섬유·의류산업은 제조업 대비 업체수가 18.2%, 고용이 15.2%에 이르는 국민경제에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 산업이다. 또한, 전체수출액대비 10.7%를 차지하며 지난 30여년간 수출전략산업으로 성장, 발전하여 왔다. 그러나 섬유·의류산업은 오늘날의 급격히 변화하고 있는 국내외 기업환경의 변화로 극심한 내수부진과 고질적인 재고부담에 따른 자금난 등으로 허덕이고 있다. 이렇듯 급속히 변모한 기업경영 환경속에서 섬유·의류산업은 생존을 위한 현실적 방도를 모색하지 않으면 안되게 되었다.(중략)

최근 산업에서 나노섬유의 관심이 많아져서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는데, 그 중 전기방사법을 이용한 나노섬유 제조는 간단한 공정으로 다양한 두께를 가진 긴 섬유를 만들 수 있다. 특히 금속 나노섬유는 다양한 산업 분야에서 이용되고 있다. 폴리머를 이용하여 방사 용액을 만들어 전기 방사 조건을 도출 할 수 있었다. metal precursor wt.%를 조절하여 100nm 이하의 전도성 금속 나노섬유를 만들었다.

In this paper, a case study is introduced on the development of an inventory management system for the textile industry. For the low-cost and high-efficient production, a systematic management is needed from make-to-order to delivery. In this paper, an integrated inventory management system for the D company is developed to manage the whole information related with make-to-order, production, delivery, and inventory, and so forth.
