  • It is difficult that we understand "Due to pathogenic Gi(因於氣)" in "Somun(素問) Saenggitongcheonron(生氣通天論)", because that is too many comments. We are to interpret Gi(氣) as Wind(風) or Anger(怒). However, the most reasonable explanation is to Yang-Gi weakness(陽氣虛). In other words, pathogenic Gi of four seasons should violate Yang-Gi(陽氣) and become a Yang-Gi weakness. Sayu(四維) can be interpreted as limbs[四肢], the last month of each of the four seasons[四季], four seasons[四時]. It is a logical view of the four seasons. This meaning is that it was already Yang-Gi weakness state by pathogenic-Gi of four seasons which violate Yang-Gi(陽氣), again the pathogenic Gi of four seasons violate Yang-Gi. As a result Yang-Gi will drain.

  • In this thesis, we discuss on three theories about abdominal line of Penetration Meridian[衝脈] and focused on the text of several related chapters of "Naegyeong(內經)". Therefore, we can get the conclusion as follows. Penetration Meridian[衝脈] is the same root of the Foot Soeum Meridian[定少陰經; KI, Kidney Meridian] and its circulation course is also at one with the Foot Soeum Meridian[足少陰經]. "Naegyeong" presents two kinds of channel of Penetration Meridian at the trunk portion-abdominal and dorsal channels. And their inter-relationship would be described as relationship between the roots[本] and the manifestation[標] or meridian[line] and acupoint[point].

  • It was described in "Somun Jogyeongron" that Eum(Yin)-Yang' deficiency, excess and exuberance. According to "Somun Jogyeongron", It was known that the syndrome of Yang deficiency and exuberance is belong to external contraction, Eum deficiency and exuberance is belong to internal damage. The syndrome of Yang deficiency is belong to Gyejitang[contraction of wind] which constitutional weakness as the main etiological factor of deficiency conditions. The syndrome of Yang exuberance is belong to Mahwangtang[cold damage] which constitutional strong as the main etiological factor of exuberance conditions. Eum deficiency is so dysfunction of the spleen and stomach that Eum fluid and essence is not engender, distributed. So the dysfunction of spleen and stomach makes dampness-heat obstruction and then makes Internal heat at last. The syndrome of Eum deficiency is applicable to bojungikgitang. As contrasted with Eum deficiency, Eum exuberance is occurred cold-dampness obstruction, which we call 'Eum exuberance'. The syndrome of Yang exuberance is applicable to Ijungtang. In the light of "Somun Jogyongron", We explain that the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yin exuberance, which was caused by dampness-heat, cold-dampness obstruction and internal damage based on disorder of the spleen and stomach.

  • The adapted scope of the Opening-covering-axis of Three-yin-three-yang can summary two parts. the first, former treatise of Gyeng-Lak emphasized the line structure by point and line but now we can understand expansible structure as not only line but also space of structure by the space structure of six-meeting. So the application of Gyeng-Lak can be various by extensive analysis of the Hand-three-yin-three-yang in Sky(Yang) including the Foot-three-yin-three-yang in Ground (Vin), even if the original text has limited examples. The second, former additional explanations of Hwangjenegyeng Sanghanlon by doctors can be profoundly analysis about the pathology and cure process of Three-yin-three-yang of human body. It has base on the metaphorically symbolized theory of Three-yin-three-yang. This is the Saeng-jang-shu-chang of So-yin, Tae-yang, Yang-myeng, So-yang. Tae-yin, Guel-yin in order. Also the circulation of Opening-covering-axis of Three-yin-three-yang has order in Tae-yang (Opening), Yang-myeng (Covering), So-yang (Axis), Tae-yin (Opening), Guel-yin (Covering), So-yin(Axis).
