  • 한국후지제록스(대표 정광은)는 지난 6월 1일 서울 중구 정동에 위치한 한국후지제록스 본사 쇼룸에서 고객들을 대상으로 '소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)를 활용한 디지털 인쇄 사업'세미나를 개최했다. 이번 세미나는 소셜미디어 PR전문업체인 소셜링크 이중대 대표가 '소셜 미디어 커뮤니케이션에 대한 이해"라는 주제로 쇼셜 미디어의 의미, 출판업계 등 기업의 소셜 미디어 활용 현황, 쇼셜 미디어를 기반으로 개인 브랜딩을 구축하기 위한 방법을 발표했다. 이어 SNS를 사업에 활용하고 있는 인쇄 업체의 실제 사례로 박진만 마음커뮤니케이션 대표가 뉴미디어 환경에서 소비자들과 소통하는 방법, 마케팅 접근법 등을 소개했다.

Importance Analysis on the Trytoursumer Social Media Channel (체험관광객(트라이투어슈머:Trytoursumer)의 관광 소셜미디어 채널 중요도 분석 연구)

  • This study is focused on analyzing the tourism social media channel importance of Trytoursumer. On the basis of previous studies, the factors were divided into tourism communication, tourism cooperation, tourism contents sharing, tourism entertainment. As a result of the empirical analysis using AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process, tourism communication relatively appeared as the most important factor. And order showed that the high importance of such tourism content sharing, tourism entertainment, tourism cooperation. Also, there was the highest priority of social networking in the area of tourism communication among 14 types of total evaluation factors regarding priority, followed by social news in the area of tourism cooperation, and micro-blog in the area of tourism communication. Analysis result, may contribute to the increase of social media channels effectiveness and strategy of application in social media channel of Trytoursumer.

  • To activate the use of the mobile Internet, its service must be changed itself, as well as improvement of its use environment, and the changing direction must orient 'SMART SERVICE', which it provides in the fastest, easiest, most comfortable way by selecting the core information users want most. This paper suggests that the users of smartphones access diverse contents out of the mobile apps anytime and anywhere and use them conveniently, by activating social communication among the users of school information through the mobile app development suitable for Android OS.

  • The first purpose of this paper is to design brand logo sign analysis frame, 'SCoL'(Analysis frame of signification and communication for the brand logo). It has semiotic view and communication function. And the second is to prove propriety of the suggested frame by application to social media brand logos. The SCoL frame is based on 4 features of logo sigh to have analytic consistency. Also, it covers whole semiological process with index, icon, symbol as signification understanding and reach communication step with Jakobson's theory. As the results, the findings are follow; The SCoL frame can be useful to get comprehensive semiotic understandings and communication functions about logo signs. The social media brands build their own meaning area with logo signs and they depend on different communication function.

  • 최근 인터넷과 통신기술, 특히 모바일과 관련된 기술의 급속한 발전으로 소셜 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 대표되는 SNS(Social Networking Service)가 중요한 이슈로 부각되어지고 있다. SNS 서비스 제공시 중요하게 고려되어져야 할 사항은 정확하고 의미 있는 데이터를 통해서 사용자가 원하고 관심 있는 분야의 정보를 어떻게 제공할 것인가에 초점이 맞춰져 있어야 한다. 그러나 최근 폭발적으로 증가되어지고 있는 소셜 데이터 때문에 사용자는 의미 분석이 정확하게 이루어지지 않은 신뢰성이 결여된 소셜 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 제공받고 있다. 이러한 소셜데이터 분석의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 필요한 데이터를 수집하고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 수집된 대용량 SNS 데이터의 의미를 분석 할 수 있는 MapReduce 기반의 분석 모듈의 구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 모듈은 의미 분석에 필요한 소셜 데이터를 수집하는 수집 기능과 수집된 소셜데이터의 의미 분석을 수행하는 분석 기능을 포함하고 있다. 수집 기능은 SNS에서 생성되는 텍스트 형태의 데이터를 수집하고 MapReduce를 통해서 데이터를 분석하기 쉽게 적절한 크기로 생성된 파일을 분할한다. 수집된 소셜 데이터의 의미 분석은 기존 TF-IDF 방식에 개선된 Weighted-MINMAX 적용한 알고리즘을 통해서 구현하였다. 개선된 알고리즘은 단어의 중요도를 평가하고, 중요도가 높은 단어로 구성된 의미정보 제공 서비스를 지원한다. 시스템의 성능 평가를 위해서 노드별 데이터 처리시간과 추출 키워드의 정확도를 측정하였다.

The Effect of Market Orientation on Social Media Marketing Performance in Korean Financial Institutions (금융기업의 시장지향성이 소셜미디어 마케팅 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The study supports not only the implicative results and strategic implication to social media staff and managers, but also extended the marketing studies in Korean financial institutions. This paper examined the effect of market orientation on social media marketing performance in the Korean financial institituions. Narver and Slater's market orientation theory was employed for the structural equation model framework. Indirect and direct implication on the social media marketing performance were analyzed. This study conducted online survey social media marketing staff and managers in 230 Korean financial institutions such as banks, securities, asset management, credit card, insurance companies. 102 responses were collected and analyzed. The results revealed that financial institutions' customer orientation, competitor orientation and inter-functional coordination have a positive impact on marketing communications execution degree but not direct effect on social media marketing performance except competitor orientation. Although it does not appear to have a statistically significant association between market orientation two concepts such as customer orientation and inter-functional coordination, and social media marketing performance directly, the competitive orientation has statistically positive impact.

  • The purpose of this research is to increase an understanding of social media users and construct a strategic, administrative foundation to measure the efficiency of communicating with them by validly classifying components of social media users' value expectation(VE). Reviewing prior research, in-depth interviews as qualitative research, pre-test and main survey as quantitative research are conducted. The result of quantitative research shows that social media users' VE was categorized in terms of utilitarian, hedonic, relational, self-evident, ethical, system functional, participative, self-ostentatious, and self-hiding perspectives. The significance of this study is as follows: 1) It views communication, psychology, marketing, media and etc. related fields from an integrated perspective. 2) It segments and categorizes social media users' VE from a practical perspective. 3) It contributes to constructing a foundation to predict, confirm, and manage social media users' attitudes from an administrative perspective. Thus, this research will aid future research on social media users' attitude using the constructed VE components as variables and future research that uses this as a basis to find media effects.
