Persuasion Effects of Political Ad Message Types: The Moderating Role of Persuasion Knowledge (정치광고의 메시지 유형이 설득효과에 미치는 영향 - 설득지식의 조절효과 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine sidedness effects of political Ad message and moderating roles of consumers' persuasion knowledge. To test these research hypotheses, this study conducted experimental designs. 125 undergraduate students were assigned to one of the two experimental groups. The data demonstrate that message types have a significant effect on both reliability toward Ad message and acceptance intention. In addition, consumers' persuasion knowledge plays a significant moderating role between the message types and the dependent variables. The results of this study suggest various implications by indicating political Ad message as an important factor which can enhance customers' positive responses but has been passed over by the previous research. We also indicated the limitations of this study, and suggested the future research directions.

  • Lifestyle has the largest influence on purchasing intention. Currently, consumers have to be adjusted to dynamic environmental change, therefore they are demanding more and more on bakery items and functional food products. It is important to understand the trend of customers' eating habits and the effect of this trend on purchasing intention as well as the development of special characteristics in purchase, viewpoints, and behaviors. Based on this fact, this study was conducted to classify the types of lifestyle according to the consumer's behavior and to examine how the variety and quality of bakery products affect consumer's purchasing pattern. The subjects of this survey were housewives in thirties and forties at the national capital region. AIO(activities, interests, opinions) analysis was used to classify lifestyle and to investigate the effect or relationship between lifestyle, variety and quality of bakery products. Lifestyle was classified into the pursuit of rationality, the pursuit of utility and the pursuit of convenience. The information was the most concerning area in the pursuit of rationality, the taste in the pursuit of utility, and convenience in the pursuit of convenience. The purchasing intention was not affected by the quality of the bakery product itself but by the satisfaction with the service of the bakery.

  • It's required to develop new design process which reflects objective and quantative data of real market structure and consumers' demand and to understand, use statistical packages and softwares for it in order to make a product design which can satisfy consumr's needs. Product design approachs have, however, merely focused on simple methods of design and have not been improved much so far with regards to customer-oriented design. Therefore, This study aims to help customer-oriented product design with validity and reliability by suggesting successful product design process based on reviewing existing literatures and by providing each steps of design process with optimal approaches reflecting consumers' preference. The results of this study may provide all design related fields with theoretical framework of successful design process and may reinforce competitive ability of design with the development of customer-oriented design process. We need to verify vality of this study by doing some case studies with various products in real market situations and need to develop measurements and survey methods to measure exact customers' perception dimensions.

A Study on the Influence of Consumer Type on the Choice of Next-Generation Eco-Friendly Vehicle and Consumer Purchase Intention - Comparative Study on Japan and Korea - (소비자 유형이 차세대 친환경자동차선택속성과 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 한국 일본 비교연구 -)

  • In recent years, the development and market participation of major makers of next-generation eco-green vehicles has been accelerating. Consumer interest has also increased. Consumer characteristics, consumption type, characteristics of next-generation eco-friendly vehicles, and government policies on next eco-green vehicles. The results of this study are as follows. In Korea, there was no significant difference by gender, age, monthly average income, and consumer type. However, there was no significant difference in purchase intention by gender, age, and monthly income, Respectively. In the case of Japan, there was no significant difference by gender, age, monthly income, and consumer type. In Korea, on the other hand, images such as brand, color, and design have positive effects on eco-friendly vehicles. In the case of Japan, image and stability have a positive effect on consumers' purchasing behavior. Therefore, it is important for Japanese consumers to consider not only the image of purchasing an eco-friendly vehicles, but also the safety of the vehicles body, appear. In the case of Korea, the socio-environmental value-seeking type has a significant relationship with the purchasing intention. In the case of socio-environmental value-seeking type, the government's support policy such as carbon dioxide tax, direct support from the national or local governments, gasoline tax, Carbon tax and fuel related tax relief showed positive effects. In the case of Japan, the price-seeking type and the socio-environmental value-seeking type were found to have a significant relationship with the purchasing intention. Both the price-seeking type and the socio-environmental value-seeking type showed that the carbon dioxide tax, Direct support, gasoline tax, gasoline tax, and carbon tax, etc. have positive effects.

  • 화장품 사용 시 소비자가 가장 중요하게 느끼는 요인은 효과와 촉감이라고 볼 수 있다. 특히 반복적인 사용을 위해서 쾌적한 촉감은 필수 조건이다. 그런데, 촉감은 사용하는 사람 자신의 감각에 의존하는 것이므로, 이러한 화장품의 촉감을 포함하는 성능을 평가하기 위해서 사람에 의한 최종평가는 필수적인 단계이다. 따라서, 여러 특성의 강도를 측정하는 분석형 관능평가와 소비자의 선호도를 조사하는 기호형 관능평가의 필요성이 요구되며, 두 결과를 종합적으로 고려하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 우리는 훈련된 전문패널에 의해 다양한 자외선차단 크림과 로션들에 대한 분석형 관능평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 자외선차단 제품의 관능속성 평가의 주요인은 잔여감 요인과 발림성 요인으로 나타났으며, 이 결과에 따라 제품들을 2차원 공간 상에 위치하였다. 이 중 몇 제품을 선택하여 20대 후반 여성소비자를 대상으로 기호형 관능평가를 실시하였다. 평상시 실제 화장단계에서 인지되는 자외선차단제품에 대한 용어들은 촉촉함 및 도포균일성 요인/흡수속도 요인의 두가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 이상적인 자외선차단제품의 사용감은 너무 촉촉하지도 매트하지도 않으면서, 흡수속도는 빠르고 화장밀림이나 번들거림이 적은 사용감을 나타내는 특성쪽으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 급증하고 있는 인터넷 전자상거래의 가장 필수적인 부분이 전자지불 시스템이다. 전자적으로 처리되는 지불시스템은 사용자의 익명성 보장, 지불정보의 위조 및 재사용방지 등의 특징을 가지며, 거래 주체들간의 신뢰구축을 위한 상호 인증이 요구된다. 디지털 기술의 발달로 소액의 디지털 상품들이 많이 등장함에 따라 소액 상품만을 결제하기 위한 소액지불 시스템의 필요성이 증대되면서, Millicent, PayWord, MicroMint, MPTP 등의 소액 지불 시스템들이 연구되었으나 아직 효과적으로 사용되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 소액 지불 시스템의 경우에는 소비자가 한 상점에서 연속적인 거래를 수행하는데 따르는 비용을 먼저 생각해야 한다. 그 이유는 소액거래를 하는 대부분의 소비자들은 여러 개의 상품을 연속적으로 구입하는 경향을 가지기 때문이다. 또한 거래 주체간의 대금결제의 편의성을 도모하기위한 선불방식에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 그러나, 기존의 소액 지불 시스템들은 연속거래에 있어 제한적이거나 소비자의 신용을 기반으로 한 후불방식을 채택하고 있어 소비자의 화폐남용에 대한 자원낭비의 문제를 안고있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Hash Chain을 이용하여 연속거래에 적합한 선불방식의 소액전자지불 시스템을 제안한다.

A Study on the Subjectivity of Consumers to Accept the Culture of Eating out through the YouTube Platform (유튜브 플랫폼을 통한 외식 문화 수용에 대한 소비자 주관성 연구)

  • The purpose of This study is to investigate the effects of the acceptance of food culture through YouTube, one of the platforms that is currently being used, on consumers' perceptions, and to establish marketing effects that can be obtained from the acceptance of food culture through YouTube platform, Q-methodology was selected and exploratory research was conducted to analyze consumers' subjective perspectives. For this purpose, analysis was conducted by classifying statement cards by respondents, and Q-sorts were selected and composed by the Q-group, and after the statement was prepared through this, P-samples were selected and the Q-sorts obtained through classification work were analyzed through the Q factor analysis using the PC QUANL program. The analysis results were classified into four types: Type 1 [(N=6): Preferred Food and Responsibility Satisfaction Type], Type 2 [(N=3): Non-emotional Preferred Food Type, Type 3 [(N=14): Information Acquisition Preferred Food Type], Type 4 [(N=2): Undetermined Type], etc. Each subjective opinion from these analyses will be helpful for various studies in the future, and it will be used as a reference for YouTube-related marketing and consumer restaurant culture acceptance in the future.

  • The health of feet is connected with individual's health and affects a man's activity. Shoes need to be designed to protect feet and to absorb the impact of land. Thus, design, comfort and economical efficiency are important factors of shoes. Consumers can choose suitable shoes for their feet in off-line shopping. However, in on-line shopping, because they can not wear shoes, compare to the off-line shopping, there are many problems in internet shopping. First, consumers can get limited information of shoes because they must search information of purchase without other's help. Second, because consumers can not get important information such as design, size and a comfort of wearing, they can not make a careful decision. Above these, the solution of user-oriented internet shopping is development of new type of prototype which is accessible to user and to offer visual information through 3D virtual reality.

  • 타월은 소비자가 구매할 때 촉감을 중요시하므로 염색 후 가공 시 유연제를 사용한다. 그러나 반복 세탁 후에는 유연가공제의 탈착으로 초기의 유연성을 잃게 되고, 유연성 유지를 위해 후 가공시 유연제를 다량 사용할 경우 타월의 흡수성을 감소시키게 된다. 유연제는 이온성 별로 다양한 종류가 시판되고 있으나, 수중에서 음으로 하전된 면섬유와 이온결합이 가능한 양이온성 유연제가 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 양이온성 유연제는 4급 암모늄 화합물로 항균효과도 부수적으로 타월에 부여한다. 본 연구에서는 반응성기를 도입한 양이온성 유연제를 합성하여 시판 유연제와 사용량에 따른 유연효과, 내세탁성을 비교하였으며, 또한 염색 후 유연가공한 타월의 색상변화도 조사하였다. 합성한 양이온성 유연제는 친수성의 특성도 유지하면서, 5회 세척 후에도 개선된 유연효과를 나타내었다.

The Effect of Cosmetics Selection Attributes Focusing on Consumer's Deal Proneness on Consumer's Purchase Propensity and Recommend Intention: Multi-Group Analysis of Information Sources (소비자 할인추구성향에 초점을 둔 화장품 선택속성이 구매의도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향: 정보원천에 대한 다중모집단분석)

  • This study examined the effects of cosmetic selection attributes on consumers' purchase propensity and recommend intention. In addition, the moderating effect according to the consumer's deal proneness was verified. Finally, a multi-group analysis was conducted to verify the difference in the research model path according to the information source. Through this study, the selection attributes of consumers who purchase cosmetics were clarified. This study aims to meet the needs and demands of the related industry for more detailed and effective strategic insights by clarifying the structure of the influence of these selection attributes on purchase intention and recommendation intention according to the discount purchase intention. In order to achieve the research objectives due to this necessity, a questionnaire of 258 Korean female consumers was collected and used for research. The analysis results showed that product selection attributes, purchase intention, and recommendation intention all had a positive influence. As a result of analyzing the moderation effect according to the consumer's Deal Proneness, the results showed a moderating effect between the selection attribute and the purchase propensity, the selection attribute and the recommend intention, and the purchase propensity and the recommend intention. Finally, it was partially adopted as a result of conducting a multi-group analysis to verify whether individual paths of the model differ according to information sources.
