A Study on Men's Classic Shirts Patterns -Focusing on the Textbook of Clothing Construction-

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 시판되고 있는 남성복 의복구성 교재를 중심으로 클래식 셔츠의 패턴 설계 방법을 비교하였다. 3D 가상착의 평가를 실시하여 20대 남성에게 적합한 셔츠 패턴제도법을 선정하고자 하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 패턴제도법에 따라 적용치수에 차이가 있으며, 지정된 치수를 적용하는 부위도 많았다. 셔츠 패턴의 앞뒤가슴둘레, 앞뒤허리둘레는 대부분 같게 설정되었으나 가슴둘레와 허리둘레에 앞뒤 차가 있는 경우에 맞음새가 더 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 가상착의를 통한 외관평가, 색분포도 및 mesh 상태를 통한 의복압 등의 항목에서 B패턴이 가장 우수한 것으로 평가되어 B패턴이 20대 남성에게 가장 적합한 제도법으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 제7차 한국인인체치수조사 보고서의 20대 평균 치수를 적용한 것이므로 이를 20대 전체에 적용하는 데는 주의를 기울여야 할 것으로 생각된다. 향후, 실제 착용감 연구와 다양한 20대의 체형과 소재에 따른 패턴에 관한 연구도 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 패턴캐드시스템 및 드레이핑시스템을 이용한 의복제작과정의 한계점과 개선가능성에 대해 알아보고, 이를 기반으로 새로 디자인한 의복제작시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 원피스, 바지, 셔츠, 재킷 등 옷의 큰 스타일인 의복템플릿으로부터 의복디자인을 시작 한다. 소매, 카라, 포켓, 넥라인과 같은 템플릿 디테일들은 디자이너가 마음대로 다른 세부 템플릿들과 교체할 수 있으며, 세부 템플릿으로 커버할 수 없는 디테일한 수정은 3D 드레이핑 시스템과 2D패턴에디터에서의 직관적인 오퍼레이션을 통해 이루어진다.

칼라밴드가 있는 셔츠칼라 패턴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Shirt Collar with Collar Band)

  • This study aims to help understanding on design of basic pattern of shirt collars and to suggest schemes to raise completeness of shape by reviewing problems shown in finished products after sewing. From March 2009 to August 2009, 12 patterns for education and firms were collected centering on basic shirt collar form respectively. There are four problems generally raised from a completed shirt collar. In case of overlapping shirt collar on front neck point, the sewing point of shirt collar should be drawn at front neck point of collar band at a distance of about 0.2~0.3cm, and the center front of band and one of bodice should be arranged in a straight line. In case of the problem about right and left length difference of shirt collar, it is raised by closing so the problem was solved by prolonging about 0.2 cm of the center front of left collar. It was evaluated that adjusting notch point when sewing would be more rational solution than solving something on patterns for distance difference problem of shirt collar between right and left part at center front. And a problem about getting loose of front garment between collar band below and the first button was also raised. It was designed 0.2cm cut of collar band. Around basic shirt collar form, above mentioned solutions are applied to the patterns for education and manufacture experimental clothing. So as a result of sensory evaluation, generally good ratings on all items were received.

슬림핏 드레스 셔츠 패턴 개발에 관한 연구 - 25~35세 영 어덜트 층 남성을 중심으로 - (A Study on Pattern Development of Men's Slim-fit Dress Shirt - Focus on the 25-35 aged men -)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the slim-fit dress shirt pattern. Among the published educational patterns, there were four patterns based on similar design and silhouette with slim-fit dress shirts. Then, the drafting method of those patternsBB were compared and analyzed. The subjects for wearing evaluation were three 20 to 39 aged average-sized men. After the wearing evaluation(5 Likert point scale), N pattern had been chosen as the final comparison pattern because it received the highest points. The slim-fit shirt pattern was developed based on the result of wearing evaluation. The foundation design were as following: shirt length (Stature/2-12), back length (Stature/4), armhole depth (Chest/4+1), width (Chest/4+3), Interscye; Back (Chest/6+5), Interscye; Front (Chest/6+4), width of the nape of neck (Neck/6+1=◎), height of the nape of neck (◎/3), of the front neck (◎-0.5), depth of the front neck(◎+1.5). After the wearing evaluation about researched pattern and N pattern, researched patternsBB scale points were bigger than N pattern and there were slight differences. The scale points for N patternsBB movement evaluation showed highest points on all contents. Therefore, the researched pattern is suitable for the original form of slim-fit dress shirt. The new dress shirt pattern reflected the slim-fit trend in the research expected to help educational environment and industrial site.

캐주얼 셔츠의 체크패턴 변인에 따른 이미지 평가 -톤 인 톤 배색을 중심으로- (The Image Evaluation according to Checked Pattern Variable of Casual Shirts -Focus on Tone-in-Tone Coloration-)

  • This study investigates the image of casual shirts according to color combination, tone, and interval of checked pattern in tone-in-tone coloration. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response scales. The stimuli were 24 color pictures, in which color combination (RY: Red+Yellow, BP: Blue+Purple), tone (light, dull, dark), and interval (0.5cm, 1.5cm, 3.5cm, and 5.5cm) were manipulated. The 7-point scale was used for evaluation of image. Data were obtained from 240 female college students living in Seoul, Gwangju, Jinju, and Changwon in April 2010. For data analysis, ANOVA and Duncan-test were used by using SPSS program. The results of this study are as follows. Image according to color combination, tone, and interval of checked pattern consisted of five dimensions of attractiveness, youth- activity, appeal, modesty, and freshness. The cover combination showed an independent effect on freshness. Tone showed an independent effect on attractiveness, youth-activity, appeal, and modesty. Interval showed an independent effect on appeal, modesty, and freshness. Interaction effects of color combination and tone on youth-activity and appeal were found. In addition, interaction effects of tone and interval on attractiveness, youth-activity, and freshness were also found.

골프 스윙 자세의 체표면 변화 특성을 반영한 셔츠 패턴 설계 연구 (A Study of Shirts' Patternmaking Based on 3D Body Surface Changes in Golf Swing Postures)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a shirt pattern that enhances the functionality of golf swing motions. The pattern was made with 3D body surface shape data that changed according to dynamic golf postures. The data were collected from the golf swing motions. The 3D body surface data in golf swing postures piled up on the 3D surface data in a static posture. The results showed that the surface shape data changed more in the address, back swing, and finish postures than the other swing postures. The experimental pattern was developed with 3D surface scan data in those three golf swing motions. The pattern had raglan sleeves and the front-bodied piece was divided into two pieces with a princess line, which comes from armscye line of the address posture. The back bodice piece was divided into three pieces with a yoke line and a back princess line. The yoke line was made by back shoulder shape in the back swing posture. The level of comfort of the experimental garment and commercial golf shirts was evaluated by 38 women golfers. The experimental garment pattern was evaluated to be more comfortable in golf swing postures than commercial golf shirts.

MTM 생산을 위한 공군 동약정복 셔츠 패턴 제도법 및 자동 제도 프로그램 개발 (Development of Air Force Winter Service Uniform Shirt Pattern and Automatic Pattern Drafting Program for MTM Production)

  • This study improves the fitness of Air Force winter service uniforms through the development of a shirt pattern drafting method and automatic pattern drafting program for MTM production. A calculation formula is formed through a correlation analysis and regression analysis using Size Korea 2004 3D measurement data after analyzing 4 kinds of existing shirt pattern drafting methods and 3 types of shirt patterns currently used for the Air Force service uniform. The results of this study are as follows: The developed pattern drafting method has 4 parts that use calculated dimensions: neck base width, front interscye, back interscye and scye depth. Other body measuring parts that have a high correlation with calculation parts are inserted into regression analysis as independent variables to create dimension calculation formulas. The result of the final study patterns were better than existing winter service uniforms in nearly all items for the appearance evaluation and motion adaptability evaluations. The method was converted into an automatic pattern drafting program using C++ after the completion of pattern drafting method development.

제로 웨이스트 패턴 커팅 방법을 활용한 셔츠 디자인 연구 (Applications of Zero Waste Pattern Cutting Methods for Women's Shirts)

  • Zero waste fashion design to minimize the 15% fabric waste generated during production can be difficult to industrialize instead of having strong originality. This study designed shirts that are practical and reflect trends using the zero waste pattern cutting method and suggest the possibilities for industrial production. The content of the study are as follows. First, the pattern cutting method of zero waste fashion design was studied. Second, the recent trends of shirt design were analyzed and reflected in the design development. Third, 4 zero waste shirt designs were developed and produced by applying the geometric cutting, puzzle cutting, and minimal cutting methods. As for the research method, literature research was conducted on related references; in addition, design development and production were conducted empirically. As a result, the developed zero waste shirts are practical and trendy. In addition, the results of the study are meaningful to provide basic data for the commercialization and industrial application of zero waste fashion design.

A Study on the Upper Body Shape of High School Boys to Develop Uniform Shirts

  • 본 연구는 사이즈코리아의 제7차 인체치수조사 자료 중 16-18세 고등학교 남학생 데이터를 사용하여 맞음새가 우수한 교복 셔츠를 개발하기 위하여 상반신 관련 치수를 분석하여 상반신 체형을 분류하고 체형유형별 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 교복셔츠 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. 자료분석에는 SPSS Ver. 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 고등학교 남학생은 높이항목은 연령별로 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 너비, 두께, 길이, 둘레, 어깨경사각, 몸무게 항목에서는 연령별로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 상반신 체형은 어깨길이가 길고 상반신 둘레와 너비가 작은 '긴 어깨 마른 체형', 상반신길이가 길고 상반신 둘레와 너비가 큰 '긴 상체 비만 체형', 어깨길이가 짧고 상반신 두께와 너비가 중간인 짧은 어깨 보통 체형, 어깨길이가 길고 둘레와 너비는 중간 정도인 '긴 어깨 보통 체형' 등 4개로 유형화되었다. 본 연구를 통해 추출된 사이즈 자료를 바탕으로 패턴 개발 및 사이즈 체계 구축을 통해 실질적인 맞음새가 우수한 교복 셔츠 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

방탄소년단의 패션 스타일에 관한 연구 (The Study on the BTS's Fashion Style)

  • 방탄소년단(BTS)은 전 세계 주류 음악 시장에서 한국의 대중음악을 선도하는 그룹으로 자리매김하고 있으며, BTS가 선보이는 다채로운 패션 스타일은 해외 매체나 대중들의 쇼셜 네트워크에 집중 조명될 정도로 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 BTS의 패션 스타일의 분석을 토대로 그들의 패션 경향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 및 범위는 BTS 및 BTS의 패션이 미치는 영향력에 관련된 이론적 연구와 함께 최근 5년간 방탄소년단의 이미지 자료를 토대로 한 내용 분석 연구를 병행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직선적인 실루엣이 강조된 슈트, 무채색의 활용, 간소화된 장식을 통하여 클래식하면서도 모던한 스타일을 추구하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 둥근 어깨선이 강조된 봄버 재킷, 톤 다운된 스키니 진, 후드 티셔츠, 레터링 패턴, 비비드한 색상을 매치하여 자유분방하고 편안한 감성의 캐주얼 스타일을 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 슬리브리스의 베스킷볼 셔츠, 라운드 네크라인의 베이스볼 셔츠와 반바지, 트레이닝팬츠, 레터링 패턴이 강조된 오버핏 맨투맨을 활용하여 역동적이고 활동적인 스포티한 스타일을 추구하는 것으로 나타났다.
