17대 국회 과학기술정보통신위원회 위원장에 이해봉 한나라당 의원이 선출돼 본격 상임위 활동에 들어갔다. 이 위원장은 6회 행정고시에 합격한 뒤 경상북도, 내무부, 대통령비서실, 총리실, 대구직할시장, 체육청소년부 차관을 거친 관료 출신으로 이번이 3선이다. 또한 내무부에서 잔뼈가 굵은 행정관료 출신으로 97년 한나라당 창당 때 입당해 깨끗하고 대쪽같은 이미지로‘이회창맨’으로 통한다. 15대 국회에서는 행자위, 16대 국회에서는 건교위에서 전문성을 발휘한 바 있는 이 위원장은 과묵하고 잘 나서지 않는 성품이지만 풍부한 행정 경험으로 업무추진력이 뛰어나 IT산업 발전과 정부정책 조정자로 제 역할을 다할 적임자로 평가받고 있다. 이해봉 과기정위 위원장을 만나봤다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the changes of life skills of elementary school students who practice kumdo. For this, 579 elementary school students were studied, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. After that, we conceptualized the life skills of elementary school students who practice kumdo. Based on these results, one-way MANOVA was conducted to analyze the difference in life skills perceived by elementary school students according to sex and career. The results are as follows. First, the elementary school students' life skill developed through the kumdo training showed four factors: personality, social skills, problem solving skills, and health care. Second, there was no gender difference of life skill according to the kumdo training, and there were differences in social skill and health care depending on the experience of kumdo training. In addition, life skill factors influencing daily life satisfaction of elementary school students practicing kumdo were social skills, problem solving skills, and character.

With the help of information technology for a film, characteris both the composition of the story and one of the most important elements that lead the story. Character has a close relationship with personality description, and the character's age, background, education, and occupation help decide his or her personality. Charades are important in that by describing a character's psychology using charade techniques, it gives a stronger impression than by describing with merely lines or narration. When a man's thought changes, their behavior changes; when a behavior is repeated, it becomes habit; when a habit is repeated, it becomes nature. The nature is the person's personality, otherwise called character. Therefore, charade techniques describe a character's psychology well, and consequently, it has maintained its importance. Because human nature and in-depth psychological description have a connection with a character's personality development, I would like to discuss the topic through this research. By using Director Shunji Iwai's "April Story" as the text, the effects of charade techniques on a character's personality development in film will be analyzed by seeking and presenting the methodology shown within the work through charade-acting techniques used by the characters for the development of character's personality.

지난 11月 13日 (음 8月 23日) 저녁에 서울大學校 敎授會館에서 韓國動物學會와 有志들의 주최로 石宙明 先生의 追悼會 및 遺稿 "濟州道 隨筆"의 出版記念會가 있었는데, 이날은 바로 石 先生의 回甲날이며 1950年 10月 6日, 43歲의 젊은 나이로 이 세상을 떠나시게 된지 18년이 지난 날이었다. 이 자리에는 石 先生의 친척, 친지, 제자 등 50 여명이 참석하여 하였는데, 動物學者로서의 先生, 山岳人으로서의 先生, 에페스란토語 애용자로서 先生, 스승으로서의 先生 등 여러면으로 故人의 옛 모습을 이야기 해가면서 조용히 그분을 追慕하였다. 石先生은 1908年 11月 13日 (음 9月 23日) 平壤에서 탄생하셨으며, 1926年 開城 松都中學校, 1929年에 日本 鹿兒島 高等農林學校를 졸업하셨다. 1931年 母校인 松都中學校 敎員으로 취임하신 후 10여년 동안 교편을 잡으시면서 昆蟲 특히 나비의 연구를 하셨다. 1943年부터 京城帝大 附屬 濟州道 生藥硏究所所長으로 계시다가, 1945年 水原農事試驗場 病理昆蟲學部長을 거쳐 1946年부터 國立科學博物館 動物學部長으로 재직하면서 연구 생활을 계속하셨다. 石 선생하면 나비 博士로 통하리 만큼 수없이 많은 나비를 만지고 연구하셨으며 그 이름은 국제적 으로도 알려져 있다. 이것은 학문에 대한 그분의 熱情이 비범하였음을 뜻한다. "나는 행복한 사람이야, 세상에 자기 취미와 직업이 一致되어 있는 사람이 제일 행복한 사람인데 나는 그렇거든$\\cdots\\cdots$"라고 石 선생이 말씀하신 바와 같이 직업면에 있어서는 퍽 행복스러웠던 것같다. 선생은 "부스러기 시간"을 잘 이용하셨다는데 선생이 전문 이외의 分野에 관해서도 박식하였던 것은 多才多能한 天性 때문일 뿐만 아니라 시간을 잘 이용하는 부지런한 성품 때문이기도 하리라. 선생은 걱정해도 소용이 없는 일은 걱정 안하는 성품이었기에 퍽 樂天的이셨다. 그래서 그런지 떠들썩하게 웃으시는 때가 많았다. 石先生은 비교적 짧은 기간에 많은 업적을 남기셨다. 80여篇 動物學 分野의 論文을 발표하였을 뿐만 아니라 濟州道 方言集(1947), 제주도 文獻集(1949) 등도 출판하셨다. 그 밖에 隨筆, 紀行文을 쓰신 것도 많다. 또한 濟州道 昆蟲相, 濟州道 資料集, 朝鮮産 蝶類 分布圖, 世界博物學年表 등 未刑인 채로 남아 있는 遺稿도 있다고 한다. 다음 石先生이 發表하신 論文의 目錄을 적어서 先生의 업적을 다시 한번 찬양하는 동시에 生物學徒의 참고로 하려한다.다시 한번 찬양하는 동시에 生物學徒의 참고로 하려한다.

본 연구에서는 신발산업을 대상으로 하여 전략적 공급사슬 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 신발산업(Footwear Industry)은 자연 여건 또는 악천후로부터 발을 보호하기 위하여 사용되는 구두, 운동화, 평상화 실내화, 슬리퍼 등을 제조하거나 판매하는 산업을 말하며, 일반적으로 신발 완제품의 제조산업과 주구성품인 창(Sole), 갑피(Upper) 등을 제조하는 부품 제조산업으로 크게 분류된다. 신발산업은 한때 국내의 대표적인 수출상품이었으나 1990년대부터 쇠퇴기로 접어들었으며, 최근에 신발산업이 패션산업으로 부각되면서 지방자치단체의 전략산업으로 육성되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 신발산업의 체계적인 공급망 관리를 위한 기초 연구로서 전략적인 관점에서 신발산업의 공급사슬을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 전략적 공급사슬 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다.

The physiological reaction of two soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) cultivars tolerant and susceptible to rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi Syd.) was studied at the AVRDC in Taiwan, ROC. The rust epidemic on the susceptible cultivar began earlier and progressed more rapidly than on the tolerant cultivar. The defoliation by rust infection increased rapidly after the latter half of pod filling. The reduction of LA! by rust in the susceptible cultivar occurred earlier than in the tolerant cultivar. The differences in the chlorophyll content between the rust-free and rust-infected plants was 2.04% in the tolerant, and 16.43% in the susceptible cultivar. The shoot dry weight increased at each growth stage in the fungicide protected plots, but decreased in the non-fungicide protected plots after the R6 growth stage onward and the tendency to decrease was more severe in the susceptible than in the tolerant cultivar. The pod and seed dry weight of the suscep-tible cultivar in the fungicide-protected plot increased dramatically from the R6 growth stage, but in the non-fungicide plot, there was almost no increase in pod and seed dry weight from R6 growth stage, due to rust. The number of empty pods and imperfect grains were increased by rust infection, but the protein content was not afftected. There were reductions of oil content, seed length, seed width, seed thickness, pod thickness, number of pods and seeds, 100 seed weight, and yield due to rust infection. The yield losses by rust infection were 22.3%in the tolerant and 68.7% in the susceptible cultivar.

In the 82 apple varieties tested, the distribution of varieties grouped on the damage degree to Alternaria leaf spot were 15 varieties(l8.3%), which damaged above 50%, and 51 varieties(62.2%) damaged below 5%. Susceptible varieties to Alternaria leaf spot were Raritan, Indo, Winesap and Starkrimson, moderately resistant varieties Sekaiichi and Starking, and resistant Jonathan, Tsugaru, Molliies, Jonagold, Gala etc. The leaf hair density on the backside of leaf were rarer inresistant varieties than susceptible one. In inoculation test, penetration and infection of Alternaria mali were easier on the backside than surface of apple leaf at the same varity, and infection rate with Alternaria mali were higher at removal treatment than non-removal one of leaf hairs, so we can guess that leaf hair are related to resistance of variety to Alternaria mali.

In this study, the concept of 'Musim' presented by Baegun Hwasang was analyzed from the viewpoint of a bibliography. Major findings are as follows: First, it is reasonable to translate 'Musim' into Korean to mean (1) 'free from cares', (2) 'there is noting called a heart', and (3) 'no anxieties' according to the context of praises. Second, Musim by Baegun means 'calm mind without any trembles in ordinary times', 'unload any worries', and 'the spirit of awakening'. Such concepts of Musim agree with the praises of 'Awakening by seeing through a person's own heart' presented by Dalma Josa, and 'Unloading any worries' presented by Buddha. Therefore it is understood that Musim is the mental state of 'being free from cares which seek and hold', and Baegun Hwasang presents his experiential awakening 'by keeping his mind calm without any trembles in ordinary times, unloading any worries, and freeing himself from cares'. Third, it is confirmed that Musim by Baegun when compared with the praises presented by 'Gwageo 7 Buls' and 'Seocheon 6 Josas' in Jikji, firmly holds the ideas of Buddha's 'Unloading any worries' and Seocheon Josa's 'Neutral perspective based on double negations'. Therefore, Baegun Hwasang's 'Musimseon' which especially emphasizes 'Musim' is the method of meditation which most clearly inherited the nature of Dalma Seonjong or Yukjo Hyeneung, and Imjejong's meditation.

This experiment was carried out to investigate control efficacy by cultural practice and fumigation of tacterial wilt caused by Pseudomonas solancearum in resistant tobacco line NC82 at the Korea Ginseng and Tobacco Research Institute, Eumseong Experiment Station in 1982 and 1983. The bacterial wilt of tobacco occurred severely from mid-July to last August in applicable temperature and soil humidity for increasing bacteria. Disease severity appeared low and slowly at fumigation and resistant variety treatment. Incidence of bacterial wilt in tobacco line NC82 was $44.7\~55.8\%$ being compared with susceptible variety, NC2326 and $95\~99\%$ when resistant variety, NC32 was cultivated with soil fumigation treatment. Control efficacy of cultural practices appeared low with $0.8\~20\%$ and was not different from resistant variety and fumigation treatment. Control system against bacterial wilt in flue-cured tobacco was accomplished by control efficacy over $95\%$ when resistant variety(NC82) was cultured after treatment of cultural practices (Tillering after harvest and before transplanting, stalk and root destruction, early transplanting early removal of the mulching film) and soil fumigation(Cylon).

Persona is an actor's external ego constructed by playing various roles, and his/her another self-portrait in the eyes of the audience. This study was conducted to analyze persona identity containing core persona(CP) and to gain implications for the growth strategy of the actress Son Ye-jin called "melo queen" by verifying consistency between the CP and audience responses to her starring works of the past. According to the related theories and models, the persona was firstly set as image, visuality, personality and consistency, and it was used to extract and sort descriptive texts about Son related news articles in the last 5 years of the six major Korean newspapers using the content analysis method. After that, we analyzed the number of viewers of her movies and the audience share of her dramas by genre. As a result, Son's persona components were found to have a proportion for 54.2% images (34.0% for melo and romance images, 20.2% for non-melo and romance images), 25.6% for visibility, 13.8% for consistency, and 6.4% for personality. Her CP was derived from a melo and romance image. Comparing this with the audience reaction, the melo romance genre dominated and showed consistency in the drama, but in the case of the film, the non-melo romance was dominant and did not match each other. The results were attributed to a wide gap between dramas and movies in terms of key viewers, box office factors, degree of genre hybridity and experimentality. Therefore, Son should actively use her CP in the drama and challenge the various roles in order to expand her persona spectrum in the film.
