The purpose of this study is to complement the problem of lecture evaluation items and to improve the lecture evaluation items to fit to original purpose of lecture evaluation to enhance the lecture's quality. For this, meanings of good teaching, lecture evaluation domains and elements of preceding study, the contents and problems of lecture evaluation tools in A college were searched, and in this foundation, an improved lecture evaluation tool was suggested. As the result of this study, important features of the improved tool are followed: First, the compositions of evaluation domains, evaluation elements, and evaluation items were reconstituted. Second, to acquire the important information for the better lecture, the items were devised according to the features of good teaching in colleges. Third, the items concerned of evaluation elements which is commonly suggested by the lecture evaluation tools of preceding study were developed. Forth, if there is the information which is required for the enhancement of the lecture quality, the items were developed though the result could not be presented in the arithmetical means. Fifth, evaluation items to improve the problems of lecture evaluation tools which had been carried out in A college were developed.

This study explored the prospects and tasks of accreditation system for instructional materials and equipment in early childhood education. Various aspects of accreditation system, such as necessities of evaluation system, thoughts regarding evaluation system, necessities of categorizing standards, and necessities of constructing accreditation system were discussed based on previous research. Also other aspects of accreditation system which were not considered in the previous research, such as thoughts related with instructional materials and equipment being evaluated and considerations regarding evaluation indexes were explored.

As awareness of social and environmental issues increases due to the gust of ESG management, interest in ESG management is increasing, and the influence of ESG evaluation is getting stronger, and libraries need to participate in ESG management evaluation. In order to apply ESG management to libraries, library ESG evaluation indicators must be developed. Therefore, this study attempted to comprehensively examine ESG management evaluation indicators of public institutions, including companies, and propose ESG management evaluation indicators applicable to libraries. To this end, it went through the process of investigating and analyzing ESG-related prior research, deriving preliminary evaluation indicators for libraries, collecting expert FGI opinions, developing primary library ESG evaluation indicators based on expert FGI opinions, and) examining the suitability of primary library ESG evaluation indicators. Finally, a total of 25 items were selected in the environmental area, a total of 56 items in the social area, and a total of 32 items in the governance area. In future studies, it is necessary to conduct ESG management evaluation for libraries based on this indicator.

한국건설기술연구원의 돌발홍수연구센터는 돌발홍수예측 시스템을 구축하여 2019년부터 전국에서의 돌발홍수정보를 제공하고 있다. 2019년에는 초단기 예측 모델인 Macgill Algorithm for Precipitation-nowcast by Lagrangian Extrapolation(MAPLE) 알고리즘으로부터 생산된 초단기 예측 강우를 활용하여 동(읍/면) 단위로 1시간 선행 예보를 제공하였다. 2020년에는 추가로 초단기 예측 강우와 수치예보 자료를 병합한 예측 병합 강우 자료를 생산하여 예측 선행시간을 1시간에서 3시간까지 확장하였다. 돌발홍수예측 시스템의 목표는 도시 및 산지소하천에서의 돌발홍수에 대응하기 위한 정보를 실시간으로 사용자에게 제공하여 수재해에 빠르게 대응하는 것이다. 이에 돌발홍수예측 시스템은 2019년부터 실시간으로 운영하여 홍수기에 보다 빠른 돌발홍수정보를 제공해왔다. 본 연구에서는 2020년 우기에 운영된 돌발홍수시스템에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 부산(07.23), 대전(07.29), 서울(08.01), 경기-충북(08.02)에서 발생한 수재해 사례를 분석하였다.

Conflicts in public construction projects lead to increase social costs as well as construction costs and schedule delay. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the conflict in construction project and find appropriate solutions based on previous cases. In this research, the conflict factors and criteria for evaluating conflict are derived and 30 cases are evaluated by 11 conflict experts. Using k-means clustering, the cases are clustered by three clusters. The cases were analyzed according to the characteristics of each cluster and labeled as 'NIMBY and harmful facility conflict cluster', 'environmental and pollution conflict cluster', and 'PIMFY and small conflicts'. In the future, when conflict occurs in the public construction projects, the conflict can be evaluated using this clustering and the characteristics of the conflicts can be found. As a result, it will be helpful to mitigate the conflict quickly and effectively by looking for previous cases that are suitable for resolving the conflict through appropriate clusters.

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study tired to comprehensively extract the factors that affect the perception web credibility based on preceding researches and develop of indicators for evaluating the web credibility by goodness-fit analysis. I modified more than 100 factors which presented by preceding researches to 28 factors, and allocated these factors into the hierarchical categories like followings; trustworthiness, expertness, safety are categorized as first level factors, trustfulness and reputation are placed to sub-factors of trustworthiness, usefulness, timeliness and competency to sub-factors of expertness, security and reliability to sub-factors of safety as second level factors. Finally this study developed evaluating indicators for web credibility by goodness-of fit analysis.

A single RF transceiver evaluation board have been developed for the purpose of application to the 900MHz band transceiver contained RF-IC chip And environment test was evaluated. The RF-IC chipset includes LNA(Low Noise Amplifier), down-conversion mixer, AGC(Automatic Gain Controller), switched capacitor filter and down sampling mixer. The RF evaluation board for the testing of chipset contained various external matching circuits, filters such as RF/IF SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) filter and duplexer and power supply circuits. With the range of 2.7~3.3V the operated chip revealed moderate power consumption of 42mA. The chip was well operated at the receiving frequency of 925~960MHz. Measurement result is similar to general RF receiving specification of the 900MHz digital mobile phone.

본 논문은 내구성(durability) 및 내오염성(soiling resistance)이 중요한 용지에 있어 재현성 및 반복성이 우수하고 합리적인 측정방법을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적에 적합한 시료의 준비, 오염물의 조성, 실험장치 및 실험후의 타당한 평가방법 등에 대하여 선행 연구결과를 고찰하였고 기존 방법의 수정과 새로운 장치의 제작 및 평가방법을 통해 재현성이 높은 평가방법을 정립할 수 있었다.

대형 시스템의 안전에 미치는 인적요인의 영향이 매우 크기 때문에, 시스템의 안전성을 정확히 평가하기 위해서는 인적요인에 대한 체계적인 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 원자력 분야에서는 발전소 안전성에 미치는 인적오류를 평가하기 위하여 인간신뢰도분석(Human Reliability Analysis : HRA)을 수행해 왔다. 그러나 데이터의 부족과 인적행위 메카니즘에 대한 이해 부족으로 인하여 아직까지 HRA 수행에는 많은 불확실성이 존재한다. 최근 HRA를 포함한 안전성 평가 결과가 원자력발전소 설계 및 운전에 관련된 의사결정에 주요 정보로 활용되면서 HRA의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 연구 개발 노력이 활발히 진행 중에 있다.(중략)
