$NH_3$ Gas Sensor Based on ZnO Nanowires as Sensing Material

  • ITO 만큼 높은 전도성과 광학적 투과성을 갖는 Al-doped ZnO (AZO) 박막을 DC-Pulse magnetron sputtering을 이용하여 40 nm 두께로 증착 후 리소그라피 공정을 통해 $30{\mu}m$ 간격으로 패터닝 하였다. 간격 30 ${\mu}m$로 배열된 AZO를 촉매층으로 하는 수열합성법을 리사이클 공정을 반복하여 수행하여 ZnO 나노선을 성장시켰다. 이와 같이 AZO 전극 사이에 길이 $30{\mu}m$의 ZnO 나노선이 래터럴 구조로 연결된 소자의 $NH_3$ 가스감지 특성을 조사하였다. 합성된 나노선의 전기적, 광학적, 구조적인 특성을 분석하여 높은 가스 감지도를 예상할 수 있는 특성을 확인하였다. 제작된 가스센서를 진공 챔버에 설치 후 양 전극간에 동작전압(Operating voltage)을 1 V로 인가하여 고정한 후에 $NH_3$를 주입(Injection)과 퍼지(Purge)를 반복하며 그 주입량(10 ppm, 20 ppm, 40 ppm, 60 ppm)에 변화를 주었고, 그에 따른 전류변화를 관찰하여 $NH_3$ 가스감지특성을 평가하였다.

  • 고순도 금속규소는 반도체, 태양전지 및 규소화 화합물 등의 원료로 사용되어왔으며, 최근 태양전지 시장 확대로 인해 고순도 금속규소의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 전량 수입 중인 고순도 금속규소의 수급 안정성과 품질 균일성 등이 문제가 되고 있어, 고순도 생산 공정 및 생산 에너지를 절감 공정에 관한 연구 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 금속규소의 원료인 규석(SiO2)과 카본(C)의 환원반응을 온도와 압력별로 살펴보고, 평형 상태의 금속규소수율 조건을 알아보았다. 그리고 아크로 내부 위치에 따른 산화/환원 반응식을 고찰하여 주요 반응식의 깁스 자유 에너지를 비교 분석 하였다. 본 해석을 통한 실험용 아크로 제작과 기초실험을 통해 금속 규소 생산 수율 및 순도를 평가하였으며, 생산된 실리콘의 최대 순도는 약 99.8%로 측정되었다.

  • 대규모 수험자를 대상으로 하는 경우, CBT 방식은 PBT 방식에 비해 비용이나 처리 방법에 있어 효율적이라는 장점을 갖고 있다. 하지만, CBT 평가가 제대로 운영되려면 많은 문항으로 구성된 대규모의 문제 은행이 있어야 하며, 기 구축된 문항은 적합성과 공정성이 반드시 보장되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 4,000여 명 이상의 수험자를 대상으로 8000문제가 넘는 문제 은행이 구축되어 실제 CBT 시스템을 개발·운영하고 있는 P 대학교 CBLT 테스트 시스템의 문항들을 분석할 방법을 제안한다. 연구 결과 CBLT 테스트 시스템의 문제 은행의 개별 문항들이 출제자 1인의 주관적 판단에 달려있어 문항에 대한 질 관리가 어렵다는 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 고전검사이론이 적합하다고 판단된다. 그러나 매 시험이 동질한 문항 세트로 구성되기 위해서는 문항에 대한 충분하고 객관적인 자료가 절대적으로 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 CBLT 테스트 시스템과 같이 응답자 수가 2∼300여 명 전후이며, 40문항의 문항 세트에 대한 분석은 2모수 정도가 적당하다고 판단된다.

  • 아연-마그네슘 합금은 뛰어난 내식성과 더불어 합금 원소인 마그네슘의 풍부한 매장량 등으로 인해 차세대 강판 도금 소재로서 주목받고 있다. 그러나 아연-마그네슘 합금의 도금 공정은 기존의 아연 도금 공정 등에 비해 상대적으로 높은 온도에서 이루어지기 때문에 고온의 용탕에 의해 도금 설비가 빠르게 손상되는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 이와 같이 가혹한 환경에서도 사용 가능한 수준의 내구성을 지닌 소재의 개발이 반드시 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 비교적 고온 특성이 우수한 것으로 알려진 다양한 상용 금속들을 대상으로 아연-마그네슘 용탕에 일정 시간 노출시켜 침식 거동을 비교 및 평가하였으며 이를 통해 실제 적용 가능성을 판단하고자 하였다.

A 'Social Justice' in Geography of Welfare (사회정의와 복지지리학에 관한 고찰)

  • Social justice has been an interest of whole geographers for almost four decades. The conception of social justice includes fairness and equity in the distribution of a wide range of attributes. The purpose of this study is to understand social justice in geography of welfare. The theories of social justice are needed to describe relationship between social justice and geography of welfare. The evaluation of spatial variations in welfare is closely associated with social justice. Equality, equity, efficiency, and fairness are the reasonable criteria to apply to the evaluation of distributions of welfare, relating to distributive(or territorial) justice. However, there are complications in the spatial application of welfare evaluation criteria, including access across space, boundary crossing and ecological fallacy.

Quality Evaluation of Aerospace Materials (항공우주용 재료의 품질평가)

  • In order to manufacture and produce the components to be used for developing aerospace products, it is essential to determine the conformity of material characteristics to the design requirements. However, since the Korean industry has no experience to develop aircraft and spacecraft, the national certification system has not been established. Hence, it is necessary to define the qualification methodology of material to establish the durability and the safety of aircraft and spacecraft. In this paper the characterization methodology which has been performed in aeronautically advanced countries for determination of conformity in materials and production process is reviewed. The change of material properties due to the space environment and the example of evaluation program of composites for the application of aircraft are presented. so that the foundation of evaluation system for aerospace materials can be initiated.

  • This study was to investigate the usefulness of the measures of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. The analyzed data were collected through a fulfillment degree of the evaluation indicators and the opinions of librarians for public libraries evaluation indicators. Same time, the comparative analysis of public library statistical indicators and evaluation indicators was performed. Based on the results of the analysis, I was selected assessment items that need to delete and modify. The improvements proposed in this study will provide a direction for the improvement of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. And may be applied to improve the process of the public library evaluation.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the flow of personnel management in the Joseon Dynasty through Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's Mokminsimseo, and to understand how it is being used not only in modern administrative organizations but also in social welfare organizations. As a result, first, first, among the human resource management areas of the Joseon Dynasty, the area occupied the most was related to integrity. These are the contents that are widely used in evaluation methods and scope, value standards, and use of evaluation today. Second, regarding the recruitment and recruitment of talents in the Joseon Dynasty, various methods were presented to enhance the appropriateness, fairness of hiring, and the effectiveness of hiring human resources. This has significant implications even today as it specifically mentions the appropriate appointment and scale of human resources, emphasizing that personnel is everything. Finally, This is different from the human resource management of the Joseon Dynasty in that it is being converted to a compensation paradigm rather than discipline as a way to inspire the motivation of workers today and increase work efficiency. In addition, professionalism was emphasized in the education and training of public officials, and the maintenance of dignity and leadership in body and mind is emphasized, showing that even today, the virtues required of workers in public organizations, including social welfare organizations, are being maintained.

Development of a New Green Product Family Index Considering Environmental Performance (환경성을 고려한 새로운 그린 Product Family 지수 개발)

  • To compete global marketplace, many firms are adopting product families to increase variety, satisfy customer requirements, shorten lead-times and reduce costs. The key to a successful product family is the platform from which it is derived. When designing product families, it is important to resolve the tradeoff between product commonality and distinctiveness. To measure the commonality within a product family, it is necessary to develop the commonality index. It utilizes different parameters such as the number of common components, their cost, their manufacturing processes and so on. This paper present a new product family assessment index using the benchmarking method and considering environmental performance called green product family index(GPFI). Through the comparison analysis between some previous developed commonality indices and GPFI, we verify the suitability and effectiveness. Eventually, the proposed a new green product family assessment index can be helpful to design and develop the environmentally conscious product families.

  • Today, faculty performance evaluations conducted in universities to comprehensively assess faculty members have yielded outcomes that deviate from the original intent of the system due to its quantitative assessment-centric approach. The field of theater arts, in particular, faces challenges in fairly and objectively measuring research and creative achievements through traditional quantitative evaluation methods, owing to the highly subjective nature of its outputs compared to other academic disciplines. This study proposes a method to improve the evaluation of research and creative achievements in the field of theater arts through the utilization of big data. First, we investigated the current evaluation criteria and methods used in research and creative achievement assessments in theater arts departments at major domestic universities. Next, we analyzed the key issues related to the existing evaluation system for research and creative achievements in the field of theater arts. Finally, we presented an improvement plan for the evaluation system using the big data available from the Korea Performing Arts Box Office Information System (KOPIS). This study aims to support the research and creative activities of theater arts faculty more effectively and to enhance the competitive edge of universities.
