This paper related to implementing issue and performance measuring about blended mechanism between networking technology and security technology. We got more effectiveness in overall network security, when applying and composing amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology. The blended method offers $8{\sim}10%$ effective result in network security than the isolated ways of applying relational two technologies. As a result, we suggest amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology, and also, we propose the blended method as a model of more effective way.

Personal information protection has become one of the most impending business issues because leakage of personal information can cause tremendous financial losses and image degradation. Consequently, personal information protection initiatives have been recognized widely in business. To invigorate personal information protection investments, performance measurement method such as cost benefits analysis or qualitative analyses are needed, which have not been studied enough in the previous studies. This study proposes a performance measurement model which can include quantitative and qualitative analyses in the context of personal information protection investments. A comparative analysis has been performed on security investment and IT investment performance measurements, which leads to choose the WiBe method (developed by the German Interior Ministry), considering the privacy characteristics and the method's applicability. In particular, the quantitative effect measured how proactive threat assessment based on the way according to the nature of the businesses and organizations of privacy and possible investment decisions. This study proposes the 16 performance indicators, which turn out to be meaningful in terms of their materiality and feasibility by conducting focus group interviews of 25 experts on personal information protection.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of KMS(Knowledge Management System) on the performance of KMS by setting the factors affecting KMS 's management performance as knowledge information factor and management factor. And the moderating effect of evaluation and compensation on knowledge information factor, management factor and management performance. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the knowledge information factor set by the knowledge adaptability, the reliability of knowledge information, and knowledge management process affects the definition of management performance. Among the management factors, organizationalization and cooperation factors influence definition Respectively. In the results of verifying whether assessment and compensation play a moderating role, it is found that knowledge compatibility of knowledge information factor, reliability of knowledge information, support of knowledge management process, knowledge sharing activity of management factor, cooperation has played a moderating role in business performance.

The study investigated the indicators for information service system performance measurement through the review on the related literatures, and developed 16 indicators for the performance measurement in 4 areas of library visit, lending, reference service and user instruction, and electronic service. And then with the indicators, the study surveyed 6 academic libraries including each 2 of large, middle, and small sized academic libraries. Based on the survey results, the study made a proposal for the application of performance indicator and the improvement of information service system performance.

This study is to empirically analyze the effects on job performance of Accounting Information Systems, Analysis methods were used to Cronbach's Alpha analysis, Factor analysis, analysis of variance(ANOVA) and regression in odor by the contingency grouping method. The results of this study are as follows : First, The regression analysis had effects on AIS utility and job performance. Second, The Analysis of variance(ANOVA) had non-effects on systems operating degree and systems satisfaction. Third, The input variables of information accuracy and systems satisfaction had additional effect about IT capability.

정부는 '한국판 뉴딜 1.0'(2020.7)과 '한국판 뉴딜 2.0'(2021.7)을 발표하여 국가의 새로운 미래를 설계하고자 디지털뉴딜, 그린 뉴딜, 휴먼 뉴딜, 지역균형 뉴딜 분야에 집중 지원 중이다. 이 중 디지털 뉴딜은 사회, 경제 전반에 걸친 디지털화의 확산 및 디지털 신사업 육성이 목표이다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 뉴딜과 관련해 인공지능(AI)과 이동통신(5G) 분야에 대해 국가R&D 지원 현황 등을 분석하였다. 분석 데이터는 2015년부터 2020년까지 NTIS에서 서비스하는 총 61,356건 과제와 총 198,355건 성과정보를 키워드 추출을 통하여 수집하였다. 데이터 분석 결과 각 분야의 과제와 연구비, 논문 성과는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 특허 성과는 최근 소폭 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 정부가 추진하는 한국판 뉴딜 정책의 혁신성장 성과분야에 대해 이용자가 바로 파악할 수 있도록 다양한 분석을 통하여 향후 NTIS에서 서비스할 계획이다.

최근 많은 기업들의 경영층 및 정보화 담당자들이 BSC의 도입 필요성을 인식하기 시작하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 최고경영층의 관심 및 지원 부족, 경영층 요구정보 분석의 어려움 및 낮은 질의 정보 제공, 적절한 BSC 개발 기술의 선정 실패 등으로 많은 기업에서 BSC 도입에 실패하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 과거 전통적 경영성과측정 방법의 한계점과 BSC 모델의 장점 및 단점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 성공적인 BSC 기반 경영성과관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 구축방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 BSC 기반 경영성과관리시스템의 구축 방법론은 (1) 전사 비전/전략 수립, (2) 경영방침/사업계획 수립, (3) 핵심성과요인(CSF) 및 주요성과지표(KPI) 도출, (4) 시스템 구현 단계의 4단계로 각성되어 있다. 본 논문에서 제시된 BSC 기반 경영성과관리 시스템의 구축 방법론의 유효성(Usefulness)을 입증하기 위하여 에너지 기업인 'K'사를 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance by efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation. The results of this study as follows : The characteristic variable evaluation model that extended from the performance(user's value, perceived usefulness) of Logistic Information System were verified meaningfully. In this study, the efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation were very important factor, to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance. This study expect that Logistic Information System will achieve their Logistic Information System competitiveness through continuous quality measurement and improvement to increase the performance.

모바일 정보통신 사용자들에게 있어서 모바일 상거래는 기존에 존재하던 정보에 대한 통신 및 네트워크 접속 등 이용상의 제약을 뛰어넘어 정보이용의 활성화에 있어 주요한 전환점을 가져오고 있다. 모바일과 같은 정보통신기술의 발달로 금융정보화 투자가 촉진되어 금융중개기관의 경영전략 사무합리화 업무효율화 및 고객과의 관계 등과 같은 부분에서 여러 가지 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 금융산업계에서는 고객들의 금융 서비스 욕구가 다양해지고, 고객 중심의 금융시장으로의 전이로 인해 고객을 최우선으로 하고 고객과의 관계를 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 경쟁이 치열하다. 그 노력의 일환으로 IT기술을 활용한 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 금융산업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 추진하고 있다. 하지만, 모바일 환경을 고려한 CRM 성공요소들이 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구의 주목적은 모바일 기술의 대표적 특성인 이동성과 편재성이 CRM 성공요소(최고경영자지원, 고객지향 조직문화, 부서간 상호작용, 고객정보 통합성)와 CRM 성과 사이에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 측량성과의 체계적 품질관리, 측량성과 관리업무의 효율성 향상 및 비용절감을 위하여 측량성과의 전자납품 및 품질검사의 자동화 방안을 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 측량성과의 품질관리 현황 및 작업규정을 분석하고, 측량성과의 전자납품 및 품질검사 자동화를 위한 기본방안을 제시하였다. 측량 성과품의 유형을 품질검사의 자동화 측면에 구분을 해보면, 첫째, 품질검사의 자동화가 불가능한 유형, 둘째, 포맷분석과 소프트웨어 개발을 통하여 자동화된 품질 검사가 가능한 유형, 셋째, 제도적인 보완을 통하여 자동화가 가능한 성과품 유형 등 세 가지 종류로 분류가 가능하다. 이러한 측량성과품의 품질검사업무의 자동화는 크게 단기간에 미시적으로 해야 할 사안들과 중 장기에 걸쳐 거시적으로 추진해야할 사안 등 두 가지 측면의 시각으로 접근해야 하며, 업무적인 측면, 제도적인 측면 및 정보기술적인 측면에서 종합적으로 검토되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
