The aim of this study is to suggest basic data about efficient motivation plans for improving the image of the design and Construction Management (CM) field and enhancing professional consciousness of employees. The major findings and conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the employees in design firms had a relatively high level of dissatisfaction with the 'Reduction of work hours', and those in CM companies had a relatively high level of dissatisfaction with the 'Fringe benefit conditions'. Second, when the effects of the items of job satisfaction on overall job satisfaction were analyzed through factor analysis, job performance satisfaction had the biggest effect on the employees in design firms, and intrinsic reward and opportunity satisfaction had the biggest effect on those in CM companies.

인터넷의 기술은 인트라넷(Intranet), 익스트라넷(Extranet)이라는 이름으로 인터넷 기술을 활용한 기업 내 또는 기업간 네트워크 구성에 관한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 인터넷의 개방성으로 인해서 인터넷은 보안성이 떨어지는 문제점을 가진다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 최근 많은 암호기반 보안 기술들이 개발되고 있다 대부분의 암호기반 보안 기술들은 전체네트워크 객체의 증명을 책임지는 공증 기관을 필요로 하는데, 이를 공중 사무소(Certification Authority)라 한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷과 인트라넷의 취약한 부분을 보완하기 위한 최근의 암호기반 보안 기술과 그들 간의 상관관계를 파악한다 보안의 기초인 공증사무소의 구조 및 역할을 조사하고, 실제로 공증 사무소를 운영하기 위한 점검 사항 및 운영 규칙 등을 제시한다. 또한, 공증 사무소에 필요한 소프트웨어를 구현한다.

Office workers at the architectural design office are under job stress for various reasons such as excessive working hours, friction with the site, and unpredictability of work. This can increase not only the negative image of office workers in the construction industry, but also the avoidance of young manpower in the future. This study investigated the specific purpose of each activity as a problem of job stress relief activities in the architectural design office, and the specific purpose and goal setting of each activity as a way to improve job stress relief activities.

건축주와 설계 사무소가 건축 설계 용역 계약을 체결하고 일을 진행하다가 계약이 해제된 경우 건축주는 계약이 해제됐음에도 불구하고 설계도를 계속해서 사용할 수 있을까? 최근 건축 설계도의 저작권 침해 여부와 이용권에 대한 여러 가지 문제가 제기되고 있다. 설계 도면의 저작권 문제와 관련된 몇 가지 사항에 대해 살펴보았다.

A occupant load density of contemporary office buildings were surveyed by a building w walk through procedure in Korea. The survey results of ten office buildings are range from 1 2 2 2 213.14 m !person 041.4 ft !person) to 22.69 m /person (244.34 ft !person) with 95% confidence l level and the mean occupant load density is 17.92 m2/person 092.87 ft2/야rson). The impacts of occupant load on evacuation flow time was analyzed by applying time-based egress m model, SIMULEX with various occupant load densities from previous studies. I In order to demonstrate the validation of egress modeling method, fire evacuation exercise a and computer simulation were used to simulate the actual evacuation plan for a high-rise office building. An analysis and comparison of the results of these approaches was made to i illustrate the influence of model limitations on the result of prediction The result of the study shows that the introduction of occupant load concept in building c code of Korea is essential to achieving resonable building life safety design in future.

Today, companies exist amid unlimited competition and uncertain adminstration environment, so hands-on workers are being exposed to various job requirements and stress due to this. Especially, employees in the design firm are physically difficult because of heavy working intensity unlike other industrial field, and because the process is interrelated unlike working of a five-day workday of the other industry, it is difficult to guarantee periodic holidays and vacation. In addition, recently, while BIM is introduced in the construction industry, various changes in the individual role as well as organizational dimension such as business environment and scope & role, etc. are required, so it is the actual situation that the category and factors of job stress due to this are being also changed. Accordingly, this research has grasped important and weak sectors according to characteristics such as career, position, gender, education and existence/nonexistence of BIM template, etc. by confirming a job stress level and inducing factors of hands-on workers at the design firm. This research has a meaning in constructing a business environment of a design firm that is a main participant of BIM-based projects that are expected to have high utilization in the future.
