연구목적: 본 연구는 대표적인 중간범위 간호이론인 Mishel의 Uncertainty in Illness모델에 관한 연구문헌 고찰이다. 기존의 간호이론에 근거해서 새로운 간호연구가 시행되고 있으며, 이러한 연구들의 결과는 또한, 근거이론을 지지 및 수정보완을 통해서 간호이론의 타당성과 유용성을 강화해왔다. Mishel의 모델에 근거한 불확실감에 관한 연구의 수행에 앞서, 근거이론에 관한 현지식의 상태와 부족한 영역을 탐구하여, 이에 기여할 수 있는 연구계획을 수립하는데 문헌고찰의 주요한 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 문헌고찰은 중간범위 간호이론인 Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness에서의 주요 개념간의 관계에 대해서 선행연구 결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 불확실감의 선행요소들(antecedents)과 불확실감, 불확실감의 평가(appraisal of uncertainty), 불확실감 모델내에서 건강 통제위(health locus of control)의 역할, 및 불확실감의 결과, 적응(adaptation)에 관하여 고찰하였다. 결론: 문헌고찰 결과로서, 불확실감 이론에 관한 현지식의 상태를 확인하였고 이 이론의 타당성과 유용성을 확인하기 위한 추후연구에 대한 방향도 제언되었다.

With the development of digital technology, people's lives are becoming increasingly comfortable and convenience. But with the rapid technological development, people feel tired of a modern society, so they became interested in basic human value and the design with human emotion This design is defined as the analog design concept to stimulate human emotions in previous studies, this approach considering the psychological and physical characteristics of the people has been attempted. This study is to consider about the concepts and consequent design elements for analog emotional expression through the prior analysis of the study In particular, understanding the architecture environment transformed into objects that interact and communicate with humans, this study focused on architectural space. The purpose of this study is to provide advice on the basic research of the field by analyzing the value and significance of the analog design in the digital society.

The cases of animals unusual behavior have been reported occasionally before a major disaster occurs. Could animals unusual behavior associated with a major disaster occurrence, if so, could we foreknow a disaster occurrence? The purpose of study is to quest an answer through literature reviews on the relation between animals unusual behavior and premonitory symptoms of an earthquake. These empirical studies are classified three parts according as methodological framework; statistical analysis, experimental analysis, observation analysis. The results are simply divided as two, 'animals unusual behavior may be seen as a precursor of pre-disaster phenomena' and 'difficult to see.' A number of studies have been performed abroad, however there is no one in Korea. Most of the studies point out common limitations-difficult to verify the reliability of data, accidentally get and fewer samples of data, difficulty of ensuring appropriate data, etc. That is why more related research with animals unusual behavior and disaster occurrence is needed to validate cause-and-effect relation of animal unusual behavior and pre-disaster phenomena.

The objectives of this study is to Systematic literature review of internationalization of SMEs. Due to the economic characteristics of Korea, which depends on economic growth by exports, internationalization has become an essential management activity, not an option for SMEs. As a result, more than 400 studies related to the overseas expansion and internationalization of SMEs have been published in the past 20 years, focusing on major academic journals (such as KCI). Accordingly, the research trends used as advance research in internationalization research were analyzed of SMEs. Research targets were defined as the internationalization of SMEs and searched through 'RISS' (Research Information Sharing Service) as 'internationalization', 'global ', 'export', 'overseas expansion' and 'theory'. The analysis was carried out using a Systematic literature review. It was selected as the 76 studies and According to international research subjects and characteristics, the four areas of internationalization motive, process, outcomes, and support were analyzed. The results of the study confirmed that the most active research is focused on internationalization outcomes. This study could provide a support and the parties concerned in the ecosystem of SMEs in Korea with implications for the SMEs overseas market.

본 연구는 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 관련 선행연구를 조사분석한 연구이다. 국내외 중소기업의 글로벌혁신역량에 관한 선행연구를 광범위하게 조사한 후 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 잠재변수를 선정한다. 각 잠재변수별로 유의적으로 판명된 지표를 분석하여 기업내부역량 중 글로벌혁신역량에 중요한 요인인 CEO역량, 기술역량, 마케팅역량, 생산역량, 인적자원역량, 재무역량, 네트워크역량으로 재분류한다. 향후 잠재변수사이의 상관관계를 분석하여 상호교호작용효과를 배제한 잠재변수별 순효과(net effect)를 분석하고자 한다.

The main purpose of this study is the comprehensive review of the compensation system that affects the employee's job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study is mainly designed to review previous studies of the impact of compensation system, and suggest meaningful implications in relation to firm's performance. It is clarified that compensation is positively related to firm's performance, and the perceived equity mediates the relationship between compensation and performance. It is suggested that an empirical research should be done based on the formulated propositions of this research.

기술수용모델은 지난 20년 동안 많은 주제로 다루어지고 있으며 지금도 여전히 계속 연구되어 오고 있다. 메타분석은 여러 실증연구의 정량적인 결과를 통합과 분석을 통해 전체 결과를 조망할 기회를 제공하는 통계적 통합 방법이다. 최근 스마트폰 관련 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 시점에 기술수용모델을 기반으로 선행 요인에 관한 문헌적 고찰과 메타분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 2013년 이전 국내 학술지에 게재된 연구 중 기술수용모델의 인과관계를 설정한 총 106편의 연구논문을 대상으로 하였다. 메타분석의 결과, 선행 요인과 인지된 유용성의 경로에 가장 큰 효과 크기는 유희성으로 나타났다. 인지된 유용성과 유희성의 경로에 효과 크기는 0.536이었다. 그리고 선행 요인과 인지된 사용 용이성의 경로에 가장 큰 효과 크기는 자기 효능감으로 나타났다. 인지된 사용 용이성과 자기 효능감 경로에 효과 크기는 0.626이었다. 분석결과를 통해 이론적 실무적 시사점을 논의 하고자 한다.

최근 국내 중소 제조 기업들은 최악의 상황을 맞이하고 있다. 내수부진으로 인한 국내 경기 불황에다 지난 해 말부터 불어닥친 국제 원자재 가격폭등까지 겹치면서 경영 상황이 악화되고 있는 것이다. 더욱이 부풀이나 부자재를 생산하여 모기업에 납품하는 형태의 중소 제조공급자 기업의 경우에는 그 어느 때보다도 치열한 전쟁과 같은 상황에 직면하여 사투를 벌이고 있는 것이다. 이러한 변화무쌍한 시대에 우리의 중소 제조공급자 기업의 특성을 재조명 해보고, 선행연구의 검토를 통해 경영혁신의 성공요인과 경영성과 및 경쟁력 향상 방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

전자문서교환(電子文書交換)(EDI) 시스템이 정보사회의 도래와 더불어 전략경영(戰略經營)의 핵심수단으로 등장함에 따라 우리나라에서도 EDI에 관한 학문적(學問的) 관심이 최근에 고조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EDI에 관한 국내(國內)의 선행연구(先行硏究)는 일천할 뿐더러 연구의 양(量)과 질(質)에 있어서도 매우 미미하다. 이제는 EDI가 기업의 전략경영(戰略經營) 성과(成果)에 구체적으로 어떤 영향(影響)을 미치고 있는가를 심층적으로 분석할 필요성(必要性)이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)에 따라 본고(本考)에서는 정보기술(情報技術)(IT)과 성과(成果)(performance) 분석(分析)에 관련된 최근의 선행연구를 종합적(綜合的) 포괄적(包括的)으로 정리하였으며, 이들 선행 연구들이 성과(成果) 분석(分析)에 사용한 구체적인 측정방법(測定方法)을 제시하고 있다.
