Consumers Vigorous Complaining Behaviors in the Internet Web Site Explained By Integrating Theory of Planned Behavior and Anger (인터넷 웹사이트에서 소비자의 적극적 불평행동에 관한 연구: 감정이론과 계획행동이론을 중심으로)

  • The present research integrates the core aspects of anger with the theory of planned behavior to investigate factors influencing online activism in a Web site. This study conducted online survey, and the sample was members who joined the V4400 Sobi-ja-heem Web site. The Web site Sobi-ja-heem was initiated by a consumer who was irritated at the cell phone manufacturer Samsung Inc. because its model, "Anycall" had major product defects such as the malfunction of the camcorder, poor tone quality, fuzziness of the screen, and broken text messages. The findings suggests that adding anger in Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) enhances the explanatory power of the theory in predicting an intention to participate in activities to correct the issue, which indicates the possibility of combining emotion and the TPB in the prediction of online activism.

  • 지금까지 일반적으로 재화의 소비자 수요에 관한 연구가 써비스의 소비자 수요에 관한 연구보다 강조되어 온 경향이 있으나 급증하는 써비의 분야의 중요성에 비추어 볼 때, 가계의 가계생산 시간절약에 기여할수 있는 써비스 지출에 영향을 미치는 소득, 가계의 경제적.사회적 구조 그리고 여성의 노동시장 참여증가의 효과를 연구하는 것은 매우 필요한 일이라 생각된다. 본연구의 결과는 가계 및 개인을 포함하는 소비자 행동의 이해증진을 통해서 성공적인 마아케팅 전략의 개발을 도모하는 관련 써비스 업계와 소비자 행동과 가계의 소비행태에 관심이 있는 소비자 및 가계 경제학자들에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다. 아울러, 본연구는 수용 함수 및 탄력성의 측정을 통해서 각 써비스의 특성을 규명하는데 유용한 정보를 제공함으로 써비스 관련 공공정책의 수립에 도움을 줄수 있을것이다.

The Urban Housewives' Consciousness and Behavior for the Environmental Conservation and Their Concern of the Hosuehold Waste Management (주부의 환경 보전의식 및 행동에 따른 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도)

  • 본 연구는 쓰레기 처리문제와 관련하여 분리수거, 감량화, 재활용 등에 적극적으로 참여해야 할 주부소비자를 중심으로 환경보전의식과 환경보전행동을 살펴보고 관련된 변인들을 분석해 봄으로써 환경보전에 대한 소비자의 책임감과 올바른 환경관을 고취시키고 나아가 환경교육프로그램의 개발과 환경정책에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 주부의 환경보전의식 수준은 평균 4.25(5점만점)로 높게 나타났으며, 연령과 주거형태에 따라서만 유의한 차이를 보였다. 환경보전행동 수준은 평균 3.56으로 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 연령, 학력, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 분리수거함이 존재할 경우, 반상회에 참여함에 따라 높게 나타났으며 변화추구에 소극적이고 적극활동형, 전통주의형, 합리주의형, 현실안정형의 성향이 높은 주부일수록 환경보전의식 및 행동이 높게 나타났다. 또한 주부의 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도는 평균 3.97로 비교적 높게 나타났으며 연령, 학부, 분리수거함의 존재, 주거형태가 아파트와 단독주택인 경우에 관심도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 주부의 환경보전의식 및 행동과 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도간에는 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 주부의 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 환경보전운동에의 참여행도, 환경교육, 적극활동형, 변화추구형, 재활용행동으로 나타났다.

An analysis of consumption behavior and consumption problem according to the digital convergence (디지털 융복합에 따른 소비행동과 소비문제)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate convergence level of digital device and service and analyze group difference of consumption behavior and problem according to digital convergence level. The research method was survey with digital business expert and 343 samples. ANOVA research method was applied. The results of research are as follows. First, the study suggests that with a self-directed consuming attitude associated with both online and offline, there are the possibility to spread social problem which has unclear boundary, the possibility of intrusion into privacy through the network flow, and the matter of the credibility of information in convergence media. Second, since digital devices are important to connect consumers to the network, consumers have anxious dependence on the devices, which causes the fatigue of information to increase rapidly.

  • This study examined the causal relationship between CSV and brand image and consumers' behavioral intentions by structural equation model using psychological variables such as CSV intentionality and company-consumer identification. 198 questionnaires were used to test 8 hypotheses using Smart PLS 2.0. Results are as follows: First, two hypotheses were rejected that CSV had a negative effect on CSV intentionality and CSV intentionality had a negative effect on brand image. Second, CSV has a positive effect on company-consumer identification and company-consumer identification has a positive effect on brand image, purchase intention, and willingness to pay. This study suggests the necessity of enhancing customer participation and communication for the company to establish CSV strategies.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore a plan for maximizing effectiveness of adolescents' ethical consumption education. The ethical consumption education experience and the ethical consumption behavior in home, school and society were examined targeting 587 middle and high school students. As a result of research, first, adolescents' ethical consumption education experiences were indicated not to be mostly high. In the sphere of ethical consumption behavior, the ethical consumption education for the future generation of centering on green consumption was being much performed. Second, the students are much facing ethical consumption through participating in event and voluntary-service activity as for school program and through participating in flea market as for social program. And the tendency was being shown that has high contact frequency in ethical consumption education through internet. Third, the adolescent consumers' ethical consumption behavior level was not high as a whole. Thus, it could be known that the ethical consumption education is needed continuously. Especially, the education of the ethical consumption for current generation is further demanded. Fourth, the factors of having influence upon adolescent consumers' ethical consumption behavior were indicated that the more ethical consumption behavior is shown in more taking home consumer education and school consumer education in case of women and in the lower school year as for school year. In this way, the importance of ethical consumption education in home, school and society is indicated. Thus, there will be a need of being developed the educational method and the educational contents that are connected with real life so that adolescents themselves can acquire through experience by being linked mutually.

  • The purpose of this study investigate the main factors of the diffusion of digital contents and consumer's participation behavior, consumption culture and examine the experiential perspective to consumer's information selection behavior. In digital network, the social presence, challenge, self-presentation, arousal and emotional feeling were significant variables to flow experience. Experiential perspectives focused on the search of identity and self-determination were main basic perspective to explain the diffusion of digital contents, consumer participation. This research result applied to media and device strategy to up-coming digital convergence and adapted to product planning and development, user friendly navigation and emotional human-centered service module.

  • This study examined the social discourse on consumer boycott and explored consumer experience using text mining of mass media and social media data and the in-depth interview. The result showed that the topics of online news related to the boycott included the causes of the boycott, the responses of each actor in the process of the boycott, and the effects of the boycott. In the result of the in-depth interviews, it was found that the boycott has been decentralized and the participants had the experience of exploring and verifying information on their own. In the boycott process, there were mixed experiences due to the absence of substitutes and the marketing influence, and positive experiences of expressing one's thoughts and strengthening beliefs through the boycott.

  • 국내에서는 전력산업의 규제가 점차 완화되면서 전력시장은 새로운 틀이 형성되어지고 있다. 전력시장의 구조개편후 각 전력회사들은 그들의 판매수익을 높이기 위하여 행동하게 될 것이다. 즉 그들의 부하를 적절하게 조절함으로써 한계비용이 평균비용보다 낮게 유지되도록 하여 이윤극대화를 추구해 나갈 것이다. 따라서 전력회사들은 수요측의 관리가 과거 어느 때 보다 필요하게 될 것이며, 어떻게 하면 부하곡선의 피크치를 억제할 것인지 생각하게 된다. 이러한 것을 해결하기 위해 전력회사들은 그들의 소비자 대부분을 수요관리 프로그램에 참여시키 부하관리를 할 것이며 이를 통해 피크치 부하를 억제시켜 한계비용을 줄이려할 것이다. 소비자들을 수요관리 프로그램에 참여토록 유도하기 위하여 전력회사는 여러 가지 인센티브를 제공하게 되는데, 소비자들은 이러한 인센티브를 받아 프로그램에 참여할 것인지를 선택하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 전력회사가 수요관리 프로그램을 실행할 때 어떤 효과를 얻게 되고 참여자들이 느끼는 순이익은 어떻게 될지를 고려하게 될 것이다. 이러한 것들은 전력회사 입장에서는 수요관리 프로그램을 실행하는 것이 그들에게 이익을 가져다 줄 것인지를 말해주며 소비자들은 그들의 프로그램에 지속적으로 참여할 것인지를 선택하게 될 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the "map of mind" or subjectivity regarding consumption behaviors of consumers in the digital environment. This study investigated the values and psychological and behavioral characteristics that motivate consumption for each types of consumers in digital environment. 76 Statements were selected from literature review and popular press articles that introduced consumption related phenomena. A total of 33 participants included experts on digital consumption and lay person, The results indicated that there are 6 groups representing Korean consumption patterns in digital environment: Digital Modernist, Digital Boomer, Digital Chic, Digital Ludens, Digital Conservative, and Digital Renaissance. This research is meaningful in that it provides a framework to view the diverse consumption behaviors in a more holistic rather than independent perspective, considering psychological aspects such as personal values and lifestyles.
