soft power of Korea.

  • Currently the mose used software to make presentation is Powerpoint. But a few learners only can use that program to present. Lately free software called Prezi is available to many users. Prezi is free to general users. To evaluate the experiences of making presentaion by Powerpoint and Prezi effects on the learning motive is the purpose of study. In conclusion, my goal of this study is that by using convenient Prezi, I would like to prove that it will really analyze the learning motives(attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction) when learners is being thaught through Prezi not unuseful Powerpoint.

파워디바이스의 저 Noise화 동향

  • 전력$\cdot$교통$\cdot$산업$\cdot$정보$\cdot$가전의 각 분야에서 파워일렉트로닉스를 지탱하는 소자로서 파워디바이스가 하는 역할은 매우 크다. 특히 최근에는 지구온난화대책으로서 $CO_2$의 배출규제와 화석에너지 고갈에 대한 대응이 요구되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 각종 전기기기 분야에서는 파워일렉트로닉스를 활용한 산업용 모터의 제어와 에어컨$\cdot$냉장고 등의 자에너지, 그리고 환경보호를 위한 전기자동차의 보급, 태양광발전과 풍력발전 등의 신에너지의 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 이와 같이 파워일렉트로닉스의 발전은 사회에 커다란 혜택을 가져다주었으나 동시에 전원의 고조파와 EMC(Electro-Magnetic Compatoboloty)문제를 초래하고 있다. 고조파 문제에 대해서는 액티브필터용 IPM(Intelligent Power Module)등의 등자으로, 기기측에서 적극저긍로 대책을 강구하고 있으나, 한편 EMC의 대응은 고조파대책에 비하여 다소 어려움이 이TDj 업계 전체적으로는 이제야 대응이 시작된 단계이다. 최근 파워디바이스의 주류가 된 IBT(Insulted Gate Bipolar Transister)는 고속성과 저포화전압이 인정되었으나 IGBT가 갖고 이쓴 고속 Switching 특성 때문에 EMC대응이 문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 IGBT자신의 특성개선은 물론 환류다이오드의 회복전류의 소프트화, 패키지의 개량, IGBT의 신구동방식의 개발 등, 파워디바이스 전체적으로 EMC에의 대응이 시작되었다.

  • 中国在对外开放的基础上, 正在构建新的文化强国梦, 从而在此基础上推进国家政策. 特别是中国政府推进的"一带一路"政策, 继承和发展古代丝绸之路的传统所形成的共商, 共建, 共享原则, 以和平合作, 开放包容, 互学互鉴, 互利共赢的宗旨为基础, 通过对古代丝绸之路的再造和重组, 形成新的模式, 在中国与相关国家之间搭建有效的合作平台. 为此, 以习近平为核心的领导层为实现中华民族复兴的梦想, 打造文化强国之路, 不断强化致力于拓展中国文化对外传播与交流的软实力. 保留和传承了数千年的中国茶文化, 堪称中国文化对外传播与交流的代表性标志, 因而成为促进中国的文化强国梦以及拓展文化战略的重要文化资源. 在此, 本文考察中国领导层的文化强国梦以及"一带一路"战略中的文化策略, 通过分析中国茶文化对外交流的历史, 探讨其文化内涵, 审视在"一带一路"战略的文化链上, 茶文化所能够发挥的重要媒介作用和文化传播力量.
