This Paper document that managers' cash compensation is more sensitive to negative stock return than positive stock return. Also, this paper analyse that managers' cash compensation react symmetrically to accounting earnings and losses. Since stock returns include both unrealized gains and unrealized losses, we expect managers' cash compensation to be less sensitive to stock returns when returns contain unrealized gains(positive returns) than when returns contain unrealized losses(negative returns). But accounting earnings exclude unrealized gains and include unrealized losses, so managers' cash compensation will react symmetrically to accounting earnings and losses. Analyzing 5,815 firm-year data for 2000-2011, we find that managers' cash compensation reacts asymmetrically to stock retruns whereas managers' cash compensation reacts symmetrically to accounting performance. This finding is consistent with boards of directors seeking to mitigate ex post settling up problem that would arise of managers' cash compensation was equally sensitive to positive and negative stock return.

This paper provides a case for the comprehensive performance management system in Public Procurement Service. Public Procurement Service set up the BSC system at the beginning of 2006 by improving and complementing the earliest performance management system and made it possible to automatically connet the performance measurement and evaluation of the departmental and person by using CSF and KPI, which result from their mission and strategic assignments. Therefore, the public service of the adminstration is able to offer better customer service, as the private corporations do, apply the incentive and disincentive policies to the personnel and reward administration and contribute to changing the administration into an organization of competition and performance compensation. The application of the BSC system enables the strengthening of the individual evaluation system in the departmental, integration of various evaluations into one, and the establishment of a monitering system of achievement rate in the objective management in the periodic results. Such a case study of Public Procurement Service will determine the course of establishment of the BSC in other public institutions and suggest many successful methods and ideas for the performance management system.

생산 현장에서 기기의 운영과 관리는 제품의 품질 및 기업의 수익성과 직결된다. 그러나 정상적인 작동을 하고 있는 시스템에서 고장의 시점과 고장의 종류를 예측하기 곤란하며 따라서 잔여 가동 시간이 얼마인지도 예측하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 산업용 기계, 공정과 의료기기 등 신뢰성이 요구되는 Brushless DC 모터의 상태 변화의 추이를 관찰하여 진단의 특징점으로 사용한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 상태천이 모텔은 고장의 시점과 고장의 종류를 예측할 수 있으며 유지보수의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

전기기기의 설계, 제작기술 및 재두의 발달에 따라 근래의 발.변전 설비의 고장발생빈도는 매우 낮은 편이다. 그러나 이들 설비에 일단 고장이 발생하면 손상이 클 뿐 아니라 복구에 장기간이 소요될 경우가 많아 전력공급에 차질을 빚게 된다. 따라서 예상되는 각종 고장과 이상상태에 대비한 보호계전장치가 필요하게 되며 개별적인 보호장치에 적용 여부는 원칙적으로 그 고장에 대한 보호장치의 시설, 운전, 보수비용과 효과를 보호장치를 구비하지 않았을 경우 그 고장에 따른 위험성과 비교하여 판단하게 되나 실제로는 발.변전설비의 종류 및 특성, 용량등에 따라 경험적으로 선정되는 경우가 많다. 발.변전설비의 용량은 대체오 수백 KVA급으로부터 500MVA 또는 1000MVA정도의 대용량기기까지를 대상으로 보호계전기술을 서술한다.

디지털 TV의 다채널의 프로그램과 다양한 부가 서비스가 가능하도록 하는 PSIP 전송 서버는 시스템의 안정성, 유지, 보수의 용이함, 이식성 등의 보장과 출력 데이터의 STD 규격 적합성 등의 요구 사항을 만족해야 한다. 현재 개발되어 있는 PSIP 전송 서버는 이러한 요구 사항을 충족 시키지 못하고 있다 본 논문에서는 PSIP 전송 서버를 PSIP Generator와 PSIP Streamer로 분리하고, PSIP Generator를 Java 언어로 구현하는 것을 제안한다. 이는 이식성과안정성, 규격 적합성을 충족하여 실제로 운용될 방송국의 요구 사항을 보장할 것이다.

국내의 원예산업은 대규모 온실의 설립과 이를 이용한 시설원예작물의 생산을 통해 재배농가의 소득을 증대시키기 위하여 많은 시설투자가 이루어지고 있고, 온실산업이 발달함에 따라 플러그 및 분화 등 용기재배를 통한 생산량도 급격히 증가하고 있다(농촌진흥청, 1995). 이러한 추세를 반영하듯 국내에는 여러 중소업체가 상토를 생산 및 시판하고 있으나, 재배농가 쪽에서는 어떤 회사에서 제조된 상토를 작물재배에 이용해야 할지, 또는 어떤 업체에서 시판하고 있는 상토가 내가 재배하는 작물에 적합한지에 관한 확신이 없는 상태에서 상토를 구매하여 작물재배에 이용하고 있는 상황이다. 플랫폼에 의존적인 쇼핑몰들은 서버 환경에 따라 프로그램이 변해야되기 때문에 유지보수에 있어서 인적, 시간적으로 낭비가 될 수가 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완할 수 있는 방법은 JSP를 가지고 쇼핑몰을 구축하면 해결될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램의 재사용성과 객체지향의 개념을 가지고 있는 JSP를 이용하여 쇼핑몰을 설계하고 구현한다.

2009년 4월 29일 신월성원전 건설현장에 해수가 유입되어 건설 중에 있던 구조물과 건축 재료가 해수에 침수되는 사고가 발생하였다. 이 후 지역의 대표들이 신월성침수사고 조사위원회를 구성하여 침수된 구조물의 안전성과 보수가 필요한 부분을 정량적으로 평가하고 그 결과를 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 침수사고의 개요와 조사위원회의 구성과정 및 활동 그리고 조사위원회의 의미 등을 살펴보고 이 때 월성원전감시기구의 역할 등을 고찰하여 원전주변지역 주민의 의식변화와 이에 따른 관련기관의 역할을 기술하였다.

1. 고형배지특성 (1) 물리화학성 토양재배에서는 토양이 갖고 있는 다양한 완충작용, 즉 보수, 통기성, 비료성분의 보유능력이 대단히 높기 때문에 연작장해가 없는 한 작물생산에서 안정적 생산이 가능하다. 반면에 양액재배에서는 이러한 완충능을 기대하기가 어렵다. 특히 배지에 따른 물리화학성의 차이가 있고 이들 배지의 활용을 근본적으로 근권환경의 제어라는 측면에서 기존의 토양재배보다 높은 생산성과 고품질을 요구하고 있는 실정이기 때문에 배지에 따른 적정 근권환경제어가 필요하다. (중략)

화력발전소 보일러 배관은 복합한 형상과 다양한 형태로 용접되어 발전소 외관을 감싸고 있다. 발전소 운전에 필수적인 부분을 차지하기 때문에 주기적으로 발전소 점검기간에 모든 용접부위를 검사하여 품질 이상 부분에 대해서는 교체 작업 및 보수 작업을 수행해야한다. 지금까지는 작업자를 통한 검사이다보니 부정확성과 반복 결과가 유지되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 방사선 투과 검사모듈을 장착한 자동화 검사 플랫폼을 제안한다.
