Factors Affecting Internet Purchaser' ’Buying Frequency (인터넷 구매 빈도의 영향 요인 분석)

  • 이 연구는 인터넷 소비자들의 행동에 관한 연구의 일부로, 인터넷 구매자들의 구매 빈도와 그들의 인터넷에 대한 태도, 구매 동기, 인터넷 사용, 인구통계적 특성과의 관계를 살펴보았다. Georgia Institute of Technology의 Graphic Visualization and Usability Center에서 실시된 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 요인분석과 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과. 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 소비자들의 태도(상대적 잇점. 안전성), 인터넷 판매자에 대한 소비자들의 태도(고객 서비스). 인터넷 브라우징 빈도, 소득, 교육이 인터넷 구매자들의 구매 빈도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • E-commerce has been developing rapidly by enabling companies to sell their products or services online. However, adoption of an e-commerce website still faces lots of problems, such as changing consumer behaviors from purchasing in physical stores to purchasing online, privacy and risk, and so on. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumers' attitude on actual purchasing behavior based on the degree of product information. In this study, we designed two kinds of product web pages which show different degrees of product information. The first web page has adequate product information, and the second one has much less product information than the first one. We found that according to degree of product information, there is a difference among perceived usefulness, privacy, attitude and actual behavior. And we also reveal weight difference between the two kinds of webpages. Finally, we indicated that variables have impact effect on both mutual relations and preceding relationships.

The Effect of Expected Perspective on the Role of Genre and Attitude toward Utilizing Genre in Broadcast Ad on the Liking of Broadcast Ad Genre (방송광고에서 장르의 역할에 대한 기대관점과 활용에 대한 태도가 방송광고 장르에 대한 호감도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of expected perspective on the role of genre and attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad on the liking of broadcast ad genre as appeal types of creativity. The results show that there is a significant correlation between macro-environmental expected perspective(MEEP) on the role of genre and a negative attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad. A significant correlation between micro-practical expected perspective(MPEP) and a positive attitude was also found. Consumers with an integrated-situational expected perspective(ISEP) show a more significant relationship with the dual attitude. Consumes with a MPEP have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with an ISEP show a median liking. Consumers with positive attitude have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with a dual attitude show a median liking that is between the positive attitude-based consumers' and negative attitude-based consumers'.

  • The current study delves into millennial consumers' attitude toward 'undisclosed ads' and 'disclosed ads' through in-depth interviews. More specifically, this study explores how millennial consumers think of undisclosed ads and celebrity endorsers as well as influencers through interviewing 12 millennial consumers. In addition, this study also deals with millennial consumers' attitude toward disclosed ads and celebrity endorsers as well as influencers. Study results suggest that millennial consumers perceive 'undisclosed ads' as deceiving ads and hold negative attitude toward celebrity endorsers as well as influencers who are involved in 'undisclosed ads'. Interestingly, millennial consumers hold both positive and negative attitude toward 'disclosed ads'. 'Disclosed ads' could be delivered to millennial consumers without any reservation when it is integrated as an entertaining factor into contents. On the other hands, negative feelings could occur when 'disclosed ads' is frequently employed and is forcibly embedded in contents, making millennial consumers feel that it is imperative to watch 'disclosed ads' in order to enjoy free contents. In the discussion section practical implications are provided.

  • 전 세계적인 인터넷의 급속한 성장과 더불어 아시아에서도 인터넷의 보급이 급속히 늘고 있다. 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 각 나라들은 정보통신이라는 사회적인 인프라에도 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 인터넷을 이용한 상거래에 어떤 요소들이 영향을 미치는지를 연구하는 것이 중요하게 되었다. 물론 이전에도 많은 연구들이 있어왔지만, 대부분 한 나라에 국한된 연구들이었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내와 상황이 비슷한 싱가포르를 대상으로, 비슷한 문화를 가진 아시아지역의 나라들에 있어서 인터넷 사용현황과 소비자들의 태도에 영향을 미지는 요인이 무엇인지에 대해서 연구하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 변수로는 지불위험, 사용능력, 가격, 쇼핑경험, 쇼핑몰 업체의 수준, 속도 등이며, 이 독립변수들이 소비자의 구매의지라는 종속변수에 어떤 영향을 주었는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 결론적으로 본다면 싱가포르와 국내 소비자 태도에 영향을 미지는 상거래 요인은 아주 흡사하다고 할 수 있다. 단, 국내의 경우 쇼핑경험이 가장 큰 영향을 미지는 것으로 나타났지만 싱가포르의 경우에는 쇼핑몰 업체의 수준이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러만 것은 그 나라의 여건에 기인딴 것으로 보여지며, 전체적으로 볼 때 비슷한 문화를 가진 아시아지역의 나라들에 있어서 인터넷 사용현황과 소비자들의 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비슷하다고 결론지을 수 있다.

Factors Affecting Mobile Advertising Acceptance: How Young Consumers React to Online Mobile Ads (모바일 광고 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들: 젊은 소비자들은 온라인 모바일 광고에 어떻게 반응하는가)

  • Mobile devices have become the most influential media platform. Mobile advertising has thus grown much faster than any other type of advertising. This study is designed to examine antecedents of attitude toward mobile ads, antecedents such as irritation, personalization, and online information privacy concerns. The study also examines consumers' attitudes toward mobile ads as an antecedent of mobile advertising acceptance. Study findings suggest that irritation is not a statistically significant predictor of attitude toward mobile ads. An antecedent found to be positively related to attitude toward mobile ads is personalization and one found to be negatively related is online privacy concerns. Finally, consumers' attitudes toward mobile ads are found to be positively related to a general acceptance of mobile advertising. Practical implications are discussed.

의류상품 소비자의 판매촉진 반응유형과 쇼핑성향

  • 본 연구는, 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 의류 상품의 판촉에 초점을 맞추어, 판촉의 여러 방법 별 소비자들의 반응 정도를 알아보고, 그 반응 경향이 소비자의 인구통계적 특성, 판촉에 대한 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동과 연관성을 가지는지를 규명함을 목적으로 한다. 수도권 거주 여성 444명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 분석이 이루어졌다. 실증적 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 판촉의 각 방법에 대한 소비자들의 반응 정도는 가격 할인이 가장 높았고 그 다음은 디스플레이, 쿠폰, 사은품, 백화점 패션쇼, 경품의 순서로 나타났다. 가격 할인, 디스플레이, 사은품, 쿠폰, 백화점 패션쇼 등 5가지 판촉 방법에 대한 소비자 반응 정도를 기준으로 군집분석한 결과 판촉에 대한 반응 유형에 있어 차이를 보이는 5개 집단을 규명할 수 있었다. 각 집단의 인구통계적 특성들 중에서는 소비자 자신의 학력과 자녀의 연령만이 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 각 집단의 판촉 태도는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 각 집단은 의복 쇼핑 성향 및 의복 구매 관련 정보원 이용에서 차이를 보였다. 결론에서는, 실증적 연구의 결과 판촉에 대한 소비자 반응 유형별로 인구통계적 특성, 판촉 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으므로 의류 상품의 판촉 전략 수립시 표적 집단의 특성에 따라 판촉 방법 선택이나 판촉 정보 전달 경로 등을 조절하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다. 예를 들어, 신중/경제적 쇼핑 성향을 가지며 판촉에 대한 태도가 호의적인 소비자들에 대해서는 다양한 정보 전달 경로를 통해 가격 할인이나 쿠폰을 제공하는 것이 좋은 판촉 방법이 될 것이며, 쾌락/유행 지향적이고 상표/품질을 중시하는 소비자들에 대해서는 잡지, 인적 정보, 카탈로그 등을 정보 전달 경로로 하여 디스플레이나 패션쇼를 통해 판매 촉진을 할 수 있을 것이다.0.10 $h^{-1}$과 0.09$h^{-1}$h-1이었고, 반감기는 각각 6.93 및 7.70시간으로 측정되었다. 각각의 농도에서 12시간 및 8시간 이후에는 g당 0.19$\mu\textrm{g}$ 및 0.18$\mu\textrm{g}$이하로 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. Phosphamidon과 profenofos의 급성어독성은 profenofos가 높았고, BCF profenofos가 phosphamidon보다 약 100배 정도 높게 나타났으며, 배설속도는 phosphamidon이 profenofos보다 약 2배 정도 빨랐다.

The Moderating Effect of Perceived Values on The Luxury Brand Preference Depending on Consumers' Regulatory Focus (소비자 조절초점이 명품브랜드의 가치와 브랜드태도의 관계에 미치는 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of influence between luxury brand value and preferences according to consumers' regulatory focus. For data collection, research questionnaires were responded by females consumers living in Pusan and Ulsan. The collected data were analyzed according to the frequency-factor analysis using SPSS 14.0 for windows Package, the factor analysis using Varimax, reliability analysis, T-test, multi-regression analysis, and chow-test. The results were as follows: First, Based on an independent samples t-test, It was found that prevention-oriented respondents were significantly more qualify value and economic value than promotion-oriented respondents, promotion-oriented respondents were significantly more aesthetic value than prevention-oriented respondents. Second, concerning the worth of luxury brands that aesthetic value, qualify value, economic value, conspicuous value, and emotional value significantly affected the consumers' preference about luxury brand. On the other hand, only social value of the luxury brand did not have a significant effect on the consumers' preference about luxury brand. Second, the study was to investigate whether the luxury brand value has an effect on the brand preference depending on the consumer's regulatory focus. The results showed that there were different perceived values of luxury brand preference between the promotion-focused and the prevention-focused consumers. The promotion focus group had the effect on conspicuous value and emotional value, while the prevention focus group had the effect on quality value and economic value for luxury brand preference.

Impact of a Brand Image Matching with the Advertising Model on Price Fairness Perceptions: Focus on Sports Advertising (브랜드 이미지와 광고모델의 일치성이 가격공정성 지각에 미치는 영향 : 스포츠 광고를 중심으로)

  • This study sets out to examine how a brand image that matches the advertising model has a positive impact on brand attitude and price fairness perceptions. We reviewed the constructs on the basis of previous studies and each of the concepts has been redefined. One such concept, "image congruence," refers to the harmony, fitness, and matching quality of images. For example, how well celebrity advertising model is matches the brand image shows image congruence. Results are summarized as follows: First, the congruence of brand image and sports advertising model has no significant impact on brand attitude certainty and persistence. Second, the individual's brand attitude certainty and brand attitude persistence has a positive impact on the perceptions of price fairness. Third, the congruence of brand image and sports advertising model has a positive impact on the perceptions of price fairness. The first and the third results suggest that the positive impact on the price fairness perceptions is temporary but it has insignificant effects on the formation of brand attitude causing ongoing purchases. In other words, in order to influence consumers' long-term confidence on the brand, improving the quality of products or services has to precede promotional strategies such as advertising. When an advertising model is inappropriate for the brand image, consumers perceive product price changes as a negative issue in the short term. However, in the long term, attitude formation such as consumers' repurchase intentions and word of mouth will be not affected. The second result suggests that an already existing positive brand attitude can contribute more positively to change the perceptions of price fairness. In particular, attitude persistence has greater influence than attitude certainty on the price fairness. It suggests that persistence issues such as the trading period and the frequency of transactions must be managed and controlled because they are more important than the certainty issues such as strength of belief or trust. For example, when a commercial model for expensive sporting goods matches up with the brand image, consumer feels less pressure on the price changes. However, it does not determine the consumer's repeated purchases or sustainable transactions and it also has no absolute impact on the brand trust. In other words, consumer brand attitude should be recognized and approached as a routine strategy in view of the result that it is of great value as a causal variable in the process of consumer decision-making.

  • Femvertising is an advertising campaign for women's rights, and has recently been used as a marketing strategy for various brands along with feminism, an important social discussion. This study analyzed the effect of consumer's factors such as gender, age, and attitude to feminism on advertising attitudes. As a result, the factor of 'gender' showed statistically significant differences about attitudes toward femvertising. but 'gender' factor was not. And 'attitudes to feminism' factors have proven to have a significant influence on attitudes toward femvertising. This study will serve as a platform for femvertising to be discussed as an important social agenda, not just a marketing tool.
