연구결과는 학술적인 논문, 기술의 기반이 되는 특허, 기술이 체화된 상품 등 다양한 방법으로 도출되고 있다. 현재까지 연구 성과를 측정하는데 있어서 수치로 표시되는 정량적인 평가는 용이하게 활용하고 있다. 하지만 질적인 우수성을 평가하기 위한 정성적인 방법은 많은 연구를 필요로 한다. 각기 다른 목적이나 용도로 만들어진 평가지표나 방법론이 적절하게 적용하여 평가지표로 적용되어 지기는 힘든 상황이다. 특히 연구자나 기관 등의 평가 시 연구논문을 활용한 계량정보기법을 근간으로 하는 다양한 방법이 많은 연구자들을 통해 제시되고 있다. 또한 학술적인 논문뿐아니라 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 평가시도 유사한 방법을 활용하고 있다. 문헌의 경우는 SCI DB를 활용하여 정성적인 부분을 대체하고 있다. 하지만 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 정성 평가는 많이 활용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 특히 문헌 및 특허의 인용정보를 대상으로 최근 제안되고 있는 연구 성과 지표인 h-지수 등을 활용하여 사례를 분석하여 보고자 한다.

This study addresses information technology using level has an effect on the collaboration and organization's performance depending on the partnership that is important because of rapid development of information technology and internet diffusion. In the long view, information technology persistently increases the performance and expects the useful factor for the examing the organization's performance. Information technology using level leaves the lowness or highly, information technical application effort for the future value of each enterprise is necessary, the staff education which continuous for this the fact that the introduction is more important what continuously is information technology which is suitable at the enterprise of execution. The main purpose of this study is to figure out the difference between collaboration and organization's outcome using information technology using level that is moderating variable and difference the effect.

급변하는 환경속에서 중소기업이 살아남기 위해서 필수적으로 요구되는 것이 정보기술이다. 특히 최근에 와서 인터넷의중요성과 활용이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 인터넷에 관한 실태분석을 통하여 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전국의 중소기업 126개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고, 회수된 82부중 64부를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 중소기업에서는 인터넷에 대한 필요성은 강하게 느끼고 있지만, 인지도는 그리 높지 않았고, 사용시간도 낮은 수준이었으며, 주로 활용하고 있는 업무는 마케팅 업무였고, 활용되는 분야는 검색과 전자우편이 주를 이루었다. 인터넷의 활용으로 달성할 수 있는 성과로는 중소기업의 신속한 기술정보 제공으로 나타났다. 실태분석을 통하여 중소기업이 취할 수 있는 활용방안은 의사소통의 원활화, 업무자동화, 경영전략 단계 등임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이상과 같이 중소기업이 인터넷을 활용하고 있는 정도는 미약하지만, 강한 필요성을 느끼고 있고 정부차원의 지원을 통해 인터넷은 중소기업의 필수 불가결한 정보기술, 나아가서는 경쟁무기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In recent years, universities as higher education institutions have counted upon social accountability that assure their educational performance and quality. University assessment accreditation are being used internationally as a means to ensure the accountability. Current trends in American accreditation standards emphasize student learning outcomes such as problem solving, critical analysis, creativity instead of inputs such as physical and human resources. Also, American accreditation standards underscore the importance of information literacy as a learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to compare and to analysis accreditation standards of Korea and American in the view point of library and information literacy. This study suggest basic directions how to apply these information literacy in accreditation standards of Korea. The accreditation standards of Korea need to reflect information literacy in terms of to enhance learning outcomes. In particular, this accreditation standards has to include collaboration between librarian and faculty within standard for accreditation.

세계경제는 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 글로벌 지식경제시대로 진입했다 할 수 있다. 즉 지식이 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하고, 지식을 활용한 다양한 경영활동이 기업의 성패를 결정짓는 지식경영시대가 도래 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 IT기업에 종사하는 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 프로젝트 참여자, 조직의 특성, 관계자의 특성이 지식의 공유 및 활용에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 모든 요인들이 지식공유 및 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 이는 작게는 특정 프로젝트의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 크게는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examines the stability and excellence of portfolio investment strategies based on the accounting information of the Korean stock market. In the process of constructing the portfolio, various combinations of financial ratios are used to select the stocks with high expected return and to measure their performance. We also tried to improve our investment performance by using genetic algorithm optimization. The results of this study show that portfolio strategies using accounting information are effective for investment decision making and can achieve high investment performance. We also verify that portfolio strategy using genetic algorithms can be effective for investment decision making.

정보기술(IT) 인프라가 기업의 핵심 인프라로 자리 잡으면서 기업은 고객에게 다양하고 유용한 서비스 및 재화를 제공하기 위하여 개인정보에 대한 의존도 및 활용도를 높이고 있다. 더불어 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 투자 요구도 높아지고 있으며, 이를 위해서 조직은 개인정보의 보호에 대한 측정 및 평가 방법을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 다양한 정보보호 투자의 성과측정 방법 및 IT 성과측정 방법의 기존 연구를 고찰하여 개인정보보호 투자에 따른 성과측정에 가장 적절한 방안으로 경제효율성평가(WiBe) 프레임워크를 선정하고, 그 타당성을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceived quality toward user performance and corporate performance in production information systems. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 132 enterprises which have implemented production information systems, and the research hypotheses were tested by covariance structural model analysis. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. First, production information quality and support service quality are confirmed to have a positive effect on user's satisfaction, however, I found no evidence of a statistically significant relationship between system quality and user's satisfaction. Second, all of three quality factors which are production information quality, system quality, and support service quality have positive influence on system usage. Third, user's satisfaction has positive influence on system usage, and both of user's satisfaction and system usage have positive influence on performance improvement. Based on these findings, this study suggested the implications, as well as limitations and further research directions.

This study is to analyze the effect of compatibility of information characteristics and information technology structure on AIS performance. This used financial and non-financial factors as the characteristics of management accounting information and used information technology structure as centralization and decentralization classified by Ahtuv et.(1989) and Fiedler et.(1996). 425 sampling companies are selected randomly and 137 of them were used in this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, In compatibility analysis between the characteristics of management accounting information and information technology structure, in case of companies which have centralized data process system, AIS performance of companies which use financial information is higher than that of companies which use non-financial information. However, no meaningful results show statistically. in case of companies which have decentralized data process system, AIS performance of companies which use non-financial information is higher than that of companies which use financial information. Also the statistical results show the meaning at the p. < 0.01.

This paper abstracts the key factors affecting business performance by ERP system at university in China and suggests how to use ERP system effectively at university. Main results are as follows: First, concern and support by CEO affects personal business performance of ERP. Second, ERP system education affects organizational business performance of ERP. Third, concern and support by CEO affects business enhancement performance of ERP.
