기업성과에 미치는 정보기술의 전략적 영향력이 높다는 인식으로 인해, 많은 기업들이 정보기술에 대한 투자를 증대하고 있다. 하지만, 정보기술전략과 정보기술 성과간의 관계를 직접적으로 규명한 실증연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술에 의한 성과가 다르게 나타나는 원인이 기업이 정보기술로부터 얻고자 하는 전략적 목표가 다르기 때문이고 서로 다른 목표에 의해 정보기술의 투자 방향이 다르게 나타난다는 것이 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 따라서 본 영구는 다음과 같은 연구문제를 도출하였다. 1) 정보기술전략은 정보기술성과 간의 관계를 규명하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있으며, 이를 통해 정보기술성과가 다르게 나타나는 현상을 설명하고자 한다.

본 연구는 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템의 활용에 대한 성과 측정의 어려움으로 인한 문제를 성과 측정을 위한 도구로 이용도(Usage), 사용자만족(User Satisfaction)과 그 외 정보시스템 성과측정과 관련된 이론 및 모델을 바탕으로 연구모델을 설정하여 , 이용자의 특성과 조직의 지원이 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템 이용도와 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 요인을 실증적으로 탐색해보고자했다. 결과로서는 이용자특성과 조직의 지원이 인터넷 정보시스템의 이용도와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주고, 이용도와 만족도는 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 현재 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템을 활용하고 있거나, 향후 도입하려는 조직에게 효과적이고 적극적인 활용에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

금융기관(金融機關)은 기업, 가계, 정부와 함께 우리 경제를 구성하는 주요한 부분이다. 금융기관은 최종적 차입자와 최종적 대부자를 중개하는 과정에서 여러가지 서어비스를 우리에게 제공하면서 존재한다. 금융기관이 제공하는 서어비스는 우리의 경제생활에 매우 중요한 영향을 미친다. 금융기관의 행동이 경제에 미치는 영향을 분석하기에 앞서 어떤 조건하에서 금융기관이 존립할 수 있는가를 알아보는 것도 금융기관의 행동을 이해하기 위해 의미있는 일일 것이다. 본 논문은 정보불균형(情報不均衡)의 관점에서 금융기관의 존립을 분석, 설명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 경제문제의 불확실성과 복잡성의 증대는 민간의 제한된 합리성을 더욱 제한되게 만들고 역으로 제한된 합리성 때문에 불확실성과 복잡성은 더욱 중요한 문제가 된다. 여기에다 인간의 이기주의가 결합하게 되면 정보의 유통이 불완전해져 정보가 불균등하게 분포하게 되는 현상이 생긴다. 정보불균형(情報不均衡)은 거래를 위촉시키고 극단적인 경우 시장실패(市場失敗)를 가져온다. 금융기관은 정보생산을 통해 거래위축이나 시장주패(市場朱敗)를 방지할 수 있는 역할을 한다. 금융기관이 정보생산을 한다고 해도 개별정보생산자나 직접 금융에 비해 정보생산비용면에서 우위를 가질 수 있어야 금융기관의 존립은 가능할 것이다. 즉 정보불균형(情報不均衡)을 해소하기 위한 정보생산이 금융기관이 존립할 수 있는 필요조건이라면, 정보생산의 경제성은 금융기관이 존립할 수 있는 필요충분조건이 된다고 할 수 있다. 금융기관이 개별정보생산자나 직접 금융보다 정보생산면에서의 경제성을 가질 수 있는 가능성은 첫째, 분산효과(分散效果)로 인한 대리비용(代理費用)의 감소(減小) 둘째, 분산효과(分散效果)로 인한 구성원보상(構成員補償)의 불확실성감소(不確實性減小) 세째, 금융기관 구성원간의 정보공유효과(情報共有效果)이다.

학술연구정보 서비스는 연구자의 연구 개발 과정에서 필수적으로 활용해야 하는 서비스이다. 그렇지만, 그 중요성에 비해 아직까지 학술연구정보 서비스에 대한 심도 깊은 사용성 평가가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 OntoFrame이라는 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반 학술연구정보 서비스 구현 과정에서 반복적인 사용성 평가를 수행함으로써 어떻게 서비스가 효용성과 사용성을 갖추어가는 지를 실증함으로써 사용성 평가의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 특히, 사용성 평가 목표에 따라 서비스 시안(Mock-up)을 대상으로 실시한 사용자 인터뷰 중심의 1차 사용성 평가와 서비스 프로토타입을 대상으로 실시한 학술연구 정보 서비스간 비교 평가 중심의 2차 사용성 평가를 상이하게 구성함으로써 사용성 관련 문제를 다양한 관점에서 도출할 수 있었다. 사용성 평가는 매 구현 단계마다 반복적으로 실시함으로써 본 학술연구정보 서비스의 사용성을 지속적으로 향상시킬 계획이다.

국방부는 90년대 후반부터 국방정보체계 구축사업을 본격적으로 추진하면서 정보체계의 상호운용성 문제를 심각하게 인식하고 상호운용성 및 표준화 관리 지침 제정, 획득관리규정 갱신 등 국방정보체계 상호운용성 보장을 위한 제도적 발전을 도모하고 있다. 하지만 상호운용성 보장을 위한 정책 및 지침에 있어 미군의 경우 정보기술구조 개념을 기반으로 상호운용성 보장을 위한 일련의 절차가 제시되어있는 반면, 우리 군의 경우 정보기술구조에 대한 정확한 이해의 부족으로 정보기술구조의 시작점이라 할 수 있는 전사적 관점에서 상호운용성을 위한 노력은 미비한 상태에서 공통운용환경, 데이터 공유 등 체계적 관점에서의 상호운용성만을 강조함에 따라 상호운용성관련 정책 및 지침의 절차가 일관성이 결여되고 명확하지 못하며, 이해 및 적용 또한 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우리 군의 정보화에 있어 가장 시급한 문제라 할 수 있는 국방정보체계의 상호운용성과 관련된 정책에 대하여 현재 우리 군의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

As demands of intelligent urban geospatial information services are increasing in u-Cities, development and use of service standards for the cities are required to make the services interoperable. Conformance tests can be conducted for the standards to implement the services more interoperably and consistently. To improve the interoperability between services, it is necessary to build an evaluation model for services in a perspective of conformance tests. In the context, this study reviews the related references and establishes a conceptual model of the conformance tests for the services and provides an application of the model to a monitoring service for flowing water quantity to prove its usefulness.

This study is an attempt to re-examination of information value and it´s economic efficiency from the viewpoint of information science. This study focuses on the analysis of the considerable discussions about added value of information and cost-benefit analysis of information. This study shows that the researches of information value or value-added information have dealt with the effect of information use and the measuring information efficiency concerns cost-benefit analysis of information services. A case study on ‘the national digital library program’ is also demonstrated as a pilot model for the cost-benefit analysis of information services.

This study extends the privacy calculus model to investigate the role of information transparency in influencing individual decision making on information disclosure. The proposed model integrates perceived usefulness and ease of use as benefit-side factors and information privacy risk as a risk-side factor accompanying information disclosure, and theorizes the effects of information transparency on the factors. The research model was tested using data gathered from 163 respondents through an online survey method. Results suggest that users'perception of information transparency not only increases the perceived benefits from the online site but also mitigates the risk related with information disclosure, resulting in higher intention to provide personal information to the site. Further, we find that online firms may improve users' perception of information transparency by providing explanation on why particular personal information is required and how it will be used.

The purposes of this study are research for user's perspective and satisfaction, and analyze degree of difference in user's perspective and satisfaction through electronic library system of National Assembly Library. According to analysis of questionnaire, score of the factors that quantity of information, latest of information, quality of information, system of classification, accuracy of information are higher than average in user's perspective. Also score of the factors that speed of response, quality of information, consistency of information, consistency of retrieval, quantity of information, accuracy of information are higher than average in user's satisfaction. Result of analysis show that latest of information, quantity of information, variety of information, system of classification, accuracy of information are higher gap in user's perspective and satisfaction.

정보기술(IT) 인프라가 기업의 핵심 인프라로 자리 잡으면서 기업은 고객에게 다양하고 유용한 서비스 및 재화를 제공하기 위하여 개인정보에 대한 의존도 및 활용도를 높이고 있다. 더불어 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 투자 요구도 높아지고 있으며, 이를 위해서 조직은 개인정보의 보호에 대한 측정 및 평가 방법을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 다양한 정보보호 투자의 성과측정 방법 및 IT 성과측정 방법의 기존 연구를 고찰하여 개인정보보호 투자에 따른 성과측정에 가장 적절한 방안으로 경제효율성평가(WiBe) 프레임워크를 선정하고, 그 타당성을 제시한다.
