This study investigated and analyzed operating policies and status of the best practices repository in the world to propose the successful strategies of management and establishment of repository. The best practices were selected from the top 10 of the Ranking Web of World Repositories by CSIC and Registry of Open Access Repositories by JISC. These repositories fell into two rough classes, disciplinary and institutional repositories. Policies on operation and support, collection, management, distribution and information services, long-term preservation, technology and copyright were analyzed. Characteristic of disciplinary and institutional repository policies were also identified.

의료기술의 발달로 오늘날의 개심술은 대부분 성공적으로 시행되고 있지만 극히 일부분은 아직도 개심술후 심한 심실기능의 저하로 사망하는 겨우가 있다. 1960년대 중반 Spencer와 DeBakey에 의해 개심술후 심한 심실기능이 저하된 환자에게 심실보조장치를 이용하여 성공적으로 치험한 이후로 많은 발전을 거듭해 왔다. 저자들은 4개월 (6.5Kg)된 남아에서 개심술후 심한 저심박출증으로 인공심폐기의 제거를 못하여 좌심실 보조장치(Centrifugal Biopump)를 사용하여 성공적으로 치험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

러시아의 흑연감속원자로해체기술센터(NDR 센터)는 2015년 말에 우라늄흑연로인 EI-2의 해체 작업을 성공적으로 마쳤다. DNR 센터의 최고 책임자인 Andrey Izmestyev는 세계 최초로 수행된 이 프로젝트에서 "우리는 많은 기술적, 환경적 어려움을 극복하고 성공적으로 임무를 완수했다"고 말했다.

This study was conducted with 202 elderly people aged 65 years or older (40.6% male and 59.4% female) participating in physical activities centered on line dance and rhythmic gymnastics. To achieve the main objectives of the study, a questionnaire for mature aging attitude, depression and successful aging was used. The results are as follows. First, matured aging attitude influenced negatively on depression. Second, matured aging attitude influenced positively on successful aging. Third, depression influenced negatively on successful aging. Based on the above results, it is necessary to encourage the elderly to participate in physical activities to achieve successful aging through active interventions against depression.

This study aims to understand the retirement preparation of Korean baby boom generation. For this purpose, the mediation effect of the parameter of retirement preparation was confirmed to their social participation attitudes that influenced on successful aging. The research tried to present policy alternatives. The frequency analysis, description analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful-regression analysis for the collected data were conducted with SPSS 23 program. The findings are as follows; First, social participation attitudes affect successful aging. Second, social participation affects retirement preparation. Third, retirement preparation affects successful aging. Fourth, the relationship of social participation attitudes and successful aging are influenced mediation effect of retirement preparation. Finally, discussed the future research topics.

The purpose of this research is to critically analysis the applying trend of the successful aging research on the baby boomers Generation. Research method is qualitative content analysis and this study was analyzed by concepts, factors, heterogeneity and variety of generation. The results of the analysis on 124 domestic articles on the journals on the successful aging from 2000 to 2016 are as follows: most of concepts in researches are about economic problems. In a research model, social environmental factors are barely considered. Heterogeneity and a few studies showed identities and varieties of generation. Based on these results, several suggestions are presented; First, consideration about the concepts of successful aging On a broad range is required. Secondly, concepts and influence factors should be clearly identified. Third, factors related to life itself in aging and macro social environment than factors of individual unit focused on economic value should be used. In addition, new age-old cultual value should be discussed to understand the Inherent traits of baby boomers. Lastly, studies to discuss varieties which are caused by age and gender of the baby boomers are needs to proceed.

정해진 일정과 비용으로 원하는 기능의 시스템을 생산성과 품질은 최대화하고 결함은 최소화로 개발하는 것이 SW 개발 프로젝트의 궁극적인 목적이다. 그러나 IT 환경 및 SW 시장의 급속한 변화와 새로운 비즈니스 모텔의 대두로, 다양한 프로젝트 이해관련자들의 요구를 충족시키며 성공적으로 프로젝트를 완료하기에 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기업들을 대상으로 SW 개발 프로젝트에 대한 인식 및 관리 실태 파악과 그 원인을 분석하기 위한 조사연구를 실시했다. 수요자 중심의 성공적 프로젝트 수행 환경을 위한 마인드 확산과 SW 개발 프로젝트에 대한 국내 현실 파악을 통해 성공적 프로젝트 수행과 SW 품질 향상을 목표로 한다.

So the Project Financing company has been trying to search Project Financing able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the Project Financing through collecting opinion of specialist and talking survey to people employed in Project Financing development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and make out success factors for the Project Financing. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the development success Project Financing objectively.
