  • This study was performed on purpose to consider the charade function of props in directing animation. The prop is gradually expanded its role and scope in modern animation. Its scope covers dramatic factors, creating and changing characters, the means of psychological description or emotional expression, mise-en-scene, montage, creating products etc. Like this, the prop has an important function emotionally or indispensably in human life. Thus, the prop should be a subject that can speak to audiences or viewers, not worthless and silent subject. Hence, the prop should be recognized as a charade having productional function. Nevertheless, the prop has been unnoticed up to now. The function of props should be valued hereafter. The prop itself is meaningless, but it always speaks to audiences on the screen.

Effects of Using Prop for Con vergence Pilates Met Exercise on the Immunoglobulin in Middle-aged Women (소도구를 활용한 융복합 필라테스 매트운동이 중년여성의 면역글로블린에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, Pilates mat exercise program three times a week for 8 weeks, 10 minutes for a warm up, 40 minutes of main exercise, and 10-minute cool down exercise using gadgetry to the middle aged women. Pilates exercise program when exercise intensity based on the instructions of the ACSM (2010) as 1-4 weeks 50-60% HRR, 5-8 weeks 61-70% HRR to give 50-70%, maintaining the strength of 4 weeks. Pilates exercise program by gadgetry has increased the strength of wireless heart rate meter (Polar Analyzer, Polar Electro of Finland) Karvonen (1979), proceed individual target heart exercise obtained as a way now to check your strength workout through individual conciousness. We estimated immunoglobulin change for Pilates mat exercise by gadgetry during 8-week. It showed the following conclusions. First, immunoglobulin IgA has been increased and Interaction effects has been showed thruough Pilates mat exercise programs for 8 weeks. Second, immunoglobulin IgG has been increased and showed Interaction effects has been showed thruough Pilates mat exercise programs for 8 weeks. Third, immunoglobulin IgM has been increased and showed Interaction has been showed effects thruough Pilates mat exercise programs for 8 weeks. Therefore, this study was conducted on a Pilates mat exercise using props immune function are positive hormonal changes, can prevent private for the disease and effective exercises that are the fodder.

The effect of applied electrical stimulation after props exercise on the development of balance of the elderly (소도구 운동 후 적용한 전기자극이 노인 균형발달에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인 대상자에게 소도구 운동 후 적용한 전기치료가 노인의 균형 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 34명의 노인을 대상으로 소도구 운동군(n=16), 소도구 운동과 전기자극군(n=18)으로 무작위로 설정하였다. 두 군은 1주일 5일 20분씩 5주 동안 각 군의 운동 프로그램을 진행하였다. 모든 대상자는 사전 사후에 균형 측정하였다. 연구 결과 군간 비교에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았지만, 군내 변화는 유의한 변화를 나타내었다. 전기자극이 노인의 균형능력을 높이는데 있어 영향을 줄 수 없다고 판단된다. 하지만 각 군의 평가 결과를 통해 소도구를 통한 운동은 노인의 균형능력 발달에 긍정적 영향을 미친다고 생각된다.

The Effect of Vibration Convergence Prop Exercise on Batting Speed and Batting Accuracy in Elementary School Baseball Players (진동을 융합한 소도구운동이 초등학교 야구선수들의 타격속도와 타격정확도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of prop exercise convergence using vibration on batting speed and batting accuracy in elementary school baseball players. Three times a week for six weeks. The vibration exercise experimental group and the control group were divided into each twenty members. The experimental group performed vibration convergence prop exercise, and the control group performed general exercise. Batting speed and Batting accuracy were measured. The experimental and control groups showed significant differences in the groups of batting speed before and after intervention. There was significant difference between the batting accuracy in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group. Prop convergence vibration exercise may help to improve the batting speed and batting accuracy of elementary school baseball players. In the future, adult and sport injury patient are needed.

Comparative Analysis of the Body Muscle Activity According to the Prop and Different Foot Stability during Pilates Bridge Motion (필라테스 브릿지 동작 시 소도구와 발의 불안정성 차이에 따른 신체 근육의 근활성도 비교 분석)

  • The aim of this study was to examine the comparative analysis of body muscle EMGs according to the prop and different foot stability during Pilates bridge motion. Eighteen adult males(age, 22.3±2.1 years; height, 173.89±4.51 cm; body mass, 72.61±4.13 kg; and BMI, 24.03±1.31 kg/m2) participated in this study as subjects. The Pilates bridge was composed of a total of 9 motions, according to the props (NP, no prop; RG, ring; GB, gym ball) and different foot stability (BS, basic surface; FR, form roller; BOSU, both sides up). We measured the right's muscle activities of the upper rectus abdominis, lower abdominal stabilizers, external oblique, adductor longus, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, tibialis anterior, and biceps femoris. The research findings were as follows. During Pilates bridge motion, the use of GB was found to be more effective in activating the body muscle. And during Pilates bridge motion, the use of BOSU was found to be most high in activating the body muscle as well. To summarize the research findings, the use of GB and BOSU during Pilates bridge motion were discovered to enormous affect muscle activities. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be able to present efficient Pilates bridge exercises for strengthening physical strength.

  • 본 논문에서는 세라밴드의 장점과 ICT기술을 접목시키고 운동 흥미유발 및 재미추구를 보안한 소도구를 개발하여 소비자 위주의 보급을 제안한다. 기존의 소도구 및 기구의 사용에 있어 소비자의 가격부담을 최소화하고 운동기구의 휴대성을 극대화시킨다. 또한 운동 시 지루함을 느끼지 않도록 개개인에게 맞춤형 운동 정보를 제공 하고 다함께 어울려 할 수 있는 운동 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해 공간에 제약 없이 어디서든 쉽고 재미있게 운동을 할 수 있고 정확한 정보를 가지고 체계적인 운동을 할 수 있게끔 장려 할 것 이다.
