  • The visual activity comes first in the commodities marketing, which emphasizes the importance of the external appearance of package. Package expresses all the visual characters including colors, logos, phrases, and specific features and other design qualities. Package gives the first impression of these features strongly to the viewers. I surveyed and analyzed the objective factors of visual phenomena in seeing and recognizing goods. Especially I tried to deal with the theoretical background and purchase behavior of consumers. I also tried to find out what the first and largest stimuli are when consumers buy goods. In addition to this, I analyzed the priority order of those elements to give reference to others who would design package.

Companies are creating Internet communities based on their brands, encouraging customers to actively form and develop brand communities. Thus, this report proposes a plan to analyze the effectiveness of community activities based on the customers active involvement and how to effectively manage and utilize it. The purpose of this research is to understand the effects on-line brand communities and their characters have on customer behavior. Also, it will study the effects community attitudes have on brand decisions and oral transmission communication when on-line brand communities choose a brand. This report was conducted to survey on-line university students to understand how communities' attitude affects the decision of on-line university brand and oral transmissions when students choose to study at a on-line university. According to research, those factors brought positive responses to character of the brand communities(confidentiality of information, interactivity, convenience, intimacy) and by doing so, on the customer's attitude side, positive results on intention of purchase and oral transmissions can be expected. In addition, the character of the brand communities affects intention of purchase and oral transmission communication. Based on this research, it is possible to propose a marketing strategy that revitalizes brand communities' activities.

For this purpose, a survey of 265 college students and workers in Seoul was analyzed using SPSS 2.0 and AMOS 21. The results are as follows. First, the dimensions of China's country image were found to be composed of five factors: fundamental image, socioeconomic image, prestige image, relationships image, and affective image. Second, among the dimensions of China's country image, fundamental image, socioeconomic image, and affective image had a positive effect on product image, and prestige image had a negative effect. Third, affective image was found to have influence on the attitude towards the product. Fourth, China's overall product images appeared to influence consumer attitudes. Fifth, the consumer attitudes to Chinese products appeared to affect the purchase intention. Sixth, for the consumer group whose own consumer ethnocentrism is low, compared to high, images of Chinese products showed a more positive impact on consumer attitudes. In the conclusion, we discussed the implications derived from the empirical results and suggested for future research.

  • Amidst the rapid growth of the vegan cosmetics market, consumer orientation towards environmental and ethical values has been intensifying. However, research on this subject remains limited. This study delves into the relationship between consumer value perception, environmental motivations, and perceived barriers influencing the purchase intentions of vegan cosmetics. Conducting a PLS-SEM analysis on a sample of 300 women with experience using vegan cosmetics, it was discerned that monetary value, social value, brand value, emotional value, quality value, and environmental knowledge play significant roles in influencing purchase intentions. The moderating effect analysis highlighted image barriers and value barriers as crucial factors. Through Importance-Performance Map Analysis, emotional value emerged as a pivotal element in strategizing to strengthen the purchasing intentions for vegan cosmetics. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to enhancing the competitive edge of the vegan cosmetics market and promoting sustainable consumption behavior.
